    Using Visual Studio 2008 I have .net file name like UPS.Tek, version - Visual Studio 2005 C# files are UPSReport.cs (Visual C# Source File) UPSConn.Cs (Visual C# Source File) UPSBase.cs (Visual C# Source File) ...., When i try to open the C# files individually in VS 2008, the C# files are opening But When I try to open this UPS.Tek in Visual Studio 2008, It showing error as "make sure the application for the project type .csproj is installed" How to solve this error.

    The config/environment.rb of my rails project contains this line: RAILS_GEM_VERSION = '>= 2.3.2' unless defined? RAILS_GEM_VERSION Which makes sure that only Rails of version 2.3.2 or greater will be used to run this app. Is there a way of specifying both the lower and the upper boundary at the same time? So that it would run, say, only on versions higher than 2.3.1 and lower than 2.3.6?

    We have a an iPhone app project that we wish to deploy multiple times under different client names. The individual apps will be very similar but will have different resources (icon, images etc) and config settings stored in plists (server names, options etc). What is the preferred means to manage this in Xcode? Obviously we really don't want different XCode projects for each App deployment since it's 90% shared code.

  • Incompatible library creating new project with Aptana

    I am a ruby and rails newbie, so my abilities to debug this are somewhat limited. I have just added the eclipse plugin which failed, then downloaded the latest aptana studio which also failed. The failure was the same in both cases. The nature of the failure is that when I create a new rails project, I get an error message about an incompatible library version "C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mongrel-1.1.5-x86-mswin32-60/lib/http11.so". The project is actually created, along with directories and files. Google searches around this error message have only returned a couple of hits, which were not very helpful I am wondering if this is about 64 bit libraries.     Hi, I'm learning CodeDom scripting, I started with http://www.c-sharpcorner.com/uploadfile/mgold/codedomcalculator08082005003253am/codedomcalculator.aspx Now I'd like to allow script modify the project's form (for learning purposes only). I suppose I need to create new field for a class I'm generating which refers "this". However I have no idea how can I set a reference for script-accessible object ... ? Or can I directly publish some class member (like "this" or "button1") to a CodeDom script structure?

  • it takes 2 seconds to compile a hello world C++ project in netbeans (windows)

    I used code:blocks as the C++ IDE on Windows. I switched to netbeans 6.8 (with C/C++ plugin, MinGW, MSYS) recently, because netbeas have the nice feature of "checking syntax errors when typing" (same as working on Java or PHP projects). But the painful thing is that, it takes 2 seconds to compile a simple hello world project in netbeans. Any trick to make it as fast as code:blocks, or at least make the compiling time no more than 0.5 second?
