    Does anybody know how to get the version description field for a Jira project? Using the ProjectService.getVersions method we can get an Array of RemoteVersion objects but these RemoteVersion objects do not contain the description field. http://docs.atlassian.com/rpc-jira-plugin/latest/com/atlassian/jira/rpc/soap/service/ProjectService.html#getVersions(com.opensymphony.user.User, java.lang.String) Will I have to expose my own web web service via a Jira plugin to get this?

    I have a User Control that contains a System.Web.UI.WebControls.FileUpload control as well as a button to 'Submit'. When the button is clicked code similar to the following is executed: If FileUploadControl.HasFile Then 'Save the file and do some other stuff End If This code works just fine with Windows XP. However, if I run it from a Windows 7 64-bit machine using IE8 32-bit the HasFile property always returns false and nothing is saved?! Any suggestions/ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a Debian system currently running with python 2.5.4. I got virtualenv properly installed, everything is working fine. Is there a possibility that I can use a virtualenv with a different version of Python? I compiled Python 2.6.2 and would like to use it with some virtualenv. Is it enough to overwrite the binary file? Or do I have to change something in respect to the libraries?

    I am just putting the finishing touches to an iPhone app that I have written, signed up to the developer program and installed Xcode 3.2.2 (1650) My question is which version of the SDK should I be using to build my application? I was thinking I should be using the latest 3.2 but when I select that I can only access the iPad simulator ... Should I be using 3.1.3 which runs the iPhone simulator.     Why when a control does contain value but it's set to .Enable=False that all controls become disable (that's ok) but why that the ViewState doesn't retain the data on the next post back? If I get the UserControl without modifing its Enable state, the ViewState work between post back. How can we disable a UserControl that all its control become disable (this part work) but all of them KEEP use the ViewState (this doesn't work)?

  • How to know when my control changes size?

    I'm building a custom control, and I need it to be able to respond when it gets resized. I need the old dimensions and the new dimensions available in order to do some calculations. Unfortunately, the SetWidth and SetHeight methods are private to TControl, not protected, and so I can't override them. Is there any other way to know that my control's about to be resized, and to have the old size and the new size both available?
