• php preg_match pattern to extract a specific information, regex

  I need to extract a specific Id from a html document but the problem is that the id must not "be used". Here is the html content http://pastebin.com/wF2dx8JZ As you may see there are different html blocks . Some of them contain the "Used" word so I need to extract only the first id which is not used. Basically I can write a simple pattern like : $pattern = "/javascript:tw(.*))/"; preg_match_all($pattern, $content, $matches); $id = $matches[1][0]; However in this case I'm also getting the "ids" which are used so I don't know how to exclude them from the equation . Any idea would be highly appreciated.

I only want to get the value of fullname, maybe with some javascript regex, or some jQuery dom parser, i know i can do it easily with php but i want it using Javascript or jQuery.   I have two text files. I'd like to copy a specific part in the first text file and replace it with a part of the second text file. The part I would like to overwrite in Ep: from the start to a line which is exactly Format: Layer, Start, End, Style, Name, MarginL, MarginR, MarginV, Effect, Text. I'm not so sure how may I do it.   I'm trying to create a file that has a list of directories that have a specific file name in them. Let's say I'm trying to find directories that have a file named *.joe in them. I initially tried just a simple dir /ad *.joe > dir_list.txt , but it searches the directory names for *.joe, so no go. Then I concluded that a for loop was probably my best bet. I started with for /d /r %a in ('dir *.joe /b') do @echo %a >> dir_list.txt and it looked like it wasn't executing the dir command. I added the "usebackq", but that seems to only work for the /F command extension. Ideas?

• Creating standalone, console (shell) for domain-specific operations

  Say that I have a system service, and I want to offer a low-level maintenance access to it. For that purpose, I'd like to create a standalone, console application that somehow connects to server process and lets user type in commands, allow it to use auto-completion and auto-suggestion on single/double TAB press (just like linux bash shell, mysql cli, cmd.exe, and countless others), allow command line editing capabilities (history, cursor keys to move around text..), etc. Now, it's not that much of a problem to create something like that by rolling my own from scratch, handling user input, scanning pressed keys, and doing correct actions. But, why reinvent the wheel? Is there some library/framework that helps with this kind of problems, just like readline library that offers improved command-line editing capabilities under linux? Of course, this new "shell" would respond only to valid, domain-specific commands, and would suggest valid arguments, options, switches... Any ideas? Thanks!

• Disabling FileSystemWatcher for specific updates?

  Does anyone have any ideas how I can reliably disable a FileSystemWatcher object when my application makes changes to the files in the directory, so that I am only watching for external changes to the directory? I've tried setting EnableRaisingEvents to false immediately before performing a write and setting it back to true immediately after, but it seems this method is not reliable, and occasionally I still get the event firing. The only other thing I can think of is to wait a small amount of time after performing the write to let the OS finish up the modification of the directory before re-enabling the FSW, but that seems hackish and I don't like it. To add to the problem, the directory consists of potentially many files, the identities of which are beyond my knowledge and control, so I can't just wait for the event to fire for a specific file and then ignore it. There could be any number of FSW events firing after a single modification (because of the potentially many files getting updated).

  I need to catch the following specific exception: System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException was caught ErrorCode=-2147467259 Message="The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again." Source="Microsoft JET Database Engine" I'm not sure what ErrorCode is but it looks unreliable. Can I rely on Message being identical across platforms? Is the only solution to do a text search of Message for words like duplicate and primary key? Note: see my question here for why I need to catch this exception.

  Hi, I'm trying to check whether val() has a specific value or not inside a form, if so deleting the contents / preventing the form being submitted depending on if both fields are filled in (stringOne and stringTwo). There's a default text for each input field, the first being "Namn, telefonnr, sökord" and the second "Område, plats, ort". If a user only fills in the first field the second must be cleared before the form string is passed on and vice versa.   How do you log messages to a log file in a specific path from a bash script? A naive implementation would be commands like: echo My message >>/my/custom/path/to/my_script.log But this probably has many disadvantages (no log rotation for example). I could use the 'logger' command, but it does not support logs in custom paths as far as I know and is not easy to configure if you have lots of bash scripts that could use a custom log file. In a scripting language like Ruby all this is quite easy: https://github.com/rudionrails/yell/wiki/101-the-datefile-adapter I could also make my own logger command based on this ruby library and call it from my bash scripts, but I guess there is already a well known solution that provides similar behavior for shell scripts?

  Sorry for the 'svn' style - we are in a process of migration from SVN to GIT (including our CI Jenkins environment). What do we need is to be able to make Jenkins to checkout (or should I say clone?) the GIT project (repository?) into a specific directory. We've tried some refspecs magic but it wasn't to obvious to understand and to use successfully. Furthermore, if in the same Jenkins project we need to checkout several private GitHub repositories into several separate dirs under a project root. How can we do it please?   Presently, we've got several main projects each in their own repository. We will have to version-control up to a dozen additional projects. VisualSVN recommends to create 1 respository for our company and then vc all projects inside that. It's a good practice to create one repository for the entire company or department and store all your projects in this repository. Creating separate repository for each project is not a good idea because in that case you will not be able to perform Subversion operations like copy, diff and merge cross-project. VisualSvn.com Currently we're using post-commit hooks to update the testing server with the latest commit and do other project specific actions (such as emailing certain people for one project but not for others) depending on which project has been committed. As post-commit runs for the whole repository, is this still possible in such a situation? How would I go about decerning which project has changes? filter folder structure?

• ModX: Selecting and outputting specific menu items using Wayfinder

  tI've been trying to output specific menu items, also wanting to change the names of some, without satisfying results. The problem is that I have three different menu setups throughout the site - the header split into two sections and the footer divided into a couple of columns. This is what I've tried so far - [[Wayfinder? &startId=0 &level=1 &limit=5 &excludeDocs=49,61,55]] While it works excluding all the other links isn's the most optimal solution as there are 11 in total plus I want to be able to 1. rearrange the order and 2. change the names of two of them. Is this possible at all using the Wayfinder or do I have to create a snippet? Thanks in advance.

XmlFields (xml) // This field is xml type To create a new contact, I created two classes - one for regular fields and other to display fields from XmlFields field. In Controller, I have following: public ActionResult Create(Contact contact, FormCollection collection) ... Regular field I catch with contact object and those that need to be stored as xml in XmlFields I try to catch with collection object. Problem is that collection object catches all fields, so I wonder if it is possible to isolate xml fields when posting to a specific object so that I can easily manipulate with them.   Hello All, Could someone please advise in the context of a ASP.Net application is a shared/static function common to all users? If for example you have a function Public shared function GetStockByID(StockID as Guid) as Stock Is that function common to all current users of your application? Or is the shared function only specific to the current user and shared in the context of ONLY that current user? So more specifically my question is this, besides database concurrency issues such as table locking do I need to concern myself with threading issues in shared functions in an ASP.Net application? In my head; let’s say my application namespace is MyTestApplicationNamespace. Everytime a new user connects to my site a new instance of the MyTestApplicationNamespace is created and therefore all shared functions are common to that instance and user but NOT common across multiple users. Is this correct?

  A common problem I got in Haskell is to extract all terms in a list belonging to a specific data constructor and I'm wondering if there are any better ways than the way I'm doing it at the moment. Let's say you got data Foo = Bar | Goo , the list foos = [Bar, Goo, Bar, Bar, Goo] and wish to extract all Goos from foos. At the moment I usually do something like goos = [Goo | Goo <- foos] and all is well. The problem is when Goo got a bunch of fields and I'm forced to write something like goos = [Goo a b c d e f | Goo a b c d e f <- foos] which is far from ideal. How you do usually handle this problem?

(note: for those who work with JBPM might already familiar with following data structures and HB mapping) Class LongInstance extends from VariableInstance, with the mapping for field "value" overridden in LongInstance.
