Is there a way to switch to emacs mode using AntBuilder?

  • Clang LLVM doesn't generate warnings in Xcode

    I want lots of lovely warnings when compiling. I've set my build configuration to be based on a build config file I have. When I switch to GCC 4.0, it generates all the required warnings. As soon as I change to the Clang LLVM compiler, all the warnings disappear. Every other setting is identical. What am I missing?

    I have a text area in which users can type source code (html/css/js). I want to be able to let them click a "switch to fullscreen" link to make the editor fullscreen. Of course, this should work on any resolution and must also resize when a users resizes it's window. I found this plugin, http://plugins.jquery.com/project/fulltextarea, but it's not resizing when the browser windows is resized. Any tips or plugins for this one?

    I have a java application that has an icon in the tray of the menu bar at the top of OSX. I've been able to remove the icon from the dock when the application is "minimized to tray", but it still appears when I command-tab to switch between my running applications. I'd like to hide it from there too, but I'm not sure how to do that, so I would appreciate any advice Thanks!

I'd like to code it so when the combined width of all the headers causes one of them to wrap that the table columns switch to using vertical text (writing-mode: tb-rl).     I would like my cabalised program to have a --version switch. I would like it to report the same version as is present in the .cabal file. If I have to update the version number separately in my Haskell source code as well as in the .cabal file, I will eventually get them out of sync. So, how can my program, while being compiled under cabal, get its version number from the .cabal file?

    Given a compressed archive file such as application.tar.gz which has a folder application/x/y/z.jar among others, I'd like to be able to take my most recent version of z.jar and update/refresh the archive with it. Is there a way to do this other than something like the following? tar -xzf application.tar.gz cp ~/myupdatedfolder/z.jar application/x/y tar -czf application application.tar.gz I understand the -u switch in tar may be of use to avoid having to untar the whole thing, but I'm unsure how to use it exactly.

    Anyone know where I can find information on how I can control the USB port on a Droid running Android 2.0? I want to know how to either initialize the USB port or send data across it vi a program. I want to be able to atatch a device to the USB port to act as a switch to control a microservo. I am asked to build an admin tool so that the ROLE_ADMIN can change to any user in the site and view the site as that person (each person on the site may see different stuff depending on the role which is dynamically granted base on the database) and of course the admin should be able to switch back to admin without logging in.
