    I'm trying to figure out how to allow a user to enter in a string of tags (keywords separated by spaces) in a textbox to filter a grid of results. Here are the tables: PACKETS *PacketID Name PACKETTAGS *PacketTagID PacketID TagID Tags *TagID Name Here is the basic query without the WHERE parameters: SELECT Packets.Name, Tags.Name AS Tag, PacketTags.PacketTagID FROM Packets INNER JOIN PacketTags ON Packets.PacketID = PacketTags.PacketID INNER JOIN Tags ON PacketTags.TagID = Tags.TagID I need to filter out all the Packets that don't have tags that match any of the words BUT ALSO ONLY include the Packets that have the tags entered in the string of text (spaces separate the tags when entered into the textbox) I'm starting with the basics by figuring this out in t-SQL first but ultimately I need to be able to do this in Linq-to-SQL

  • why is link generated in YUI javascript failing to render in rails?

    Using YAHOO.widget.treeview to generate a table with three levels of data: module, submodule, and detail. If there is an image associated with a detail row the javascript generates a link: "<td><a href=\"/screenshot/show/" + rowData.id + "\">Screenshot</a></td>" that is appended to the html for the row. The url is generated correctly and the link appears. When clicked nothing happens except the word 'Done' appears in the browser status bar. Am calling the very same url from another page that does not use javascript and the screenshot page appears as expected.     Is it possible to use a flash document embedded in HTML as a link? I tried just wrapping the object element with an a like this: <a href="http://whatever.com"> <object ...> <embed ... /> </object> </a> In Internet Explorer, that made it show the location in the status bar like a link, but it doesn't do anything. I just have the .swf file, so I can't add a click handler in ActionScript.

  • How do I post a link to the feed of a page via the Graph API *as* the page?

    I'm working on a plugin for a Wordpress blog that posts a link to every article published to a Facebook Page associated with the blog. I'm using the Graph API and I have authenticated myself, for the time being, via OAuth. I can successfully post a message to the page using curl via a POST request to https://graph.facebook.com/{mypageid}/feed` with e.g. message = "This is a test" and it published the message. The problem is that the message is "from" my user account. I'm an admin on this test page, and when I go to Facebook and post an update from the web, the link comes "from" my page. Is there a way to authenticate myself as a page? Or is there an alternate way to POST to a page feed that doesn't end up being interpreted as a comment from a user?     Hi, I see it all over the place, yet, I could not find one example about this (maybe I don't know the proper wording), I am trying to build using ASP .Net MVC2 (but any example on just ASP .Net would be also helpful) a process that will send a link to the user at the end of the registration process to let him confirm his registration. Also, a similar process to let the user to reset his password, with the typical "forgot password" and send a link/url so that the user can click and type a new password.     Hello, just wondering if I should be using a 'redirector' type page or link directly to the external pages on my site http://www.onedaysalefinder.co.nz/ - currently I use a redirector page to track what links are being clicked on (which simply takes an ID, looks up the URL in the database, and then does a Response.Redirect(URL); From a SEO point of view, is this a good idea/bad idea? I understand it can add a few milliseconds extra to the external page load time whilst it looks up the actual URL, but am not too concerned about this. I also get the benefit of tracking the clicks accurately, but are the pros/cons of using a redirector vs the actual link? Am I worrying about something I don't need to? Thanks

    I'm probably missing the basics here... Is there a way to link more than one object to a method at a time using Interface Builder in Xcode 4.2? I set tons of UIButtons in my UIView. All of them call just one method (let's say - (IBAction)buttonPushed:(UIButton *)aButton) that should do something different depending on the sender. I can't figure out a way to link them all with my method at a time. Any advice will be very appreciated... N.B. I'm using Xcode 4.2 on Snow Leopard, without storyboard.

    hi, I've installed Taxonomy SuperSelect module in my Drupal. Now my customer can not only type the tag for some content types pages but also select multiple tags using checkboxes. I've also ordered the chekboxes alphabetically.     Hi, I have been scouring the internet for a way to do this with no luck :( Basically, it's easy to make a form in HTML with a submit button and some data, and send it to a URL. With this you send the POST data and also the user is taken to the page. I know you can send POST data using cURL and get a response back in PHP but how do I take the user there, I need to simulate exactly what a tag does in php. Some sample code or links would be great!     I need to pass a parameter, because I would like to redirect back to the module and query string of the current page. So I can get from showdown/index?id=35 --click--- showdown/vote?id=1 showdown/vote?id=1 --redirect-- showdown/index?id=35 The vote action is not seen. (The redirect method doesn't work as it takes the index.php url only and no actions, and I cannot find a helper in Magento for creating hyperlinks.) Does Magneto have a link helper for this? Example of stuff I want: <a href="<?php echo Mage::Helper->Link->($url, $array); ?> then $array or whatever variables gets sent to the controller.

  • Why is Windows 7 not following all routes?

    My computer is connected to my secondary router that's running the 192.168.42.0/24 network and my computer also has a route that directs anything on that network to the router, but for anything on that network other than the router itself, it get's the ICMP response of Reply from 192.168.42.194: Destination host unreachable. (with 192.168.42.194 being my computer). So, why is my own computer sending that to ping or tracert when I have the route of 192.168.42.0 with the mask of 255.255.255.0? An IP address of 192.168.42.2 surely fits into that route. If I explicitly add a route for the IP address i am trying to access, it works, like: route add 192.168.42.2 mask 255.255.255.255 192.168.42.1 (the 192.168.42.1 right after mask is gateway, or the device to send the packet to so it can route it further), but why wont it work for the implicit route that's automatically on the table? I disabled my firewall, too (I use Comodo if anyone thinks this still serves as a problem). I'v even tried explicitly adding the gateway of 192.168.42.1 to the 192.168.42.0/24 route instead of it routing through 0.0.0.0's gateway, which is what On-link does. but that didn't work either, so it's not a gateway specification problem. If the host was really unreachable, it would be the router's IP address (192.168.42.1) sending that to me... This network is all of my creation, so there's no problem such as an administrator locking me out, because i am the administrator.
