The Template Method Design Pattern using C# .Net

First of all I'll just put this pattern in context and describe its intent as in the GOF book: Template Method: Define the skeleton of an algorithm in an operation, deferring some steps to Subclasses. Template Method lets subclasses redefine certain steps of an algorithm without changing the Algorithm's Structure. Usage: When you are certain about the High Level steps involved in an Algorithm/Work flow you can use the Template Pattern which allows the Base Class to define the Sequence of the Steps but permits the Sub classes to alter the implementation of any/all steps. Example in the .Net framework: The most common example is the Asp.Net Page Life Cycle. The Page Life Cycle has a few methods which are called in a sequence but we have the liberty to modify the functionality of any of the methods by overriding them. How do I fix my theme?

After installing and using Ubuntu 11.10 for while I decided to install gnome shell. After Installing and rebooting my system I saw that Ubuntu light theme (ambiance/radiance) is gone. I check /usr/shar/themes and /usr/shar/icons, it seems that the light themes and mono icons exist. I even reinstalled gtk3-engine-unico package but none of these effort fixed my problem :( my desktop now looks like this: What should I do to get my default ubuntu theme back?

Collision detection when pathfinding with pathnodes, UDK

I'm trying to create a class that allows my AIController to path find using pathnodes (NOT NavMeshes). It's doing a swell job of going from point to point in a set order (although I would like for it to be a random patrol at some point), but it gets caught up on collision from time to time. I.E. He'll walk the same set path, and when he runs into the blocks in the middle of the map he continues to rub against them until they finish, and continues on his merry way to the next path node. How can I prevent this from happening, or at least have him move from the wall if he does a trace and detects that it is there? It looks like I need to use MoveToward() instead of MoveTo(), as MoveToward allows the pawn to adjust its course during movement. I'm just not sure of how to use those paramters. Download speed in ubuntu

When I use IDM to download anything on my Windows I get a speed of around 4-5 Mbps but for the same connection speed in Ubuntu (12.04) is around 600kbps. I tried wget, Kget Uget and so many other download managers but no increase in speed.Also none of these was as user friendly or efficient as IDM like they don't give an option of downloading things on their own. Each time I have to open the the application and manually type in the url. What are the options available for me?

Wifi hotspot disconnected after some time

I am trying to use my Ubuntu system as Wifi Hotspot, but for some reason Hotspot get disconnected on its own. Searching for the solution, I found this help : Why is my ethernet connection connecting and disconnecting repeatedly? I have a laptop that has an NVIDIA Optimus graphic card setup. I have tried running Minecraft on that laptop, and the game crashes after login, with the following error: org.lwjgl.LWJGLException: Could not init GLX I tried to update my drivers, but no driver update was available. I searched for people asking the same question and I found none, hence the following question: Is it possible to enable GLX on NVIDIA Optimus? If yes, how to? Thank you in advance.

Why don't xUnit frameworks allow tests to run in parallel?

Do you know of any xUnit framework that allows to run tests in parallel, to make use of multiple cores in today's machine? I don't... If none (or so few) of them does it, maybe there is a reason... Is it that tests are usually so quick that people simply don't feel the need to paralellize them? Is there something deeper that precludes distributing (at least some of) the tests over multiple threads? Thanks!

I've searched for tutorials, but have found none that explains thoroughly on how to achieve this. Does anyone know how to I can use quaternions to rotate my model or a complete tutorial?
