I have seen some tools that made with Java but they seem to be a little crappy. What I want is a tool that sits in the middle as a proxy and does port redirection (which should have configurable listen/redirect ports). Are there any tools work on Windows to do this?

    I have this link @Ajax.ActionLink("create poll question", "CreatePoll", new { id = Model.DebateID }, new AjaxOptions { UpdateTargetId = "poll-entry-box", InsertionMode = InsertionMode.Replace, HttpMethod = "GET" }) which is pointing at a action with the [Authorize] Attribute. The login works, but the returnURL is empty so it just redirects to the index page. Is there some way to manually set the returnURL ? NOTE I am using the method described here http://haacked.com/archive/2011/10/04/prevent-forms-authentication-login-page-redirect-when-you-donrsquot-want.aspx because the login page was loading inside my partial.

    When a user sends a filled form, I want to print an error message in case there is an input error. One of the GAE sample codes does this by embedding the error message in the URI. Inside the form handler (get): self.redirect('/compose?error_message=%s' % message) and in the handler (get) of redirected URI, gets the message from request: values = { 'error_message': self.request.get('error_message'), ... Is there a way to accomplish the same without embedding the message in the URI?

  • Wordpress Install on OS X Snow-Leopard under Sites/public for use with capistrano

    I would like to put my local OS X wordpress site in my ~users/Sites/public directory, instead of the ~users/Sites so i can properly setup a capistrano deployment. When i try this i can visit the site locally by visiting http://localhost/public and everything looks and works great but if i ever try to go to http://localhost/public/wp-admin to administer my local copy of wordpress it tries to redirect me back to http://localhost/wp-admin which doesn't exist. Do you know how I might be able to work around this problem?

  • Stubbing a before_filter with RSpec

    Guys, I'm having trouble understanding why I can't seem to stub this controller method :load_user, since all of my tests fail if I change the actual implementation of :load_user to not return and instance of @user. As following: I created an 'onclick' event in jQuery for the DIV as well: $('#divOne').click(function() { alert('You clicked on the DIV element'); }); My goal is to trigger this event when the DIV area is clicked (working fine), BUT- When the HyperLink is clicked, I need the page to redirect WITHOUT triggering the DIV 'onclick' event (can use JavaScript or jQuery as needed).     Hi, I have a DNN module which renders a user control (view.ascx) All is ok ( I am logged in ) and I get the DNN settings menu. however when I add another control and load it like so: string url = Globals.NavigateURL(PortalSettings.ActiveTab.TabID, "View_Details", "mid=" + ModuleId.ToString()); Response.Redirect(url); I lose the settings link when the new control loads. Any ideas? Is there a property somewhere to turn on settings for the loaded user control?

I have not deleted the old directory yet! When i go to log in, i can not do so, in the url it still says redirect to the old directoy. What should i do, do i have to delete the ole directory?

Basically here is the use case: There is a registration page, a user can login, OR fill out a registration form. The login form is a simple HTML form, the registration form is a more complicated, Spring bound form that uses a RegistrationFormData bean. As you can see I create the registrationInfo object explicitly in my controller in the method bound to "/login", which is what I thought was going to be kind of a setup method" Something doesn't feel right about the "/login" method which sets up the page, but I needed to that in order to get the page to render at all without throwing an exception because there is no "registrationInfo" model attribute, as needed by the form in the JSP

I have the dns set up correctly however - I am unsure about the htaccess file. Can I link all this information to one PHP or do I need to create a directory for every user? Thanks for your help.
