  • How do I load a module catalog from a database in Prism?

    I'm using Prism in my WPF application and up to now, I've been loading the modules via var moduleCatalog = new ConfigurationModuleCatalog();. I'd like to get the module catalog from a database. The Prism documentation indicates that this is possible, but it doesn't go into any details. Has anyone done this and can provide some guidance?

  • Debugging a Visual Studio 2020 extension or addin, always gives me LoaderLock...

    Title says it all. I'm trying to write an extension for VS2010, but I get this every time: Hit F5 to start debugging A new instance of visual studio starts up I can see a bunch of DLLs loading in the debug host while the new instance is starting It then fails with a "LoaderLock". When I continue after that, the new instance is fully functional, but there's no debugging happening at all. The same happens when creating an addin. Any clues?

    I am loading a website using a WebBrowser's Navigate function, and I want the browser to load the page with a cookie I've given it. The following code doesn't work: wb.Navigate(url, null, null, "Cookie: " + cookie + "\n"); What am I doing wrong? Will I have to use InternetSetCookie? This doesn't seem like the best solution.     I've been using Imagemagick's mogrify on Cygwin, but at some point it stopped working. I've tried uninstalling / reinstalling, but still no go. When I try to run mogrify it trows this error : /usr/bin/mogrify.exe: error while loading shared libraries: ?: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Anyone have any hints on what's causing this ?

    i have a modelview controller with more than 20 views and imageviews. im navigating to other controller while loading this controller textfiled bocomefirst responder and keyboard will be there.Here the push navigation is very slow and not smooth. when i pop previoius controller the keyboard moving very fast to right and then only controller moving. if anybody know the reason please help me. i have to keep the keybord with tht controller.

    Hi there! In my project I am using NHibernate/FluentNHibernate, and I am working with two entities, contracts and services. Id { get; set; } // other properties here public virtual Activity.Models.TTLCContract Contract { get; set; } // implementation of Equals // and GetHashCode here } Ok, so as you can see, I want my contract object to have many services, and each Service needs to have a reference to the parent Contract. I am using FluentNhibernate. So my mappings file are the following: public TTLCContractMapping() { Table("tab_tlc_contracts"); Id(x => x.Id, "tlc_contract_id"); HasMany(x => x.Services) .Inverse() .Cascade.All() .KeyColumn("tlc_contract_id") .AsSet(); } and public TTLCServiceMapping() { Table("tab_tlc_services"); Id(x => x.Id, "tlc_service_id"); References(x => x.Contract) .Not.Nullable() .Column("tlc_contract_id"); } and here comes my problem: if I retrieve the list of all contracts in the db, it works. if I retrieve the list of all services in a given contract, I get a StackOverflowException.... Do you see anything wrong with what I wrote? Have I made any mistake? Please let me know if you need any additional information. Oh yes, I missed to say... looking at the stacktrace I see the system is loading all the services and then it is loading again the contracts related to those services.     Hello there! After whittling down of the options we've encountered a problem with PNG's and ActionScript 3 (AS3). When loading a PNG 8 or PNG 32 with alpha transparancy we're getting the following error reported in Flash:- "Error #2124: Loaded file is an unknown type" Now, we're dealing with some legacy images, and it appears as though this problem isn't universal - some images believed to be 32bit alpha PNG are loading. BUT, some conclusions:- converting one image that was 32 bit alpha (NOT WORKING IN AS3) to PNG 8 index transparency DID work. And converting that same image to PNG 8 alpha DID NOT work.     What's the best way to organize functionality modules in a flex project? I saw some people put all modules in one view stack ,and so the application interface is only load once, but when the application get larger, the whole compiled swf would be very big. If we put swfs in different pages, we pass request parameters through HTTP request, we lost the benefits from flex RPC services, slow loading, and we can't see any superior comparing to php,asp,jsp... what's the best practice to organize front end architecture?

    Hi all, When loading an executable then segments like the code, data, bss and so on need to be placed in memory. I am just wondering, if someone could tell me where on a standard x86 for example the libc library is placed. Is that at the top or bottom of memory.     Afternoon, Bit of a tricky question this one, I have a website and need to translate the pages into french, I am using google translate API to do the translation. What I am doing is loading in the HTML templates into a string using PHP and then need to translate the text copy on the pages and then save as for example: fr_master_header.html de_master_header.html The problem I have is identifying the text copy on the page ignoring the HTML, replacing the copy in the extact place and then saving the file with the HTML tags and trasnlated text copy.     I have a view which contains a UIButton. When this is clicked, it calls a method that loads another NIB. Now, normally, that nib would load a view onto the stack, and everything would be fine. But, I am trying to load a Navigation Controller (so that I can have table views that are multiple levels deep), and all I get it errors. What is the proper method for loading a Navigation Controller and putting it on the top of the stack?

  • Phantomjs creating black output from SVG using page.render
