    Any tricks in getting WatiN to run on Win7/IE8? My code: browser = new IE(); browser.GoTo("http://testserver"); browser.TextField(Find.ByName("txtUser")).TypeText("tyndall"); The third line never really runs and I get an error back: System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException : The RPC server is unavailable. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA) The second line seems to run. IE8 appears and is navigated to the correct URL.

Does anybody have an idea what this linking error means and what I can to to have it work again? Would be great if anybody could help After getting the problem to work I found that there is another way of compiling OpenCV for Android, using the current version of OpenCV (instead of the 1.1 one from above) and the modified Android NDK from crystax, which supports STL and exceptions and therefore supports the newest OpenCV Version. All information on that can be found here: http://opencv.willowgarage.com/wiki/Android There it says to download the current svn trunk and the crystax-r4 android-ndk, as well as swig, which I did. I entered the folder, created the build directory, ran cmake and then built the static libs, which seemed to work. At least it successfully ran the make-command without errors.   • ASP.NET web application can't find an assembly

    I deployed an ASP.NET web application last night and I when I woke up this morning it was very slow and would occasionally just throw a 'Service Unavailable' error. I checked the Event Viewer and it was filled up with these errors: I'm puzzled as it was working perfectly when I deployed it (MonoTorrent is required to retrieve the number of seeders/leechers for a certain torrent off the tracker - this was working fine), but it's no longer working and whenever code that uses MonoTorrent gets involved, the worker process just crashes. MonoTorrent.dll is in the /bin/ directory.

  • Eclipse Ganymede for OS X contains no HTML formatter. Alternatives?

    In Eclipse 3.4 for Windows, the Source - Format option for formatting Java code was extended to format HTML code. However, for OS X, this option is disabled. Additionally, there are no formatting options in the Preferences. I've downloaded all the Web Tools for Eclipse and the option is still unavailable. Which plugin/feature allows for HTML formatting on Eclipse OS X, if there is one? Otherwise, what is a good Web-based alternative? Thanks, Adam

  • Why is TransactionScope using a distributed transaction when I am only using LinqToSql and Ado.Net

    We are having problems on one machine, with the error message: "MSDTC on server XXX is unavailable." The code is using a TransactionScope to wrap some LingToSql database code; there is also some raw Ado.net inside of the transaction. As only a single sql database (2005) is being accessed, why is a distributed transaction being used at all? (I don’t wish to know how to enable MSDTC, as the code needs to work on the server with their current setup)

  • How do I make a script that properly introduces hstore in both 9.0 and 9.1?

    I am trying to introduce the hstore type into the database of a project I'm developing. But the problem is that I have a slightly newer version of the Postgres server installed on my development machine than there is on the production machine. While I can simply execute the CREATE EXTENSION command locally, this command is unavailable on the production machine. Is there a way to create a script that will install hstore both on 9.1 and 9.0?

  • ASP.NET 2.0 files work in one folder, but NOT in another

    I am about to leap of a building. I have created an app for a client and all the files are in a folder on their D drive. Now it is time to go production, so I copied all my files and folders to their excisting classic asp folder on the same drive. BUT NOTHING WORKS. The only difference I can see is that DEV does not require HTTPS like the production site. I also made sure all the permissions are the same on both folder. I made sure that the GAC has read rights using the aspnet_regiis tool. I am at the end of my debug knowlegde, could someone please help me out. Here are the error messages I get from the application event log.     Im writing a bash-script to perform an offsite backup, using rsync over SSH. I'm able to send STDOUT to logger, for logs via rsync --del -az -e 'ssh -i mycrt.crt' /home/gnutt/backup/ me@offisite:backup | logger -i But I want to send STDERR instead, so if there is a problem, such as that offsite is unavailable, that output should be sent to logger and logged.
