  • RichTextBox specific colors per few characters / lines C#

    I have richTextBox1, and here is the contents: line one from my textbox is this, and i want this to be normal, arial, 8 point non-bold font line two, i want everything after the | to be bolded... | this is bold line three: everything in brackets i (want) to be the color (Red) line 4 is "this line is going to be /slanted/ or with italics and so on, basically if I know how to do what I mentioned above, I'll know everything I need to know to complete my project. Code examples would be very very much appreciated! :)

  • iPhone Application failing to come back from sigkill

    I have no idea if this is intended behaviour, but whenever the application exits (say, the user is double-clicking the home button and pressing on the red dash on the icon) I get the dreaded SIGKILL. Now, when I try to launch the app again all I get is the old screen state and a frozen (I presume ?) program. It could be because of clunky memory management, but NSZombieEnabled doesn't seem to agree. Any thoughts ?

    I used codes below to display a image on an UIBarButtonItem UIBarButtonItem *myButtonItem; myButtonItem= [[UIBarButtonItem alloc] initWithImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"image.png"] style:UIBarButtonItemStylePlain target:self action:@selector(pressB:)]; but the image color is two colors(red/blue), but the image displayed on the ButtonItem is white. Iy looks like IOS change it to white color automatically. Welcome any comment

    I tried to deploy the app to the iphone device for test.When I pressed the run button, one error accured.pic is attched below. "the file 'Simple-Info.plist' could not be opened because there is no such file".But the file is there in the project! I mentioned the path of the file which was marked in red in the pic.Why there is 2 Simple(the Project name) in the path? Anyone could help?! enter image description here

    I have a table view and want to allow rearranging of all cells, however there are certain cells that i do not want to be allowed to be deleted. when the UiTableView is put into deletion mode i do not want the red '-' button to appear on the left hand side, and do not want the swipe gesture to bring up the Delete button of these cells but want it to happen for the others. I am writing an application that may use close to 1000 socket objects, a handful of acceptor objects, and many thousand timer objects. I've configured it such that there's a thread pool invoking io_service::run and use strands in the appropriate places to ensure my handlers do not stomp on each other. My platform is Red Hat Enterprise Linux with Boost 1.39, though I'm not opposed to upgrading to a more recent version of boost.

    Hello, i need some help with a menu. The 4 values "go here", "go there", "maybe here", "or even here" are the 4 values that should be assigned to the other menu items (like the example). I don't how to get the values from the array and assign them too a menu item. The replace text works, but not the change-back-to-original-state. Also, right now, for some reason i can't click ONTO the list item itself in order to activate the jquery code. I need to click just a few pixels under it. But i guess that's a css issue.
