  • Is there any way to load all UI controls before displaying? C# winform

    I have a complicate win form with lots of controls and bulky repaints, controls resizeing and positioning according to user screen, this causes the form to be shown while doing some rendering and repainting. Is there any way to load UI and prepare it before displaying??I mean showing final UI after the whole repainting events done. If using splash screen, before loading the main form, how should I do that?? Thanks

    open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/www/vhosts/domain.com) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs:/tmp) How do I securely fix this? This is preventing me from listing and creating directories outside of the current directory. What I mean by securely is that I don't want to remove a piece of code from a configuration file and potentially make it easier for hackers to do whatever.

    Hi, I want to use JpaInspector class that is written for Metawidget. However when I insert this class into my Java project in Netbeans 6.8, It gives an error for inspectProperty() method of JpaInspector class, "method does not override or implement a method from supertype". Does it mean that parent class of JpaInspector, that is BaseObjectInspector, does not have such a method? Or what should I do to use JpaInspector in my project? Thanks.

I'm currently more-or-less comfortable with the basics and want to understand the most important, most elegant and most practically applicable achievements of modern type theory. I just do not have much time, desire and mental powers to study all the formalistics more thoroughly and that may change in the future. But there is something really attractive for me in that branch, that just forces to ask silly questions like this :) Thank you very much!

    I've been reading the Head First iPhone Development book and I understand how to get to a new view from a table but how exactly would I be able to get to a new view or view controller, by just simply pressing a button? Is that even possible? I mean there are some apps where you click a button, not a table cell and it loads a new view. How exactly is that done?     Is it possible to change the behavior of the yui text editor so that when you make markup changes (via the toolbar bar buttons), for example changing from a paragraph to say a heading or to a list, and you dont have any text selected it assumes you mean the current block that the cursor is in So to change a paragraph to a heading rather than selecting the whole line you just place the cursor somewhere in the paragraph and select heading from the styles drop down.

    I need to implement "Drag and Drop" operations for the ToolStripMenuItems. Everything works fine only with ToolStripMenuItems on the first level. I mean I can't move menu item from a submenu to other one. But I can move submenu to top-level menu. I noticed that DragEnter event isn't arise for submenus. Initialization is the same for all menu-items. What is wrong? :(
