  Hi, Does anyone know how to disable duplicate comment detection in Wordpress (2.9.2)? I'm looking for a way to do this programatically without editing core files.   While editing HTML/ASPX/ASCX etc; whenever I select an html tag, visual studio highlights the entire tag in black and bold; the black I'm not so fussed about but the bold changes the length of the line and really messes up the formatting. Is there a way to disable this? Thanks, Chris

  I'm running into the Windows Vista/7 Program Compatibility Assistant problem described here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1069135/this-program-might-not-have-installed-correctly-message-in-windows-7-rc The solution (backed-up by similar questions elsewhere, and MSDN), is apparently to add a 'compatibility' section to setup.exe's manifest. InstallShield 10 SP1 does this automatically, but unfortunately I only have InstallShield 2009. How would I go about editing the manifest? Is there a way to do this programmatically, so I can integrate it into my build?

What I'd like to be able to do is to accumulate a commit message as I'm examining my changes and then when I call "git commit", it is already filled out for me and allows me to make changes before I commit. Now, its easy to do with git gui by simply examining the changes and editing the commit message text box accordingly, but I'm a command line guy and was wondering if this is possible at the command line.

  Is there a way to specify how an image is scaled up in an Image element with LayoutTransform set to a ScaleTransform with integer values for ScaleX and ScaleY? I want to display the scaled image crisply (ie using 'nearest neighbour' scaling), with no blurring. (Imagine how you would want a bitmap editing program to behave when zooming in). I noticed the protected property VisualBitmapScalingMode on Image, so created a subclass of Image that sets this property to BitmapScalingMode.NearestNeighbor. However, this had no effect.
