    Hi all, I want to run & control a process remotely, I found the best way is the WMI APIs, The WMI gives me information about the remote process but I need more control like waiting it and getting the standard output and errors, how can I do that, and can I get an instance of System.Diagnostics.Process class by instance ID remotely? note: I tried to get an instance of the Process by Process.GetProcessByPID and passign machineName parameter, but and Exception has thrown. Thanks in advance.

  • ERP system written in SQL Server, Trigger job not running

    We are a manufacturing plant that runs off an ERP system written in SQL Server. I have never worked with SQL and therefore do not know the language. What I do know is that a trigger job that was running and updating data for us, is now NO longer running. Is anyone familiar enough to answer any questions about this for me???     Cruise control service set to System - Allow user to interact with desktop for the service. I log out with my user id and cruise control turns off. Any idea what is going on here? If I start the service a console window comes up. As soon as I close it cruise control also turns off... I need it to always be on... any ideas?

    Hi, I am a mobile web developer and trying to monetize my traffic with mobile ad services and i have a problem. First of all to get most of out of your ads you usually need to do server side request to advert company's servers and there are quite few ad services. Problem starts when you want to use them in one site. All have different approaches to server side calls and trying to maintain and implement those ad codes becomes pain after a while. So I decided to write a class system where i can simply create methods for every company and upload it to my site. So far i have public Advert class public AdPublisher class with GetAd method that returns an Advert public Adservice class that has Service names as enum I also have converted server request codes of all ad services i use to classes. It works ok but I want to be able to create an ad service class upload it so that asp.net app can import/recognize it automatically like a plugin system. As I am new to .net I have no idea where to start or how to do it. Do people feel that it is not possible to build a safe system (or prove it is safe) using agile? Doesn’t all the iterative testing mitigate this?     I'm using the ARM7TDMI-S (NXP processor) and I need a file system capable of reading/writing to an SD card. There are so many available, what have people used and been happy with? One that requires the least amount of setup is best - so the less I have to do to get it started (i.e. write device drivers to NXP's hardware) the better.
