  • Linking Error Building 64bit Qt app on 32bit XP machine.

    - by photo_tom
    I'm trying to build a 64 bit version of my application (and yes I really do need the memory) on my 32bit xp dev box for production testing on our Vista64 server. Previously, I have built w/o any errors the Qt 4.6.2 DLL's in 64 bit mode. That step went vary smooth. Just to get started in building production, I'm trying to rebuild Qt's Star Delegate demo in 64bit mode. I converted the 32bit to 64bit app by changing the application configuration and adjusting the library's to the 64bit venisons. Now, when I go to link, I'm getting the following error when I link 1>------ Build started: Project: stardelegate, Configuration: Release x64 ------ 1>Linking... 1>MSVCRT.lib(crtexew.obj) : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol WinMain 1>release64\stardelegate.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 1 unresolved externals Suggestions? edit - After some more searching, discovered if I link as a console app it will work and run. But not as a windows app. And I don't have this problem in 32 bit mode.

  • Remove the hash after Ajax loading (I'm ajaxing wordpress 8-) )

    - by Alberto
    Hi everybody, I followed this great tutorial to"ajax" my blog:http://www.deluxeblogtips.com/2010/05/how-to-ajaxify-wordpress-theme.html But it creates some problems and I think the problem is in the hash that ajax creates. So, after the content is loaded, how can I remove the hash from the url? I copy my code here: jQuery(document).ready(function($) { var $mainContent = $("#content"), siteUrl = "http://" + top.location.host.toString(), url = ''; $(document).delegate("a[href^='"+siteUrl+"']:not([href*=/wp-admin/]):not([href*=/wp-login.php]):not([href$=/feed/]):not([href*=/go.php]):not(.comment-reply-link)", "click", function() { location.hash = this.pathname; $('html, body').animate({scrollTop:0}, 'fast'); return false; }); $("#searchform").submit(function(e) { location.hash = '?s=' + $("#search").val(); e.preventDefault(); }); $(window).bind('hashchange', function(){ url = window.location.hash.substring(1); if (!url) { return; } url = url + " #inside"; $mainContent.html('<div id="loader">Caricamento in corso...</div>').load(url, function() { //$mainContent.animate({opacity: "1"}); scriptss(); }); }); $(window).trigger('hashchange'); }); Thank all very much!

  • C#, How to download file into string with progress callback?

    - by Kaminari
    I would like to use the WebClient (or there is another better option?) but there is a problem. I understand that opening up the stream takes some time and this can not be avoided. However, reading it takes a strangely much more amount of time compared to read it entirely immediately. Of course it's not working good because i'm not so familiar with streams. Is there a best way to do this? I mean two ways, to string and to file. Progress is my own delegate and it's working good. FIRST UPDATE: Ok, now i got something like this and it seems to work but still slow: System.Net.WebClient client = new System.Net.WebClient(); System.IO.Stream streamRemote = client.OpenRead(new Uri(URL)); if (savePath == null) { StreamReader reader = new StreamReader(streamRemote); int iByteSize = 0; byte[] byteBuffer = new byte[iSize]; char[] charBuffer = new char[iSize]; StringBuilder sb = new StringBuilder(); while ((iByteSize = reader.Read(charBuffer, 0, iSize)) > 0) { sb.Append(charBuffer, 0, iByteSize); iRunningByteTotal += iByteSize; float dIndex = (float)(iRunningByteTotal); float dTotal = (float)byteBuffer.Length; float dProgressPercentage = (dIndex / dTotal); float iProgressPercentage = (dProgressPercentage * 100); if (Progress != null) Progress(iProgressPercentage); } result = sb.ToString(); } Im wondering about DownloadStringAsync method?

  • Text being printed twice in uitableview

    - by user337174
    I have created a uitableview that calculates the distance of a location in the table. I used this code in cell for row at index path. NSString *lat1 = [object valueForKey:@"Lat"]; NSLog(@"Current Spot Latitude:%@",lat1); float lat2 = [lat1 floatValue]; NSLog(@"Current Spot Latitude Float:%g", lat2); NSString *long1 = [object valueForKey:@"Lon"]; NSLog(@"Current Spot Longitude:%@",long1); float long2 = [long1 floatValue]; NSLog(@"Current Spot Longitude Float:%g", long2); //Getting current location from NSDictionary CoreDataTestAppDelegate *appDelegate = (CoreDataTestAppDelegate *) [[UIApplication sharedApplication] delegate]; NSString *locLat = [NSString stringWithFormat:appDelegate.latitude]; float locLat2 = [locLat floatValue]; NSLog(@"Lat: %g",locLat2); NSString *locLong = [NSString stringWithFormat:appDelegate.longitude]; float locLong2 = [locLong floatValue]; NSLog(@"Long: %g",locLong2); //Location of selected spot CLLocation *loc1 = [[CLLocation alloc] initWithLatitude:lat2 longitude:long2]; //Current Location CLLocation *loc2 = [[CLLocation alloc] initWithLatitude:locLat2 longitude:locLong2]; double distance = [loc1 getDistanceFrom: loc2] / 1600; NSMutableString* converted = [NSMutableString stringWithFormat:@"%.1f", distance]; [converted appendString: @" m"]; It works fine apart from a problem i have just discovered where the distance text is duplicated over the top of the detailed text label when you scroll beyond the height of the page. here's a screen shot of what i mean. Any ideas why its doing this?

  • How do I display core data on second view controller?

    - by jon
    I am working on my first core data iPhone application. I am using a navigation controller, and the root view controller displays 4 rows. Clicking the first row takes me to a second table view controller. However, when I click the back button, repeat the row tap, click the back button again, and tap the row a third time, I get an error. I have been researching this for a week with no success. I can reproduce the error easily: Create a new Navigation-based Application, use Core Data for storage, call it MyTest which creates MyTestAppDelegate and RootViewController. Add new UIViewController subclass, with UITableViewController and xib, call it ListViewController. Copy code from RootViewController.h and .m to ListViewController.h and .m., changing the file names appropriately. To simplify the code, I removed the trailing “_” from all variables. In RootViewController, I added #import ListViewController.h, set up an array to display 4 rows and navigate to ListViewController when clicking the first row. In ListViewController.m, I added #import MyTestAppDelegate.h” and the following code: - (void)viewDidLoad { [super viewDidLoad]; if (managedObjectContext == nil) { managedObjectContext = [(MyTestAppDelegate *)[[UIApplication sharedApplication] delegate] managedObjectContext]; } .. } The sequence that causes the error is tap row, return, tap row, return, tap row - error. managedObjectContext is synthesized for the third time. I appreciate your patience and your help, as this makes no sense to me. ADDENDUM: I may have a partial solution. http://www.iphonedevsdk.com/forum/iphone-sdk-development/41688-accessing-app-delegates-managed-object-context.html If I do not release the managedObjectContext in the .m file, the error goes away. Is that ok or will that cause me issues? - (void)dealloc { [fetchedResultsController release]; // [managedObjectContext release]; [super dealloc]; } ADDENDUM 2: See solution below. Sorry for the formatting issues - this was my first post.

  • ref and out parameters in C# and cannot be marked as variant.

    - by Water Cooler v2
    What does the statement mean? From here ref and out parameters in C# and cannot be marked as variant. 1) Does it mean that the following can not be done. public class SomeClass<R, A>: IVariant<R, A> { public virtual R DoSomething( ref A args ) { return null; } } 2) Or does it mean I cannot have the following. public delegate R Reader<out R, in A>(A arg, string s); public static void AssignReadFromPeonMethodToDelegate(ref Reader<object, Peon> pReader) { pReader = ReadFromPeon; } static object ReadFromPeon(Peon p, string propertyName) { return p.GetType().GetField(propertyName).GetValue(p); } static Reader<object, Peon> pReader; static void Main(string[] args) { AssignReadFromPeonMethodToDelegate(ref pReader); bCanReadWrite = (bool)pReader(peon, "CanReadWrite"); Console.WriteLine("Press any key to quit..."); Console.ReadKey(); } I tried (2) and it worked.

  • WPF Calling a custom command on a custom control (from a viewmodel?)

    - by user190615
    I want to take a snap of the visual tree of a custom wpf control when the user clicks a button in a toolbar. The control is bound to a viewmodel. I have a BitmapSource dp in the custom control holding the snapped image which is bound to a property on my VM. The BitmapSource dp on the control is updated via a custom command on the control. I've tied the toolbar button's command to call the controls command which updates the BitmapSource. Now the problem is the end result I want is when the user clicks the button, the control updates its image and then the vm offers to save this image. I cant wrap my mind around an mvvm way of doing this. One inelegant solution is that control fires an event after the image is updated which is routed to the viewmodel as a command(command behavior) but then if i want to do something else with the image on some other button click, all the commands bound to the events will fire. All thoughts appreciated. EDIT The command on the control is a RoutedCommand and the commands in my vm are Prism delegate commands.

  • How is covariance cooler than polymorphism...and not redundant?

    - by P.Brian.Mackey
    .NET 4 introduces covariance. I guess it is useful. After all, MS went through all the trouble of adding it to the C# language. But, why is Covariance more useful than good old polymorphism? I wrote this example to understand why I should implement Covariance, but I still don't get it. Please enlighten me. using System; using System.Collections.Generic; using System.Linq; using System.Text; namespace Sample { class Demo { public delegate void ContraAction<in T>(T a); public interface IContainer<out T> { T GetItem(); void Do(ContraAction<T> action); } public class Container<T> : IContainer<T> { private T item; public Container(T item) { this.item = item; } public T GetItem() { return item; } public void Do(ContraAction<T> action) { action(item); } } public class Shape { public void Draw() { Console.WriteLine("Shape Drawn"); } } public class Circle:Shape { public void DrawCircle() { Console.WriteLine("Circle Drawn"); } } public static void Main() { Circle circle = new Circle(); IContainer<Shape> container = new Container<Circle>(circle); container.Do(s => s.Draw());//calls shape //Old school polymorphism...how is this not the same thing? Shape shape = new Circle(); shape.Draw(); } } }

  • NSView only redraws on breakpoint

    - by Jacopo
    I have a custom view inside a NSPopover. It should change according to user input and it does the first time the user interact with it but it fails to redraw the following times. I have tried to put an NSLog inside the -drawRect: method and it doesn't get called during normal execution. When I try to debug and put a breakpoint inside the method it gets called normally and the app works as it should. I explicitly call the view -setNeedsDisplay: method every time I need it to redraw. I don't understand why it should make a difference. Here is the code that update the status of the view. These methods are part of the NSTextField delegate method -textDidChange: and I checked that these get called every time the user type something in the textfield associated with popover. [tokenCloud tokensToHighlight:[NSArray arrayWithObject:completeSuggestionString]]; tokenCloud.tokens = filteredTokens; [tokenCloud setNeedsDisplay:YES]; The views is a series of recessed button. The first line update the status of all the buttons in the popover and the second add or delete buttons. They both work properly because the first time they are called the view is update properly. I have also checked that both the status of the buttons in tokenCloud and its property tokens are updated correctly. The problem is that the NSView subclass, tokenCloud, doesn't redraw so the changes are not reflected in the UI the second time. Here is the draw method of the view: - (void)drawRect:(NSRect)rect { [self recalculateButtonLocations]; NSLog(@"Redrawn"); } Again this method gets called normally every time I update the view if I place a breakpoint in [self recalculateButtonLocations];. If instead I let the app run normally nothing gets logged in the console the second time I update the view. Same thing if I include the NSLog in the recalculateButtonLocations method, nothing gets logged the second time meaning that the method is not called.

  • Can I use a UINavigationController as the detail view of a UISplitViewController?

    - by B Sweigard
    I'm running into a problem with an iPad app where I would like to have UINavigationControllers in both of the views within a UISplitView. I've looked through other similar questions here, but most link to a tutorial online that doesn't completely solve the problem. Here's a 2-minute walkthrough to re-create the problem I'm having: Create a New Project in XCode, starting from the Split View-based Application template. Add the following NSLog statement as the first line within the DetailViewController's willHideViewController method: NSLog(@"toolbar: %@", toolbar); If you run the application now, the log will show that the DetailViewController's toolbar is alive and well. Now... Open MainWindow.xib and expand the SplitViewController. Drag a Navigation Controller from the library on top of the DetailViewController. Expand the new Navigation Controller and change the class of the UIViewController within to a DetailViewController. Ctrl-drag from the SplitViewController to the DetailViewController and assign it as the delegate. Save MainWindow.xib and run the app again. At this point, the detail view has a navigation bar and an empty toolbar. If you view the logs, you should find that the toolbar is null. Why is this? Am I missing some sort of connection in Interface Builder? Is the navigation bar the problem for some reason? Unlike the tutorial at http://www.cimgf.com/2010/05/24/fixing-the-uisplitviewcontroller-template/, I would like to keep both the navigation bar and the toolbar (preferably with the toolbar at the top when in portrait and not visible when in landscape), so that I still have a functional "Back" button when the iPad is in portrait orientation. Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem? An example project with this sort of set-up would be ideal.

  • Enable/disable virtual keyboard

    - by dr.Xis
    I'm using a virtual keyboard. I have a checkbox that controls whether the virtual keyboard is displayed or not. The thing is that I don't understand how to disable it. I try to unbind it but it doesn't work... I also tried to use namespaces and then unbind all namespaces but still the keyboard remains accessible after a click on the text box. <input class="virtualKeyboardField ui-keyboard-input ui-widget-content ui-corner-all" data-val="true" data-val-required="The User name field is required." id="loginUserName" name="UserName" type="text" value="" aria-haspopup="true" role="textbox"> <script type="text/javascript"> $(function () { //show login $("#showLogin").on({ click: function () { $("#loginFormDiv").toggle("slow"); } }); $("#cb_showVKey").on('click', CheckIsToShowKey); }); function CheckIsToShowKey(event) { //var isCheck = $("#cb_showVKey").is(':checked'); //alert("ischecked? " + isCheck); if ($("#cb_showVKey").is(':checked')) { //if checked BindKeyboards(); } else { //not checked UnBindKeyboards(); } } function bindVirtualKeyboards() { $("#loginForm").delegate(".virtualKeyboardField", "click.xpto", BindKeyboards); } function UnBindKeyboards() { $("#loginForm").undelegate(".virtualKeyboardField", "click.xpto", BindKeyboards); } function BindKeyboards() { // alert(event.currentTarget.id); //alert("xpto"); if ($("#cb_showVKey").is(':checked')) { $("#loginUserName").keyboard({ layout: 'qwerty', lockInput: true, preventPaste: true }); $("#loginUserPassword").keyboard({ layout: 'qwerty', lockInput: true, preventPaste: true }); } } $(document).ready(function () { $("#loginForm").validate(); BindKeyboards(); }); </script> Any help guys?

  • Paged UIScrollView with UIImageViews only showing first UIImageVIew

    - by Jonathan Brown
    I am working on a paged UIScrollView, but it only wants to show the first UIImageView within it. I add each UIImageView at an offset of the width of the scroll view, so that should create each page. When run, it says the scroll view is the right number of pages, but the images don't show. Any help would be much appreciated! int numSlides = NUM_TUTORIAL_SLIDES; NSString *fileName; UIImageView *slideImageView; CGRect slideFrame; for (int i = 1; i <= numSlides; i++) { slideFrame.origin.x = self.tutorialScrollView.frame.size.width * (i-1); slideFrame.origin.y = 0; slideFrame.size = self.tutorialScrollView.frame.size; slideImageView = [[UIImageView alloc] initWithFrame:slideFrame]; if([[AppManager sharedManager] is4inchScreen]) { fileName = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"Slide%[email protected]", i]; } else { fileName = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"Slide%[email protected]", i]; } slideImageView.image = [UIImage imageWithContentsOfFile:[[NSBundle mainBundle] pathForResource:fileName ofType:nil]]; [self.tutorialScrollView addSubview:slideImageView]; [slideImageView release]; } self.tutorialScrollView.contentSize = CGSizeMake(self.tutorialScrollView.frame.size.width * numSlides, self.tutorialScrollView.frame.size.height); self.tutorialScrollView.delegate = self;

  • How do you get and set a class property across multiple functions in Objective-C?

    - by editor
    Following up on this question about sharing objects between classes, I now need to figure out how to share the objects across various functions in a class. First, the setup: In my App Delegate I load menu information from JSON into a NSMutableDictionary and message that through to a view controller using a function called initWithData. I need to use this dictionary to populate a new Table View, which has methods like numberOfRowsInSection and cellForRowAtIndexPath. I'd like to use the dictionary count to return numberOfRowsInSection and info in the dictionary to populate each cell. Unfortunately, my code never gets beyond the init stage and the dictionary is empty so numberOfRowsInSection always returns zero. I thought I could create a class property, synthesize it and then set it. But it doesn't seem to want to retain the property's value. What am I doing wrong here? In the header .h: @interface FirstViewController:UIViewController <UITableViewDataSource, UITableViewDelegate, UITabBarControllerDelegate> { NSMutableDictionary *sectorDictionary; NSInteger sectorCount; } @property (nonatomic, retain) NSMutableDictionary *sectorDictionary; - (id)initWithData:(NSMutableDictionary*)data; @end in the implementation .m: - (id) testFunction:(NSMutableDictionary*)dictionary { NSLog(@"Count #1: %d", [dictionary count]); return nil; } - (id)initWithData:(NSMutableDictionary *)data { if (!(self=[super init])) { return nil; } [self testFunction:data]; // this is where I'd like to set a retained property self.sectorDictionary = data; return nil; } - (NSInteger)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView numberOfRowsInSection:(NSInteger)section { NSLog(@"Count #2: %d", [self.sectorDictionary count]); return [self.sectorDictionary count]; } Output from NSLog: 2010-05-04 23:00:06.255 JSONApp[15890:207] Count #1: 9 2010-05-04 23:00:06.259 JSONApp[15890:207] Count #2: 0

  • null reference problems with c#

    - by alex
    Hi: In one of my window form, I created an instance of a class to do some works in the background. I wanted to capture the debug messages in that class and displayed in the textbox in the window form. Here is what I did: class A //window form class { public void startBackGroundTask() { B backGroundTask = new B(this); } public void updateTextBox(string data) { if (data != null) { if (this.Textbox.InvokeRequired) { appendUIDelegate updateDelegate = new appendUIDelegate(updateUI); try { this.Invoke(updateDelegate, data); } catch (Exception e) { Console.WriteLine(e.Message); } } else { updateUI(data); } } } private void updateUI(string data) { if (this.Textbox.InvokeRequired) { this.Textbox.Invoke(new appendUIDelegate(this.updateUI), data); } else { //update the text box this.Textbox.AppendText(data); this.Textbox.AppendText(Environment.NewLine); } } private delegate void appendUIDelegate(string data); } class B // background task { A curUI; public b( A UI) { curUI = UI; } private void test() { //do some works here then log the debug message to UI. curUI.updateTextBox("message); } } I keep getting a null reference exception after this.Invoke(updateDelegate, data); is called. I know passing "this" as a parameter is strange. But I want to send the debug message to my window form. Please help. Thanks

  • jQuery variable and object caching

    - by niksy
    This is something that has been bugging me some time and every time I found myself using different solution for this. So, I have link in my document which on click creates new element with some ID. <a href="#" id="test-link">Link</a> For the purpose of easier reusing, I would like to store that new elements ID in a variable which is jQuery object var test = $('#test'); On click I append that new element on body, new element is DIV $('body').append('<div id="test"/>'); And here goes the main "problem" - if I test this new elements length with test.length it first returns 0 and later 1. But, when I test it with $('#test').length it returns 1 from the start. I suppose it is some caching mechanism and I was wondering is there better, all-around solution which will allow to store elements in variables in the start for later repurpose and in the same time work with dynamically created elements. Live, delegate, something else? What I do sometimes is create string and add it to jQuery object but I think this is just avoiding the real issue. Also, using .find() inside another jQuery object. Thanks in advance.

  • How to show and update popup in 1 thread

    - by user3713986
    I have 1 app. 2 Forms are MainFrm and PopupFrm, 1 thread to update some information to PopupFrm Now to update PopupFrm i use: In MainFrm.cs private PopupFrm mypop; MainFrm() { .... PopupFrm mypop= new PopupFrm(); mypop.Show(); } MyThread() { Process GetData();... mypop.Update(); ... } In PopupFrm.cs public void Update() { this.Invoke((MethodInvoker)delegate .... }); } Problem here that mypopup alway display when MainFrm display (Start application not when has data to update). So i change MainFrm.cs to : private PopupFrm mypop; private bool firstdisplay=false; MainFrm() { .... • How to access property in sub method after it runs?

    - by Warren
    I'm having a hard time working this one out but I think it should be pretty simple. Basically, I have this method which talks to a webservice and I need to return some data from the sub method, the "authCode". What am I doing wrong? • Simple iOS Get Request Not Pulling in Data

    - by user2793987
    I have a very simple get request that doesn't return data on my script. The script is fine when viewed in the web browser but the app does not pull in the data. Any other script works with this code in the app. I'm unsure of what to do because there shouldn't be a reason for this to not work. Please let me know if you need more information. Here's the script: https://shipstudent.com/complaint_desk/similarPosts.php?username=noah //retrieve saved username from user defaults (it's noah) NSUserDefaults *eUser = [NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults]; savedUser = [eUser objectForKey:@"user"]; NSLog(@"%@",savedUser); in ViewDidLoad: NSString *categoryParam = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"https://shipstudent.com/complaint_desk/similarPosts.php?username=%@", savedUser]; NSURL *url = [NSURL URLWithString:categoryParam]; NSMutableURLRequest *request = [NSURLRequest requestWithURL:url cachePolicy:NSURLCacheStorageAllowed timeoutInterval:30.0]; NSURLConnection *connection = [[NSURLConnection alloc] initWithRequest:request delegate:self]; if (connection==nil) { NSLog(@"Invalid request"); } -(void)connection:(NSURLConnection *)connection didReceiveResponse:(NSURLResponse *)response { postData = [[NSMutableData alloc]init]; NSLog(@"Response received"); } -(void)connection:(NSURLConnection *)connection didReceiveData:(NSData *)data { [postData appendData:data]; NSLog(@"Data received"); } -(void)connectionDidFinishLoading:(NSURLConnection *)connection { [UIApplication sharedApplication].networkActivityIndicatorVisible = NO; similarPosts = [NSJSONSerialization JSONObjectWithData:postData options:kNilOptions error:nil]; [postsTbl reloadData]; for (id postObject in similarPosts) { NSLog(@"Relatable Post: %@",postObject); } }

  • How do I get a thumbnail or saveable path from UIImagePickerController to use for a UIImageView?

    - by viperacr99
    Could somebody please explain or show some sample code of how I can use get a thumbnail to be put into a UIImageView after the user selects a photo with UIImagePickerController? Let's say I want to set a thumbnail as the image of a table view cell. When the user presses the cell, the image picker is shown and the user selects an image that is already on their device. I also want to save the path to that thumbnail so that the next time the view is displayed, the proper thumbnail can be shown. I am able to display an image picker and my delegate get's the chosen image correctly, but I want the path to the thumbnail, and I want to load the thumbnail using that path (i.e. I want to save the path). I've searched for hours today and haven't figured this out. Perhaps I'm not understanding ALAsset, or maybe it is something else, but I can't find any examples that are helping me. I have never used the image picker or ALAsset before now, so I'm completely new at this.

  • Popovercontroller doesn't display full

    - by user2959234
    I have an UIPopovercontroller in with an content that generate from an viewcontroller. popOverController = [[UIPopoverController alloc]initWithPopUp:emLightPopUp]; popOverController.delegate = self; // Get device position. CGRect position = {parentButton.frame.origin,emLightPopUp.popUpView.frame.size}; CGSize popUpViewFrameSize = emLightPopUp.popUpView.frame.size; Link screenshot: http://i.stack.imgur.com/AxqoG.png The issue is that when I change the position of select devices (touched button) upwards, the displayed popup will be resized like the screenshot. I already try to set content size inside the subclass of uipopover but it still doesn't work: self.popoverContentSize = emLightPopUp.popUpView.frame.size; EDIT: I solved this problems by calculate the position that display the popup and scroll the scrollview inside into an upper position. Check out this code: -(void)moveDeviceOutMiddleScreen:(id)deviceButton { UIButton* button = (UIButton*)deviceButton; CGFloat yPositionRange = button.frame.origin.y - self.floorZoomScrollView.contentOffset.y; int middle_top_y = 70; int middle_bottom_y = 166; if (yPositionRange > middle_top_y && yPositionRange < middle_bottom_y) { CGRect newRect = CGRectMake(self.floorZoomScrollView.contentOffset.x, self.floorZoomScrollView.contentOffset.y +yPositionRange*0.6, self.floorZoomScrollView.frame.size.width, self.floorZoomScrollView.frame.size.height); [self.floorZoomScrollView scrollRectToVisible:newRect animated:NO]; } } Thanks for your responses.

    I have a tree view like this and i want to navigate to 3 different pages using response .redirect --machine groups (main) ----dept (Parent) ------xyz (child) protected void TreeView2_SelectedNodeChanged(object sender, EventArgs e) { if (TreeView2.SelectedValue == "Machine Groups") { Response.Redirect("~/Gridviewpage.aspx"); } else switch (e.Node.Depth) { case 0: Response.Redirect("~/Machineupdate.aspx?node=" + TreeView2.SelectedNode.Value); break; case 1: Response.Redirect("~/MachineUpdatechild.aspx?node=" + TreeView3.SelectedNode.Value); break; } } } now if i put EventArgs it points to an error on e.Node that system.EventArgs does not contain definition for Node. If i replace EventArgs with TreeNodeEventArgs then that error goes but i get an error on compilation. Compiler Error Message: CS0123: No overload for 'TreeView2_SelectedNodeChanged' matches delegate 'System.EventHandler' <asp:TreeView ID="TreeView2" runat="server" OnUnload="TreeViewMain_Unload" ontreenodepopulate="TreeView2_TreeNodePopulate" onselectednodechanged="TreeView2_SelectedNodeChanged"> <Nodes> <asp:TreeNode PopulateOnDemand="True" Text="Machine Groups" Value="Machine Groups"></asp:TreeNode> </Nodes> </asp:TreeView> Please help me out.... I would also like to kno what is the diff between EventArgs and TreeNodeEventArgs Thanks

  • Spring JMS MQJE001: Completion Code '2', Reason '2042'.

    My setup is Spring 3 JMS, MVC + Websphere MQ + Websphere 7 <!-- this is the Message Driven POJO (MDP) --> <bean id="messageListener" class="com.SomeListener" /> <!-- and this is the message listener container --> <bean id="jmsContainer" class="org.springframework.jms.listener.DefaultMessageListenerContainer"> <property name="connectionFactory" ref="xxxCF" /> <property name="destination" ref="someQueue" /> <property name="messageListener" ref="messageListener" /> </bean> When I start up the server, the listener seems to start correctly since it receives the messages that are on the queue as I put them. Does anyone know what I should check for or what might cause this issue? thanks

  • Spring 3.0: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace

    - by Nick Hristov
    My setup is fairly simple: I have a web front-end, back-end is spring-wired. I am using AOP to add a layer of security on my rpc services. It's all good, except for the fact that the web app aborts on launch: [java] SEVERE: Context initialization failed [java] org.springframework.beans.factory.parsing.BeanDefinitionParsingException: Configuration problem: Unable to locate Spring NamespaceHandler for XML schema namespace [http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop] [java] Offending resource: ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/gwthandler-servlet.xml] Here is the snippet from my xml config file: <beans xmlns="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:aop="http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop" xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop http://www.springframework.org/schema/aop/spring-aop.xsd"> <aop:config> <aop:aspect id="security" ref="securityAspect" > <aop:pointcut id="securedServices" expression="@annotation(com.fb.boog.common.aspects.Secured)"/> <aop:before method="checkSecurity" pointcut-ref="securedServices"/> </aop:aspect> </aop:config> I read over the internets that it may be my classloading the core of the problem. • "No message serializer has been configured" error when starting NServiceBus endpoint

    - by SteveBering
    My GenericHost hosted service is failing to start with the following message: 2010-05-07 09:13:47,406 [1] FATAL NServiceBus.Host.Internal.GenericHost [(null)] <(null) - System.InvalidOperationException: No message serializer has been con figured. at NServiceBus.Unicast.Transport.Msmq.MsmqTransport.CheckConfiguration() in d:\BuildAgent-02\work\672d81652eaca4e1\src\impl\unicast\NServiceBus.Unicast.Msmq\ MsmqTransport.cs:line 241 at NServiceBus.Unicast.Transport.Msmq.MsmqTransport.Start() in d:\BuildAgent-02\work\672d81652eaca4e1\src\impl\unicast\NServiceBus.Unicast.Msmq\MsmqTransport .cs:line 211 at NServiceBus.Unicast.UnicastBus.NServiceBus.IStartableBus.Start(Action startupAction) in d:\BuildAgent-02\work\672d81652eaca4e1\src\unicast\NServiceBus.Uni cast\UnicastBus.cs:line 694 at NServiceBus.Unicast.UnicastBus.NServiceBus.IStartableBus.Start() in d:\BuildAgent-02\work\672d81652eaca4e1\src\unicast\NServiceBus.Unicast\UnicastBus.cs:l ine 665 at NServiceBus.Host.Internal.GenericHost.Start() in d:\BuildAgent-02\work\672d81652eaca4e1\src\host\NServiceBus.Host\Internal\GenericHost.cs:line 77 My endpoint configuration looks like: public class ServiceEndpointConfiguration : IConfigureThisEndpoint, AsA_Publisher, IWantCustomInitialization { public void Init() { // build out persistence infrastructure var sessionFactory = Bootstrapper.InitializePersistence(); // configure NServiceBus infrastructure var container = Bootstrapper.BuildDependencies(sessionFactory); // set up logging log4net.Config.XmlConfigurator.Configure(); Configure.With() .Log4Net() .UnityBuilder(container) .XmlSerializer(); } } And my app.config looks like: <configSections> <section name="MsmqTransportConfig" type="NServiceBus.Config.MsmqTransportConfig, NServiceBus.Core" /> <section name="UnicastBusConfig" type="NServiceBus.Config.UnicastBusConfig, NServiceBus.Core" /> <section name="Logging" type="NServiceBus.Config.Logging, NServiceBus.Core" /> <section name="log4net" type="log4net.Config.Log4NetConfigurationSectionHandler, log4net" requirePermission="false" /> </configSections> <Logging Threshold="DEBUG" /> <MsmqTransportConfig InputQueue="NServiceBus.ServiceInput" ErrorQueue="NServiceBus.Errors" NumberOfWorkerThreads="1" MaxRetries="2" /> <UnicastBusConfig DistributorControlAddress="" DistributorDataAddress="" ForwardReceivedMessagesTo="NServiceBus.Auditing"> <MessageEndpointMappings> <!-- publishers don't need to set this for their own message types --> </MessageEndpointMappings> </UnicastBusConfig> <connectionStrings> <add name="Db" connectionString="Data Source=..." providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" /> </connectionStrings> <log4net debug="true"> <root> <level value="INFO"/> </root> <logger name="NHibernate"> <level value="ERROR" /> </logger> </log4net> This has worked in the past, but seems to be failing when the generic host starts. My endpoint configuration is below, along with the app.config for the service. What is strange is that in my endpoint configuration, I am specifying to use the XmlSerializer for message serialization. I don't see any other errors in the console output preceding the error message. What am I missing? Thanks, Steve
