    I have a query, Im trying to select the maximum value from the summer period (nov-april down here) but it only gives me values from nov-dec with this query. Any ideas why?     Hello again. Im adding an image to my wordpress theme through dreamweaver cs4 and themedreamer. The image will go in the sidebar.php. When I inserted an image it doesnt shows in firefox and explorer. With safari, the image only shows an empty box with a question sign in the middle. Is there a special way to add image in a wordpress template?

    Hi, I m facing a issue where test/resource is not picked,but instead jar's main/resource is picked Scenario is like : Myproject src/test/resources--- have config.xml w which should be needed by abc.jar which is a dependecy in Myproject. When running test case for Myproject its loading config.xml of abc.jar instead of Myproject test/resources. - I need to know order in which maven pick resources. - Or wat im trying is not possible.   • loading xml without invalid character errors

    at the moment im loading xml and i am getting error: System.Xml.XmlException: ' ', hexadecimal value 0x17, is an invalid character. Line 2762, position 16. it is easy to fix. just open xml and remove the character. but I need to know is it possible to load xml even with invalid characters and use it for parsing. and is there any downside?

    I'm using Hibernate3.2+Websphere6.0+struts1.3.. After deploying ,application works fine. After some idle time ,i will get this type of error repeatedly,am not able to login at all. Im not using any connection pooling. i feel after idle time its not able to connect to the database again..if i restart the server everything works fine for some time...after that same story.. please help me out

    Im toying around with the idea to use python as an embedded scripting language for a project im working on and have got most things working. However i cant seem to be able to convert a python extended object back into a native c++ pointer. I could leave it as an object but rather have it as a pointer so some non python aware code can use it. Any ideas?

    Hello, Im tring to create a manifest for my own.dll, i took the manifest file from C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\Manifests for example. In that, below tag was one of the line.<file name="msvcr90.dll" hashalg="SHA1" hash="e0dcdcbfcb452747da530fae6b000d47c8674671"> In above tag, hash value was assigned with 40 character. Here comes my doubt, 1) hash value was auto generated, if not, whats it points to?
