    i need to make a php code for checking hotel room avaibility where user from the present day can book rooms upto 90 days or less and there are total 30 rooms available in the hotel,so if once i store the data for a user like his booking from one date till another next time if i want to check the avaibility how should i do it in php,what would be the logic. obviously i simple query like this isn't correct for eg $this->db->select('*') ->from('default_bookings') ->where('booking_from <',$input['fromdate']) ->where('booking_till >',$input['tilldate']);

    I'm fixing some PHP scripts and I'm missing ruby's pretty printer. i.e. require 'pp' arr = {:one => 1} pp arr will output {:one = 1}. This even works with fairly complex objects and makes digging into an unknown script much easier. Is there some way to duplicate this functionality in PHP?

    Hi guys, I am trying to write an php twitter script which will be run by crontab, what the script does is to get the tweets from a dedicated twitter account. I have looked at some of the php twitter oauth libraries, all of them seem to use redirect to a twitter page to get a token, then goes back to a callback link. Is it also possible to let PHP convert and save all images to one type. For example take an image(jpg,png,gif), compress it, resize it, and save as png.
