    I'm getting this message,"The string '7/22/2006 12:00:00 AM' is not a valid AllXsd value.", when deserializing an XML, the element contains a date, this is the property that is supposed to be mapped to the element: [XmlElement("FEC_INICIO_REL",typeof(DateTime))] public DateTime? FechaInicioRelacion { get; set; } Am I doing something wrong?

  • Unable to add PageFunction to my project.

    I add to my project a PageFunction and I get a dozen of the following error and the project won't compile: 'ResourceDictionary' root element is a generic type and requires a x:Class attribute to support the x:TypeArguments attribute specified on the root element tag. Basically I get an error for each DataTemplate I merge in the ResourceDictionary, has anyone encoutered this problem before? Note: I use VB.NET 3.5 on VS 2010.

  • Is there a sexier way to write this jQuery selector?

    I want to select all the children of the body element before element with id foo (which is a child of body). Since it doesn't look like there are :before() or :after() selectors, I've got it working like this: $('body > :first').nextUntil('#foo').andSelf(); but it seems kludgy. Could this be done with fewer function calls, or more efficiently? Maybe something akin to $('body > *:before(#foo)') ?

    I'm running GM_xmlhttpRequest and storing the responseText into a newly created HTML element: var responseHTML = document.createElement('HTML'); onload: function() { responseHTML.innerHTML = response.responseText; } And then I am trying to find an element in responseHTML. console.log(responseHTML.getElementsByTagName('div')); console.log(responseHTML.getElementById('result_0')); The first works fine, but not the second. Any ideas?

    Hey guys, I have an Iqueryable that is populated from the database and then converted to an Array. That works fine. The issue is when I only have 1 element in the Array. I try to use the 0th element and it says "ArrayOutOfBoundsException". When I have 2+ elements in the array and pull elements 0 and 1 it works fine. What gives?

    Hi there, I'm looking for a data structure that will act like a Queue so that I can hava First In First Out behaviour, but ideally I would also be able to see if an element exists in that Queue in constant time as you can do with a HashMap, rather than the linear time that you get with a LinkedList. I thought a LinkedHashMap might do the job, but although I could make an iterator and just take and then remove the first element of the iteration to produce a sort of poll() method, I'm wondering if there is a better way.     Hi Folks, When you click the "Click an element on the page to inspect" arrow with FireBug, it puts a Blue Border around the target element, and also returns the DOM Id. I am building an application and that feature would be awesome to add. Be able to hover over elements and highlight the target, upon clicking return the DOM Id or CSS selector to the application. Is there a jquery plugin that does this magic? Some other smart way? Thanks!, Jonathan

    I need to strip out all font tags from a document. When attempting to do so with the following Ruby code, other elements and text within the font tags are lost. I've also attempted to iterate through all children elements and make them siblings of the font tag before unlinking the font tag--which also results in lost HTML. What is a good method for removing tags which can contain other elements and/or text? doc.css('font').each do |element| element.unlink end
