  • android: how do i use the progress bar?

    I am writing a media player and i would like to have a progress bar showing the progress of the song. I found the ProgressBar class, but all i can get on the screen is a circular spinning icon. what im looking for is an actual bar. How do i change the style of the ProgressBar to be a bar (not a circle) and how would i use it with MediaPlayer? thanks

    Is there an easy way to apply CSS/icons to the modal buttons on a jQuery UI modal dialog box? If I include the HTML to display an icon with the button text, it shows the HTML as text rather than rendering the code. I'm guessing I could write some jQuery to find the button and overwrite the HTML with what I want, but I'm hoping there's an easier more direct way.

  • custom control in DataGridTemplateColumn

    Hi all, I'd like to add my custom control into a template column of data grid. The custom control is very similar to a text box, but has an icon in it. The user can click the icon, and selects an item from a prompted window, then the selected item will be filled into the text box. My problem is when the text box is filled, after I click the second column, the text will disappear. If I replace the custom control with a simple text box, the result is the same.   • Displaying a notification when bluetooth is disconnected - Android

    I am trying to create a program that will display a notification to the user if a Blue tooth device suddenly comes out of range from my Android device. I currently have the following code but no notification is displayed. I was wondering if it was possible I shouldn't use ACTION_ACL_DISCONNECTED because I believe the bluetooth stack would be expecting packets that state a disconnect is requested. My requirements state that the bluetooth device will disconnect without warning. Thank you for any assistance!     Hi, Is it possible to have the icons in a TabBar and / or the "More navigation controller" be in colors other than grey and black? I tried changing the color of the icon I set for the view controller using UITabBarItem's - (id)initWithTitle:(NSString *)title image:(UIImage *)image tag:(NSInteger)tag method. My client thinks the interface is too dark and want's to brighten it up with some colorful icons... Thanks!

    Go to my blog and please tell me how to achieve vertical alignment :( My situation truly is different and I need help :) The reason this is so difficult is because holder is the div that contains everything, outer are the icons at the bottom, and tooltip are the divs that pop up. I need tooltip to be vertically aligned but they are actually below outer. Each icon is connected to their post so you can't keep them all in one div.

  • Why would my Silverlight 4 Out-of-Browser application just display white?

But when I install it as an out-of-browser application, the Window frame comes up with an appropriate icon and title, but the content of the window is just white. The individual apps will be very similar but will have different resources (icon, images etc) and config settings stored in plists (server names, options etc).
