  • Can't find the PHPdoc binary file

    I've downloaded the phpdoc from their site, extracted it, and put it in apache's documentroot for access through the web browser. However, I cant access the phpdoc tool from the command line. I have to add it to the PATH because I want to use the command line for automated documentation building, but considering I can't find it I can't add it to the PATH.

I guess that most users would agree that it is currently rather inconvenient to find, install and especially keep up-to-date Emacs Lisp libraries. These pages make life a bit easier Emacs Lisp List - Problem: I see dead people (links). Emacswiki - Problem: May contain traces of nuts (malicious code). Dependencies take particular versions into account. Only use versions that have been released upstream. Use versions from version control systems if available. Packages are categorized.   • Java: how to name boolean properties

    I just had a little surprise in a Webapp, where I'm using EL in .jsp pages. I added a boolean property and scratched my head because I had named a boolean "isDynamic", so I could write this: <c:if test="${page.isDynamic}"> ... </c:if> Which I find easier to read than: <c:if test="${page.dynamic}"> ... </c:if> However the .jsp failed to compile, with the error: javax.el.PropertyNotFoundException: Property 'isDynamic' not found on type com... I turns out my IDE (and it took me some time to notice it), when generating the getter, had generated a method called: isDynamic() instead of: getIsDynamic() Once I manually replaced isDynamic() by getIsDynamic() everything was working fine. So I've got really two questions here: is it bad to start a boolean property's name with "is"? wether it is bad or not, didn't IntelliJ made a mistake here by auto-generating a method named isDynamic instead of getIsDynamic?

    I setup an wireless AP (linksys wifi router) to have no dhcp and point to the main router as the default gateway. I also set it up to obtain a ip from the network but when i go to my main router and look for it i don't see any ip's that it could be If i use net stumbler i can see the mac address of the wifi portion of it but Im at a loss how to get into the web console of this router any ideas on how to "find" this router?

  • Windows xp - recover document opened directly from IE

    Hi Attempting to help a family member recover a document. The word 2007 document was downloaded and opened directly from a webmail interface using Internet Explorer running on Windows XP. The user saved the document multiple times while working on it for the good part of a day. After closing Word 2007 the user is not able to locate the document, and I have so far not been able to help. The computer has not been turned off, and the user has not attempted to open the document directly from the mail again. Recreating the events on vista/windows 7 its easy enough to locate the document under the Temporary Internet Files folder. I have however not been able to do the same on a Windows XP. Any suggestion for how to locate this document, or if its even possible? Thanks

    Hi, here I've a dedicated server with 12GB RAM and running Debian Lenny x64. dmesg | grep Memory [ 0.004000] Memory: 11917152k/12259740k available (2279k kernel code, 333820k reserved, 1022k data, 216k init) Since some days, I've another dedicated server (nearly same hardware), but with Debian Squeeze x64 (installed via debootstrap, Kernel 2.6.32-5-xen-amd64) dmesg | grep Memory [ 1.551510] Memory: 6864620k/8151916k available (3146k kernel code, 1057736k absent, 229560k reserved, 1901k data, 600k init) what does absent memory mean? And how can I get 1GB of RAM back?

    I have a datagridview(dgv) with a DataGridViewComboBoxColumn(colLocation) colLocation.AutoComplete = False colLocation.HeaderText = "Stored to" colLocation.DataSource = DB.getLocation() colLocation.DisplayMember = "description" colLocation.ValueMember = "id" I added the colLocation to dgv. "descirption" contains Unicode characters. I can see the comboBox correctly and choose the item. The problem is when the comboBox lost the focus, the value is changed to first item of the comboBox. Any suggestion? Updated: I found out that the ComboBox doesn't change the data when the DisplayMember is in English characters. It changes only when the DisplayMember is in Unicode chracter.   • Environment variables get lost between MSBuild projects

    Hi, I have a .NET solution containing following projects: web application (WAP) web deployment (WDP, .wdproj) wix setup (WIX, .wixproj) In the WDP I've used a custom MSBuild task (SetEnvVar) to set some env. variables for further use in the build process. After setting them I can use them without prob. in the WDP but in the WIX they are empty/undefined. The strange thing is that when I reference those env. vars in the WIX files (by using properties in .wxs or preproc vars in .wxi) I get the values as expected. Do you have any idea why the env. vars get lost/are undefined in .wixproj? By the way the (solution) build process is triggered from inside VS 2010.

    Hi, i came across a weird behavior today w/ my web application. When I navigate from a page to another, I lose one particular session variable data. I'm able to launch the app in firefox and able to see that the session data is not lost. I use Response.Redirect(page2, false) to redirect to another page.     greetings all um using spring security 3.0.2,all the application pages are secured to see them you must be authenticated um using https protocol i have a strange problem that after successful login and got to the requested page when try to open any link to other pages in the application the session is invalidated or lost or what happened i don't know and the user become anonymous,and redirected to the login page and i got this from debugging: No HttpSession currently exists No SecurityContext was available from the HttpSession: null. A new one will be created. after reviewing the coe many times,nothing in the code is invalidating the session,any ideas why something like this might happen?

  • Really lost with OpenID and ASP.NET MVC

    I'm attempting to implement OpenID with ASP.NET MVC (Yeah, we haven't heard that one before I'm sure!) That really isn't the big problem, though. My huge problem is that I am exceedingly confused about how to do this alongside an application that will need to store a lot of information about the logged in users (profiles, histories, etc) It seems to me that OpenID takes away the site-centric logic and makes it, well, open. This is all well and good if you just make an authentication ticket to be seen as a 'validated' user - but in all seriousness I am completely lost. Is it possible to implement OpenID such that logging in with it will allow users to 'exist' on my own application as if they had gone through normal registration?

Edit I did what you suggested and it prints the data now thank you very much =) however, I was wondering, how can I send the data to the "data:" part in jQuery so it takes it from let's say user input, also I was checking the php documentation and it says I'm allowed to write something like: json_encode($a,JSON_HEX_TAG|JSON_HEX_APOS|JSON_HEX_QUOT|JSON_HEX_AMP) however, if I do that I get an error saying that json_encode accepts 1 parameter and I'm giving 2...any idea why? I'm using php 5.2

On some systems this is not a problem because the data comes in quickly enough. However, on other systems data in the receive buffer is not complete. How can I append received data to pUartData_c, rather than over-write it. I am using Microsoft Visual C# 2008 Express Edition. Thanks.

  • Mostrar Imagenes en ListView utilizando ImageList WinForms

    El día de hoy veremos como trabajar con los controles ListView e Imagelist de WindowsForms para poder leer y mostrar una serie de imágenes. Antes de ello debo decir que pueden existir otras formas de mostrar imagenes que solo requieren un control por ejemplo con un Gridview pero eso será en otro post, ahora nos centraremos en la forma de realizarlo con los controles antes mencionados. Lo primero que haremos será crear un nuevo proyecto de windows forms, en mi caso utilizando C#, luego agregaremos un Control ImageList. Este control será el que utilicemos para almacenar todas las imágenes una vez que las hemos leído. Si revisamos el control, veremos que tenemos la opción de agregar la imágenes mediante el diseñador, es decir podemos seleccionarlas manualmente o bien agregarlas mediante código que será lo que haremos. Lo segundo será agregar un control ListView al Formulario, este será el encargado de mostrar las imagenes, eso sí, por ahora será solo mostrarlas no tendrá otras funcionalidades. Ahora, vamos al codeBehind y en el Evento Load del form empezaremos a codificar: Lo primero será, crear una nueva variable derivando DirectoryInfo, a la cual le indicaremos la ruta de nuestra carpeta de imágenes. En nuestro ejemplo utilizamos Application.StartUpPath para indicarle que vamos a buscar en nuestro mismo proyecto (en carpeta debug por el momento). DirectoryInfo dir = new DirectoryInfo(Application.StartupPath + @"\images");   Una vez que hemos creado la referencia a la ruta, utilizaremos un for para obtener todas la imágenes que se encuentren dentro del Folder que indicamos, para luego agregarlas al imagelist y empezar a crear nuestra nueva colección. foreach (FileInfo file in dir.GetFiles()) { try { this.imageList1.Images.Add(Image.FromFile(file.FullName)); }   catch { Console.WriteLine("No es un archivo de imagen"); } }   Una vez, que hemos llenado nuestro ImageList, entonces asignaremos al ListView sus propiedades, para definir la forma en que las imágenes se mostrarán. Un aspecto a tomar en cuenta acá será la propiedad ImageSize ya que está será la que definirá el tamaño que tendrán las imágenes en el ListView cuando sean mostradas. this.listView1.View = View.LargeIcon;   this.imageList1.ImageSize = new Size(120, 100);   this.listView1.LargeImageList = this.imageList1;   Por último y con ayuda de otro for vamos a recorrer cada uno de los elementos que ahora posee nuestro ImageList y lo agregaremos al ListView para mostrarlo for (int j = 0; j < this.imageList1.Images.Count; j++) { ListViewItem item = new ListViewItem();   item.ImageIndex = j;   this.listView1.Items.Add(item); } Como vemos, a pesar de que utilizamos dos controles distintos es realmente sencillo  mostrar la imagenes en el ListView al final el control ImageList, solo funciona como un “puente” que nos permite leer la imagenes para luego mostrarlas en otro control. So there has to be something wrong with the editor template, but can't figure out what it is. Suggestions?

SubMenu.Collapsed : SubMenu.Visible; }; ParentMenuBtn.LostFocus += delegate { SubMenu.Visibility = Visibility.Collapsed; }; SubMenuBtn.Click += delegate { throw new Exception("This will never be thrown."); }; In my example, when SubMenuBtn is clicked, the first event that triggers is ParentMenuBtn.LostFocus(), which hides the container of SubMenuBtn. Once the container's visibility collapses, the Click event is never triggered. I'd rather avoid having to hide the sub-menu each time, but I'm a little surprised that the Click event is never triggered as a result... Anyone have any thoughts about this?

It renders like this (in IE7): <select name="ctl00$cphFilter$cbLista" onchange="javascript:setTimeout('__doPostBack(\'ctl00$cphFilter$cbLista\',\'\')', 0)" id="ctl00_cphFilter_cbLista" class="agsSelect"> <option selected="selected" value="4350">A</option> <option value="4352">B</option> <option value="4349">C</option> <option value="4348">D</option> And then I have a grid and a button on the same page. When the user clicks the button the selected item of the dropdown is read (well a datasource object reads it) and the grid does a databind after a trip to a DB where it gets some data based on that selected value. This works fine most of the time. However sometimes, the selection in the dropdownlist seems to get lost even though the rendered page says the A is the selected item. The datasource object is defined like this: <asp:ObjectDataSource ID="dsVM" runat="server" EnablePaging="False" SelectMethod="Select" SortParameterName="sort" TypeName="X.Business.Entities.LPVM.BE"> <SelectParameters> <asp:ControlParameter Name="listaId" Type="Int32" ControlID="cphFilter$cbLista" PropertyName="SelectedValue" /> </SelectParameters> </asp:ObjectDataSource> Any ideas why the grid would reload its data with a select parameter that is 0 instead of the selected value of the dropdownlist? EDIT Suppose the dropdownlist is bound, the user selected B and the grid is bound as well and shows the right data. Now, I wait 2 minutes and I click the Refresh button. Surprisingly, at this particular moment the dropdownlist.SelectedValue (which I already know it was 4352 before I clicked because that's how it looks in the rendered page) is actually an empty string. Where did the value go?

  • Parameters lost on login form submitted with post in JBoss

    My login page contains two forms: one for logging in and one for signing up. Shorten like this: <form name="LoginForm" id="LoginForm" method="post" action="j_security_check" > <input type="text" name="j_username" /> <input type="text" name="j_password" /> <input type="submit" value="Sing In" /> <form> <form name="SignUpForm" id="SignUpForm" method="post" action="/homepage" > <input type="text" name="loginName" /> <input type="password" name="password1" /> <input type="password" name="password2" /> <input type="submit" value="Sing Up" /> <form> I If 'Sing Up', than values of input are lost during processing and not passed into my Servlet. It works fine with GET, but than there is password in URL, so it's not the right solution :) Similar problem has been posted to community.jboss.org, but with no response: http://community.jboss.org/message/7150#7150. I'm using JBoss 4.3eap. Any help?
