• netcon.h not found with mingw?

  I am using the mingw(4.4.0) compiler that is included with QT4 and my IDE is netbeans 6.9. i noticed that i can't find netcon.h when i try to include it.I need netcon.h because i need some kind of API to bring up/down a network adapter,and after some googling i found that netcon.h is most commonly used. Linking netcon.h directly from the microsoft sdk produces lots of errors.Or is there some other library to alows me to reset an adapter, or i had to visual C++ completely to solve this problem?

• NetBeans shortcut key for collapsing/expanding a method

  JAVA - NETBEANS This is an IDE question I am always working with collapsed methods, because I want to be able to see my methods all together. This is a little time consuming because I have to use the mouse to scroll up to the declaration of the method and click on the - (minus) icon. And then respectively go to the method I want to work on and click on the + (plus) icon. Is there a way through a keyboard shortcut to do the collapse (and respectively the expand)?

  I'm trying to build a simple spring web application but I get the following error when I run it on Apache Tomcat 6.0 Class Not Found Exception org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet I'm using maven to handle libraries. At first I thought it was maven's fault but it adds spring and other libraries succesfully. I tried to import "org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet" in a source file and my project has the right package and classes. • Visual Studio Formatting -- Change Method Color

  The default appearance of a method for example, ".ToString()" is by default the color black. I want to make it a different color to stand out but I do not see any options that reference this option specifically.
