  I'm new to WSO2 ESB and would like to try it out for some external integrations. I've installed the WSO2 Carbon 4.2 server and installed the ESB feature 4.8.1. After a restart, I'm getting some errors as below. Any tips or suggestions would be gratefully accepted. Thanks. • CakePHP: email validate action doesn't work when clicking on the email link

  Hi, We've created the email validation part of our site. We built the site using CakePHP BTW. The problem is that it doesn't work when we click on the link in the email. The email is sent as plain text. A weird thing is that when we paste the link on the address bar, it works. Also when clicking on the link using Gmail and desktop email clients, it works as well. Other email providers doesn't work. EDIT: Additional info: Example link for the validation: http://localhost/users/validate/validatecodeblah12c023 When it's working it should login the user and redirect to the user dashboard. It goes to the front page when it's not working (see description above). Additional info 2: I did compare the results using Live HTTP headers and I found out that the only time it doesn't push through (goes to the login page for some reason) is when there's a 'Referrer: h ttp://mail.yahooblahblah...' Gmail for some reason doesn't have a 'Referer' line in it's headers.

• Getting parameters values blank and null when using custom wsdl in axis2

  Hi All, I am using axis2 for my web services creation. I want to user my own wsdl file instead of using generated wsdl file. When I am placing my own wsdl file in META-INF directory and deploying my web services they are deploying successfully. But the problem is when i try to test these web service using soapui it throwing null pointer exception. My XML looks like this: <event value1="1" value2="2" value3="3" <info="some info here"/> Line 1.</lb> Line 2.</lb></lb> Line 3.</lb> Line 4.</lb> </event> My goal is to convert the </lb> nodes to </br> HTML tags using XSLT. There is one additional requirement to fulfill though. In case there is one </lb> directly following another </lb> I want to output only one </br>. My XSLT looks like this: <xsl:template match="lb"> <xsl:if test="not(preceding-sibling::lb[1])"> <br/> </xsl:if> </xsl:template> The problem with the XSLT above is that it works correctly for line 1 only as the text between both nodes is ignored. • Inconsistency in modified/created/accessed time on mac

  I'm having trouble using os.utime to correctly set the modification time on the mac (Mac OS X 10.6.2, running Python 2.6.1 from /usr/bin/python). It's not consistent with the touch utility, and it's not consistent with the properties displayed in the Finder's "get info" window. Consider the following command sequence. The 'created' and 'modified' times in the plain text refer to the "get info" window attributes. How do I change the modification and creation times consistently on the mac? (Yes, I am aware that on Unixy systems there is no "creation time.")

• Shutdown and WakeUp Script C#

  Hiya I am very new to C#, infact this is basically my first task set by work whilst i learn the language. Yes i am also new to programming, be gentle :). Context: My script needs to query active directory, grab of OU's and put them to a combo box in a form. Next query ActDir for a list of machines in a selected OU (Done this in a vbscript already) Next query the machines in turn for there IP, and MAC addresses.(Done this in a vbscript already) Next needs to shut those machines down(Done this in a vbscript already) and dump all the machine and NIC info to a txt file The other half of the script grabs the info for the machines out of the text file and sends them a magic packet to wake them up. The shutdown section i have already written a VBscript for, but decided it wasn't future prrof, and i was learninc C# at home, so figured it was the best option to start over with. Im not looking for anyone to write this for me, but if anyone had any pointers on where to go for information etc. . . It would be more than appreciated :)

• unable to place breakpoints in eclipse

  I am using eclipse europa (3.5) on windows vista home premium 64-bit using JDK 1.6.0_18 (32 BIT). Normally, I am able to put breakpoints just fine; However, for a particular class which is NOT part of the project (this class is inside a .JAR file (.JAR file is part of the project) ), although I have attached a source directory to this .JAR file, I am unable to place a breakpoint in this class. If I double-click on the breakpoint pane(left border), I notice that a class breakpoint is placed. I was wondering if there was NO debug info; However, found that this particular class was compiled using ant/javac task using debug="true" and debuglevel="lines,vars,source". I even ran jad on this class to confirm that it indeed contained the debug info. So, why is eclipse preventing me from placing a breakpoint ? EDIT : Just so everyone understands the context, this is a webapp running under tomcat 6.0. I am remote debugging the application from eclipse after having started tomcat outside. The application is working just fine. I am trying to understand the behavior of the above class which I'm unable to do since eclipse is not letting me set a BP. P.S : I saw a few threads here talking about BPs not being hit but in my case, I am unable to place the BP! P.P.S : I tried JDK 1.6.0_16 before trying out 1.6.0_18. Thanks for any pointers.

• Am I correctly extracting JPEG binary data from this mysqldump?

  I have a very old .sql backup of a vbulletin site that I ran around 8 years ago. I am trying to see the file attachments that are stored in the DB. The script below extracts them all and is verified to be JPEG by hex dumping and checking the SOI (start of image) and EOI (end of image) bytes (FFD8 and FFD9, respectively) according to the JPEG wiki page. But when I try to open them with evince, I get this message "Error interpreting JPEG image file (JPEG datastream contains no image)" What could be going on here? I see some that are not listed in the wiki page (specifically, I see a lot of 5C bytes, so FF5C). But the list is of "common markers" so I'm trying to find a more complete list. • Send parameters to a web service.

  Before I start: I'm programming for Iphone, using objective C. I have already implemented a call to a web service function using NSURLRequest and NSURLConnection. The function then returns a XML with the info I need. The code is as follows: NSURL *url = [NSURL URLWithString:@"http://myWebService/function"]; NSMutableURLRequest theRequest = [[NSMutableURLRequest alloc] initWithURL:url]; NSURLConnection theConnection = [[NSURLConnection alloc] initWithRequest:theRequest delegate:self]; i also implemented the methods didRecieveResponse didRecieveAuthenticationChallenge didRecievedData didFailWithError connectionDidFinishLoading. And it works perfectly. Now I need to send 2 parameters to the function: "location" and "module". I tried using the following modification: NSMutableURLRequest theRequest = [[NSMutableURLRequest alloc] initWithURL:url]; [theRequest setValue:@"USA" forHTTPHeaderField:@"location"]; [theRequest setValue:@"DEVELOPMENT" forHTTPHeaderField:@"module"]; NSURLConnection theConnection = [[NSURLConnection alloc] initWithRequest:theRequest delegate:self]; But it doesn't seem to work. I'm doing something wrong? is there a way to know if I'm using the wrong names for the parameters (as maybe it is "Location" or "LOCATION" or it doesn't matter?)? or a way to know which parameters is the function waiting for... Extra info: I don't have access to the source of the web service so I can't modify it. But I can access the WSDL. The person who made the function say is all there... but I can't make any sense of it .< Any help would be appreciated. :)

  hi all, I'm writing an app which uploads a UIImage to my server. This works perfect, as I see the pictures being added. I use the UIImageJPEGRepresentation for the image data and configure an NSMutableRequest. • Footer positioning with CSS and 960gs

  I'm new to doing layouts with CSS (I haven't done any web design for a long long time) and I can't seem to figure out how to get the footer of the page to display at the bottom the way I want. Requirements: -Display at bottom of content if content exceeds vertical size of viewport -Display at bottom of viewport if viewport exceeds vertical size of content. The code that I am using sets the footer at the bottom of the viewport, but if I size the browser to be shorter than the content, it just covers the content. Code: <div style="background-image:url(footer_bg.jpg); background-position:bottom; background-repeat:repeat-x; height:235px; width:100%; bottom:0px; position:absolute;"></div> My main goal is to have a footer with text (ie. company info, contact info) and a background gradient. I'd like the footer background to span the width of the page, but I don't know if I can do that with the 960 gs divs.

• iPhone developer cert not associating with Provisioning Profiles

  I'm seeing the dreaded "Code Sign error: The identity 'iPhone Developer' doesn't match any valid certificate/private key pair in the default keychain" error. Strange, as it used to work. Not sure what changed. A few of the symptoms I've noticed beyond this: In the project info, for Code Signing Identity, instead of saying "iPhone Developer: My Name Here", it only says "iPhone Developer", followed by a list of grayed out Provisioning Profiles with the error message "profile doesn't match any valid certificate/private key pair in the keychain." In the organizer, if I click the "Developer Profile" sidebar entry, it shows one entry in the "Identities" pane, "iPhone Distribution: My Name Here". However, no profiles show in the Provisioning Profiles pane. In the organizer, if I click the "Provisioning Profiles" sidebar entry, for each of the profiles there it reports "A valid signing identity matching this profile could not be found in your keychain." I've tried a handful of the usual folk cures for this ailment, without success so far, such as: Cleared my old keypairs and expired developer identity cert out of the keychain. Deleted my old developer profile, created a new one, and regenerated the provisioning profile after. Reconfirmed: The App ID on the provisioning portal for this app is a pure wildcard ID. (The "Bundle Identifier" in the info.plist is just the appname, no reversed domain prefix.) Restored my iPhone. Overstalled the latest version of Xcode.

• Importing fixtures with foreign keys and SQLAlchemy?

  I've been experimenting with using fixture to load test data sets into my Pylons / PostgreSQL app. This works great except that it fails to properly create foreign keys if they reference an auto increment id field.   I am getting leak and I cannot detect from where this is happening. The stack trace does not give full info after dyld open. For few leaks I am not getting any stack trace info. • RESTful design, how to name pages outside CRUD et al?

  Hi all, I'm working on a site that has quite a few pages that fall outside my limited understanding of RESTful design, which is essentially: Create, Read, Update, Delete, Show, List Here's the question: what is a good system for labeling actions/routes when a page doesn't neatly fall into CRUD/show/list? Some of my pages have info about multiple tables at once. I am building a site that gives some customers a 'home base' after they log on. It does NOT give them any information about themselves so it shouldn't be, for example, /customers/show/1. It does have information about companies, but there are other pages on the site that do that differently. What do you do when you have these situations? This 'home-base' is shown to customers and it mainly has info about companies (but not uniquely so). Second case: I have a table called 'Matchings' in between customers and companies. These matchings are accessed in completely different ways on different parts of the site (different layouts, different CSS sheets, different types of users accessing them, etc. They can't ALL be matchings/show. What's the best way to label the others? Thanks very much. =)

• Several xml errors using Facebook JS SDK with xhtml strict

  I'm trying to set up some like buttons to a project. These buttons live inside a jquery slideshow with Aino's Galleria and let you "Like" each different slide. I'm using an xHTML strict document and while in Firefox (and Firebug) everything seems ok, but in webkit inspector I get this: XML self-closing tag syntax used on <fb:like>. I get one of these every slide, so there are 28 errors. The inspector says: 26 XFBML tags failed to render in 30000ms.   Hi I'm working with C and I have a question about assigning pointers. struct foo { int _bar; char * _car[MAXINT]; // this is meant to be an array of char * so that it can hold pointers to names of cars } int foofunc (void * arg) { int bar; char * car[MAXINT]; struct foo thing = (struct foo *) arg; bar = arg->_bar; // this works fine car = arg->_car; // this gives compiler errors of incompatible types in assignment } car and _car have same declaration so why am I getting an error about incompatible types? My guess is that it has something to do with them being pointers (because they are pointers to arrays of char *, right?) but I don't see why that is a problem. when i declared char * car; instead of char * car[MAXINT]; it compiles fine. but I don't see how that would be useful to me later when I need to access certain info using index, it would be very annoying to access that info later. in fact, I'm not even sure if I am going about the right way, maybe there is a better way to store a bunch of strings instead of using array of char *?

  I want to execute a build.xml (Ant buildfile) from using GMaven (Maven Plugin for inline executing of Groovy in a POM). Since I have to execute the buildfile several times using the maven-antrun-plugin is not an option at the moment. I take a list of properties (environment and machine names) from an xml file and want to execute ant builds for each of those machines. I found the executeTarget method in the javadocs but not how to set the location of the buildfile. How can I do that - and is this enough?   When I run this SQl in my mobile app I get zero rows. select * from inventory WHERE [ITEMNUM] LIKE 'PUMP%' AND [LOCATION] = 'GARAGE' When I run the same SQL in Query Analyzer 3.5 using the same database I get my expected one row. Why the difference?
