  There is a permanent yellow bar under the toolbar in Outlook 2007 saying "Click here to enable instant search". When I click on it, the following message appears: I click No, and the annoying yellow bar is still there. How can I get rid of it? I don't want to install Instant Search feature.

But the problem is if my dupty manager is sending a mail to anyone director will get two copies of the same message because in certain cases the dupty manager has to keep the directors email address in CC option. So is it possible to my director to get the single copy of same message? Kindly help me out in this regard.

It's a Mailbox on an Exchange server, and my naive approach was "'From' 'doesn't contain' '@mycompany.com'", but that doesn't work, it looks like it's only matching the Display Name. Is there a way to filter this to only have external mail shown in a Search Folder?

• Connect Outlook to our Exchange Server 2003 over the Internet

  We have a one mail server here on site running Exchange 2003, however we are part of a large exchange group - there are some 10 outlook mail servers around the world and we are just one of the administratove groups. We can access email via OWA and I have checked our server and is a RPC-HTTP Back end server and RPC is installed. We can connect via VPN, on lan, and OWA but I cannot get it to work via the internet.   When exporting an outlook 2003 Calendar to CVS, excel, or access recurring appointments that I have changed the start time on are not included in the exported appointments. Example I have an appointment every other Friday from 8 - 12 that I set up as a recurrence. I then changed the start time on several occurrences. None of the appointments with the changed time are exported. How do I export ALL the appointments?

If one right clicks on an RSS message, Outlook will download the attached conent from the RSS feed but this needs to be done a message at a time.
