    I wrote the following section: Function find_results_idle() Public iRaw As Integer Public iColumn As Integer iRaw = 1 iColumn = 1 and i get the error messege: "invalid attribute in Sub or Function" do you know what i did wrong? i tried instead of "Public" to use "Global" but got the same problem. I tird to declare the function itself as "Public" but no good... what do i do wrong? thanks.

    I'm having trouble with PHP text parsing I have a txt file which has this kind of information: sometext::sometext.0 = INTEGER: 254 What i need is to get the last value of 254 as variable in PHP. in this txt file this last value can change from 0 to 255 "sometext::sometext.0 = INTEGER: " this part doesn't change at all. It has a length of 36 symbols, so i need get with PHP what is after 36 symbol into variable. Thank you.

    I have 2 integer fields that represent dates in the YYYYMMDD format. What is the best way to subtract 2 of these fields to get the correct # of days between them? For instance, if I take the difference between 20100511 and 20100428 I would like the result to be 13 and not 83. I know I need to convert the integer fields into date formats but everything I have tried either throws an exception or doesn't work correctly. What am I missing? Answers in vb.net please

  • Java: Is there a way to efficiently insert or remove many elements from the middle of a LinkedList?

    I was expecting to find this in Java's LinkedList, since the point of linked lists is to be able to efficiently insert (and remove) anywhere (assuming you have some kind of pointer to the location where you want to insert or remove). I'm not finding anything in the API though. Am I overlooking something? The closest thing I can find to this are the add and remove method in ListIterator. This has some limitations though. In particular, other iterators become invalid as soon as the underlying LinkedList is modified via remove, according to the API. I want my base model to format any field that has the date key for output. When I execute a find all, this filter seems to get hit twice. The first time, $entity contains a count() of the results and only on the second hit does it contain the Records object. What am I doing wrong? How do I alter this so that simply doing <?= $tag->created; ?> in my view will format the date the way I want? This, essentially, needs to be an 'after filter', of sorts. EDIT If I can find a way to access the current model entity object (not the full namespaced path, $self contains that), I can probably solve my problem.
