    I am using PHP to iterate over the following result set, the aim is to build a hyperlink for each result using a foreach loop.     hey people hope all is well.. i am trying to create a form in VS using ASP that when upon submitting a form the details will get automatically stored in an xml file which can be accessed later on a chosen file save path i have 2 files ... "Contact.aspx" and "Contact.aspx.vb" i have created the form in the "Contact.aspx" and when trying to enter the fields in the "contact.aspx.vb" i keep getting several errors such as for example... Error 5 'Formatting' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.XmlBuilder' Error 6 'WriteStartDocument' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.XmlBuilder'. Error 7 'WriteComment' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.XmlBuilder'. Error 8 'WriteStartElement' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.XmlBuilder'. Error 10 'WriteAttributeString' is not a member of 'System.Web.UI.WebControls.XmlBuilder'. there is like 30 errors in total... im literally stuck out my head been trying for 2 days now and can't grasp what im doing wrong ive tried even some of the tutorials online but loads of errors... hope some1 can fix this thank you

Where We have to select a Root project Directory(Browse)..so in this i want to hardcode the Browse path. By default it goes to workspace directory..but i want a fix path like..     Say the source data comes in excel format, below is how I import the data. Converting to csv format via MS Excel Roughly find bad rows/columns by inspecting backup the table that needs to be updated in SQL Query Analyzer truncate the table (may need to drop foreign key constraint as well) import data from the revised csv file in SQL Server Enterprise Manager If there's an error like duplicate columns, I need to check the original csv and remove them I was wondering how to make this procedure more effecient in every step? I have some idea but not complete. For step 2&6, using scripts that can check automatically and print out all error row/column data. So it's easier to remove all errors once. For step 3&5, is there any way to automatically update the table without manually go through the importing steps? Could the community advise, please? Thanks.

    I have a python program that imports pythoncom (and uses pythoncom.CoCreateInstance from it). I want to create a unittest for the program logic without it importing pythoncom (so I can run the test on Linux as well). What options are there? Can I do it without modifying the system under test? What I found so far: sys.modules["pythoncom"] = "test" import module_that_imports_pythoncom My problem with it is if I have: from pythoncom.something import something I'll get: ImportError: No module named something.something And sys.modules["something.something"] or sys.modules["pythoncom.something.something"] doesn't work. Any ideas?

I have no problem converting 0's and 1's into an Array, but I can't figure out how to do the same for -1's. It separates the "-" and the "1". Any help would be great.     I have an OpenLDAP server running on one of my ubuntu 8.10 servers. I used command-line only for OpenLdap installation and some basic configurations, everything else I'll configure with the Webmin gui tool. I'm trying to migrate to ubuntu 10.04 and I was able to migrate all other servies, application and databases but not the ldap. I'm an ldap beginner: I have installed OpenLDAP server and client on ubuntu 10.04 server using the link and used the following command to export and import ldap users and groups To export from 8.10 server slapcat > ldap.ldif To import to 10.04 server Stop ldap and slapadd -l ldap.ldif and Start ldap Then I accessed Webmin and checked in Ldap users and groups and I could see all the users and groups of my old ldap server.Whenever I create an ldap user from the webmin(in 8.10 or 10.04) a unix user is also created with the home directory under /home. But the imported users in 10.04 from 8.10 are not present as a unix user(/etc/passwd). How could I make the ldap users available as a unix user, is there any perfect way to export and import?. I also wanted to check the ldap users from the terminal that if password is exported properly but I don't know how to access the ldap users which are not available as unix users. On 8.10, I just use su - ldapuser and it is not working in the 10.04 as unix users are not created for the exported ldap users. If every thing works fine then the CVS works as it is using ldap authentication. Anybody could help me?

The question how do I pass XML from a queue or web service and insert it into a DB table using XMLTYPE.In this example I create a basic table with the field PAYLOAD of type XMLTYPE. I then take the full XML payload of the web service and insert it into that database for auditing purposes.I use SOA Suite 11.1.1.2 using composite and mediator to link the web service with the DB adapter.1.     We are sending routes to Mappoint 2013 from our application using an access database. It seems to happen with Mappoint 2010 and 2011 also. It doesn't happen on all of our clients either and it happens randomly on those who it does happen.   • How to automate wIntegrate import/export?

    Our company uses pic database and wIntegrate 4.02 to interface with. How would I go about automating the .wis files for importing and exporting through wIntegrate? Is there some type of macro, software solution or built in routine I can use? At the moment I manually login to pic using wIntegrate and goto run - querybuilder and select the desired .wis script for importing and exporting data and select ok to run. This is not a solution, it needs to be automated. Anyone? Is there some type of point a click freeware recording software? I hate to do a hack job like that but I'm running out of ideas and no one seems to have worked with this software before...

  • What is a good way to store tilemap data?

    I'm developing a 2D platformer with some uni friends. We've based it upon the XNA Platformer Starter Kit which uses .txt files to store the tile map. While this is simple it does not give us enough control and flexibility with level design. Some examples: for multiple layers of content multiple files are required, each object is fixed onto the grid, doesn't allow for rotation of objects, limited number of characters etc. So I'm doing some research into how to store the level data and map file. This concerns only the file system storage of the tile maps, not the data structure to be used by the game while it is running. The tile map is loaded into a 2D array, so this question is about which source to fill the array from. Reasoning for DB: From my perspective I see less redundancy of data using a database to store the tile data. Tiles in the same x,y position with the same characteristics can be reused from level to level. It seems like it would simple enough to write a method to retrieve all the tiles that are used in a particular level from the database. Reasoning for JSON/XML: Visually editable files, changes can be tracked via SVN a lot easier. But there is repeated content. Do either have any drawbacks (load times, access times, memory etc) compared to the other? And what is commonly used in the industry?   • Google Mail: Import labels when switching from POP3 to IMAP

    My situation is the following: I have a Google Mail email-address and I have been using this address in Thunderbird fetching the emails with POP3 (the emails also remained on the server and where "archived"). In Thunderbird I organized my emails in folders. Now I want to switch to IMAP (with the same email address), but I want to keep the folder structure I created in Thunderbird. I could create a 2nd account in Thunderbird that uses IMAP, and then move my folders from the old account to the new one. But the problem is, that Google Mail probably does not recognize that it already has these moved emails in "All Mails". I will probably end up with two copies of every email. Does someone has good idea how to deal with that problem? Thank you!

    Hi, i am using Powershell 2.0 with the PSCX 2.0 module. When writing PS scripts inside Windows PowerShell ISE no Cmdlets from the PSCX module are availible. For example running "Get-DriveInfo" from Windows PowerShell ISE would cause an error. Running "Get-DriveInfo" from Powershell works fine. I guess Windows PowerShell ISE doesn't load my PS profile (this would be mad). Does anyone know why and what to do to get it work?

  • Versioning millions of files with distributed SCM

    I'm looking into the feasibility of using off-the-shelf distributed SCMs such as Git or Mercurial to manage millions of XML files. Each file would be a commercial transaction, such as a purchase order, that would be updated perhaps 10 times during the lifecycle of the transaction until it is "done" and changes no more. And by "manage", I mean that the SCM would be used to not just version the files, but also to replicate them to other machines for redundancy and transfer of IP. Lets suppose, for the sake of example, that a goal is to provide good performance if it was handling the volume of orders that Amazon.com claimed to have at its peak in December 2010: about 150,000 orders per minute. We're expecting the system to be distributed over many servers in order to get reasonable performance. We're also planning to use solid-state drives exclusively. There is a reason why we don't want to use an RDBMS for primary storage, but it's a bit beyond the scope of this question. Does anyone have first-hand experience with the performance of distributed SCMs under such a load, and what strategies were used? Open-source preferred, since the final product is to be FOSS, too.
