• smartgwt listgrid not updating

  I'm using Smartgwt Lgpl 3.0p. I had a problem with ListGrid column width. I'm using listGrid.setAutoFitWidthApproach(AutoFitWidthApproach.BOTH); When first time listGrid.setData() is called, Column width is set according to the Titles and data is cropped but if listGrid.setData() is called again it works fine as expected. I think I have a problem with combination of listGrid properties. • What is wrong with my gtkrc file?

  I have written following gtkrc file from some other theme gtkrc file. This theme is normal theme with buttons using pixmap theme engine. I have also given background image to GtkEntry. Problem is that, When i use this theme my buttons doesn't show text one them and my entry box does not show cursor.   WPF Experts - I am trying to add buttons below my custom listbox and also have the scroll bar go to the bottom of the control. Only the items should move and not the buttons. I was hoping for some guidance on the best way to achieve this. I was thinking the ItemsPanelTemplate needed to be modified but was not certain. • Uploadify Not Working

  Hello, I'll re-edit this to tackle the uploadify issue. Its very strange, essentially the script isn't uploading and isn't triggering onAllComplete. Also if I try to upload an image that's to large, and click Upload files, it skips from 0 to 100%. But does not trigger onAllComplete. It does not upload either. Whats strange, is I have an earlier revision of this and the codes no different and it works, ive tried switched back to the same jquery/uploadify/layout and it still doesnt work. However due to the nature of uploadify not being very forthcoming about errors or whats going on, I can't figure out where its going wrong! • Connection to Weblogic Server through ServiceMix fails

  I connect from a OSGi bundle deployed on Apache ServiceMix to a Weblogic Server to call some EJBs. The lookup happens with JNDI. In my unit test everything works fine. But when a deploy the bundle on ServiceMix a CommunicationException exception is raised on JNDI ContextFactory initialisation. • Voice Recognition Connection problem

  I,m trying to work through and test a Voice Recognition example based on the VoiceRecognition.java example at http://developer.android.com/resources/samples/ApiDemos/src/com/example/android/apis/app/VoiceRecognition.html but when click on the button to create the activity, I get a dialog that says Connection problem. My Manifest file is using the Internet Permission, and I understand it passes the to the Google Servers. Do I need to do anything else to use this. • Android: Strange out of memory issue

  I am not sure where to start to explain this one. I have a list view with a couple image buttons on each row. When you click the list row, it launches a new activity. If you review some of my other posts, I have had to build my own tabs because of an issue w/ the camera layout. The activity that gets launched for result is a map. If I click on my button to launch the image preview (load an image off the sd card) the application returns from the activity back to the listview activity to the result handler to relaunch my new activity which is nothing more than an image widget. So here is the issue, the image preview on the list view is being done w/ the cursor & listadapter. This makes it pretty simple, but I am not sure how I can put a resized (i.e. smaller bit size not pixel) image as the src for the imgbutton on the fly. So I just resized the image that came off the phone camera. The issue is that I get an out of memory error when it tries to go back and re-launch the 2nd activity. ** My question : is there a way I can build the list adapter easily row by row, where I can resize on the fly (bit wise)? - this would be preferable as I also need to make some changes to the properties of the widgets/elements in each row as I am unable to select a row w/ touch screen b/c of focus issue. (I can use roller ball). ** I know I can do an out of band resize and save of my image, but that is not really what I want to do, but some sample code for that would be nice if that is your suggestion. As soon as I disabled the image on the listview it worked fine again. • ASPX ajax form post help

  Hey all, i have this peice of code that allows a user to select a jpg image, resize it and uploads it to the server driectory. The problem being is that it reloads the aspx page when it saves the image. My question is-is there any way to do this same thing but with ajax so that it doesn't leave the page after submitting it? I've done this pleanty of times with classic asp pages but never with a aspx page. • mfc tab control switch tabs

  I created a simple tab control that has 2 tabs (each tab is a different dialog). The thing is that i don't have any idea how to switch between tabs (when the user presses Titlu Tab1 to show the dialog i made for the first tab, and when it presses Titlu Tab2 to show my other dialog). I added a handler for changing items, but i don't know how should i acces some kind of index or child for tabs. • Anchor bug on IE9, anchor hitbox overlapped

  The menu below works just fine in Firefox and Chrome, but in IE9, but hitbox for the "HOME" anchor is being covered partially by the list item behind it except for the actual test, and a single horizontal pixel line at the top and bottom of the button. Simply adding a background image fixes the issue. The code is set up so it styles so the hit boxes for all the menu items are the same regardless if there's a link in them or not to facilitate an "onClick" drop down on those menu items without anchors.   Outside of the actual SWT listener, is there any way to ignore a listener via code? For example, I have a java program that implements SWT Text Widgets, and the widgets have: SWT.Verify listeners to filter out unwanted text input. ModifyListeners to wait for the correct number of valid input characters and automatically set focus (using setFocus())to the next valid field, skipping the other text widgets in the tab order. focusLost(FocusEvent) FocusListeners that wait for the loss of focus from the text widget to perform additional input verification and execute an SQL query based on the user input. The issue I run into is clearing the text widgets. One of the widgets has the format "####-##" (Four Numbers, a hyphen, then two numbers) and I have implemented this listener, which is a modified version of SWT Snippet Snippet179. The initial text for this text widget is " - " to provide visual feedback to the user as to the expected format. • MVC 3 Remote Validation jQuery error on submit

  I seem to have a weird issue with remote validation on my project. I am doing a simple validation check on an email field to ensure that it is unique. I've noticed that unless I put the cursor into the textbox and then remove it to trigger the validation at least once before submitting my form I will get a javascript error. e[h] is not a function jquery.min.js line 3 If I try to resubmit the form after the above error is returned everything works as expected. It's almost like the form tried to submit before waiting for the validation to return or something. Am I required to silently fire off a remote validation request on submit before submitting my form? Below is a snapshot of the code I'm using: (I've also tried GET instead of POST but I get the same result). As mentioned above, the code works fine but the form returns a jquery error unless the validation is triggered at least once. What is happening though is that when I move onto the language list, and I go past Germany (~50% down the list?), the hover() loses focus and closes the original menu, which closes the language menu. Any idea's what is causing the issue? Any ideas how to fix the issue? I have tried the hoverIntent() plugin as well to no avail.

• Android SQLiteConstraintException: error code 19: constraint failed

  I've seen other questions about this exception, but all of them seem to be resolved with the solution that a row with the primary key specified already exists. This doesn't seem to be the case for me. I have tried replacing all single quotes in my strings with double quotes, but the same problem occurs.   I've created a list of recipes using Listview/customcursoradapter. A custom layout includes a photo for the recipe , Now I've some problems with the performance of viewing and scrolling the Listview although it has only 10 records (Target is 150). sometimes i get this error java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: bitmap size exceeds VM budget , I've tried to implement the Async task but i failed to do it. Is there any way i can overcome this problem? Your help is highly appreciated !!
