    Hi, we did a cleanbuild in netbeans, checked the jdk version and deployed everything at the server but still got the following error.     I've found this problem somewhere on the internet, but I'm not sure about the proper solution. I think, that it has to be done by greedy algorithm, however I haven't spend much time thinking about that. I suppose, You may enjoy solving this problem, and I will get my answer. Win-win situation :). Problem N people come to a river in the night. There is a narrow bridge, but it can only hold two people at a time. Because it's night, the torch has to be used when crossing the bridge. Every person can cross the bridge in some (given) time (person n1 can cross the bridge in t1 time, person n2 in t2 time etc.). When two people cross the bridge together, they must move at the slower person's pace. What is the mimimal time for the whole grup to cross the bridge?

  • ASP.NET web application can't find an assembly

    I deployed an ASP.NET web application last night and I when I woke up this morning it was very slow and would occasionally just throw a 'Service Unavailable' error. I checked the Event Viewer and it was filled up with these errors: I'm puzzled as it was working perfectly when I deployed it (MonoTorrent is required to retrieve the number of seeders/leechers for a certain torrent off the tracker - this was working fine), but it's no longer working and whenever code that uses MonoTorrent gets involved, the worker process just crashes. MonoTorrent.dll is in the /bin/ directory.

  • Where can I find Object Model Documentation for Microsoft Expression Web Add-ins

    I am working on an add-in for Microsoft Expression Web. I have gotten enough information on the web to know that I have to add references to Microsoft.Expression.Interop.WebDesigner, Microsoft.Expression.Interop.WebDesignerPage, and Microsoft.Expression.Interop.WebDesigner. The problem is that there does not seem to be any official documentation on the classes within these dll-s. There is even a Microsoft Connect issue about the lack of documentation. I have been using the object browser in Visual Studio 2008 and Reflector but that is pretty thin soup. Does anyone know where there is some reasonable documentation. I am not looking for a sample "hello world" implementation. I want some more substance and depth.

  • Webrat says it can't find some text, but the text is actually there

    I have a webpage that has a form button on it called "delete", and a cuke scenario that has the line: And I should see "delete" When I run the scenario, I get this error: expected the following element's content to include "delete" ...and it dumps the webrat page to stdout and the "delete" is, in fact, not there. So far so good. However, when I tell webrat to show me the page before the error happens: Then show me the page And I should see "delete" ...Safari fires up and shows me the page, and in Safari there's the "delete" button, totally there. Why is webrat not finding the form button? I've also had this same problem with form fields, such as text inputs that have a value in them when the page loads, but webrat says there's nothing there. Looking at it in Safari shows, again, that the field does have the right text in it. Is this a bug, or is webrat just not suitable for checking form elements? Is there a different way to do this? Thanks!

The typical source string is look like: =3+7*A1-B3*AB28 I need to get collection of all cells in the string: A1, B3, AB28 I tried to use Regex.Matches method with the following regular expression: @"[A..Z]+?[1..9]+?", but it doesn't work. Can anybody help me to write the regular expression?

    As I said in some questions today I´m looking for the way to get window or windowPart references at a certain location. Although I know I could use Cocoa for this purpose (I don´t know how to do it yet) I prefer (and probably need) to do this using Carbon because the entire application that needs this functionality is written in C++ but I´ve found many problems trying it. Does anyone get a valid windowPtr or windowRef using one of the following functions? FindWindow, MacFindWindow, HIWindowFindAtLocation or FindWindowOfClass I always get 0 as the windowRef or windowPtr that I´m looking for. What I´m doing wrong? Any ideas? It´s true that now if you want to create a 64-bit application for Mac OS X, you need to use Cocoa to implement its user interface because some APIs commonly used by Carbon applications are not available in 64-bit applications?     Hey, I got a working webpage with CodeIgniter. I did now just upload it to my webserver and it gives me a 404 error.   • Trying to find a good strategy using Git for personal development on local/personal machine

    A noob here. I have a personal Macbook and I want to use Git to track the changes etc. I want to just init a repo on my macbook and work there. Is this a good idea? What if: I have a main repo somewhere in my Macbook HD, like, /Users/user/projects/project1 and clone it to another area on my macbook where I actually perform development? But there is a lot of redundancy in this. I am a little confused and want to know what are the usual steps folks take in a similar personal development environment. Thanks a lot.

  • Create creative diagrams or find someone creative

    This question might be slightly non-techy/dev, but I am sure many of you had a similar problem. We code, write test-cases, put comments in source-code (!), put messages in svn commit, write comments in tracked issues. We create ERD/class/usecase/.. diagrams with whatever tool. We might write user-manuals, wikis, guidelines,.. Not everyones cup of tea, but usually practice makes a good tech writer (I experienced that). Now comes the point: Once in a while we need to supply system overview diagrams, drawings of architecure,.. that look appealing to non-technical people, and no, we dont have a marketing department with designers waiting for our input or a $$$$ design company doing our corporate design. If I try to do that, it a) takes forever b) I might not have the tools and c) looks like crap and not like something I want to see in a slideshow. Whats your experience or recipe ? Is there something like RENT-A-DESIGNER ? cheers

    I am developing in application in XNA which draws random paths. Unfortunately, I'm out of touch with graphing, so I'm a bit stuck. My application needs to do the following: Pick a random angle from my origin (0,0), which is simple. Draw a circle in relation to that origin, 16px away (or any distance I specify), at the angle found above. (Excuse my horrible photoshoping) The second circle at (16,16) would represent a 45 degree angle 16 pixels away from my origin. I would like to have a method in which I pass in my distance and angle that returns a point to graph at. i.e. private Point GetCoordinate(float angle, int distance) { // Do something. return new Point(x,y); } I know this is simple, but agian, I'm pretty out of touch with graphing.
