  I am looking into BDD testing within a scrum scenario and realise that the BDD scenarios are more akin to specifications than tests. Therefore should they be written before the developers go into pre-planning so that all of the functionality has been identified which would allow better estimating, prioritisation etc in that meeting?

• Detect file creation date on iPhone OS?

  I was planning on writing some code whose logic was based upon testing the creation date of a particular file in my app's Documents folder. Turns out, when I call -[NSFileManager attributesOfItemAtPath:error:], NSFileCreationDate isn't one of the provided attributes. Is there no way to discover a file's creation date? Thanks.

I'm planning on retrieving the data from hook_form_submit(), but once I've done that, how do I append it below the form? It does not appear that I have access to $output from hook_form_submit().   I'm trying to validate that a user only enters a long value as input (long bigger than 0 actually). Compare and Range validator has DataTypeCheck for int values only. I was planning on using this class in a CustomValidator but then I would need to write both, client and server side validation code. Do you know of any other good way of doing this? Thanks!

  I am processing a user input from the public with a javascript WYSIWYG editor and I'm planning on using htmlpurifier to cleanse the text. I thought it would be enough to use htmlpurifier on the input, stored the cleaned input in the database,and then output it without further escaping/filtering. But I've heard other opinions that you should always escape the output. Can someone explain why I should need to cleans the output if I'm already cleaning the input?
