  • Creating a view linking three different node types with two node references

    I have the following content types: Camp - the top level type Registration Information - contains node reference to Camp called Camp Medical Release Form - contains node reference to registration information called Camper I would like to create a View that takes the nid for the Camp, and pulls out all the fields for the Registration Info and Medical Release Form. I'm having trouble figuring out how to set up the various arguments/relationships. I haven't done something that's referenced more than two types. I know it would be smart/best to just combine the Registration Info and Medical Release Form, since it's a 1:1 mapping, but we can't. So... any help would be appreciated!

  • Append or modify keys in conf files using sed/bash one-liner

    I often have to modify files such as sysctl.conf, and I'm familiar with using sed to replace existing values. Is there a way to append the new key/value pair to the file if sed wasn't able to replace it? For instance, using this example: modify config file using bash script sed -c -i "s/\($TARGET_KEY *= *\).*/\1$REPLACEMENT_VALUE/" $CONFIG_FILE How could I add the $TARGET_KEY = $REPLACEMENT_VALUE new line to $CONFIG_FILE using the same sed expression with slight changes? And on a related topic, how can I force creation of $CONFIG_FILE if it didn't exist?

  • em1: watchdog timeout -- resetting virtualbox

    everyone. I try to configure network adapter of my freebsd on virtualbox machine. At first setting up, I got it right. However, after a couple of reboots, my VM gives me a error message: says "em1:Watchdog timeout -- resetting" I tried to google it, and there is no solution that works for me. The following is my network adapter of my VM: Apapter1: NAT Adapter2: Host-only Adapter vboxnet0 On my Virtualbox setting: Host-only networks: Adapter: IPv4 address: 192.168.56.10 IPv4 network mask: 255.255.255.0 On my FreeBSD VM /etc/rc.conf ifconfig_em0="DHCP" ifconfig_em1="inet 192.168.56.11 netmask 255.255.255.0" Moreover, strange thing is that, for example, if timeout error message show at ttyv0 , when I log in at different ttyv[1-9], the error message will not be shown. but in ttyv0, it still gives me the message. And, in term of functionality of em1, it does work. I have no clue about this problem. Hoping any one can give me a solution or suggestion. That will be great! Thanks a lot.   • apache on windows virtual directory config help

    I'm running Apache on Windows XP via Xampplite, and could use help configuring my virtual directory. Here's what I'm hoping to do on my dev box: I want my source files to live outside of the xampp htdocs dir on my local machine I can access the project at http://myproject others on my local network can access the project at my.ip.address/myproject keep localhost pointing to the xampp's htdocs folder so I can easily add other projects. I've got 1 & 2 working by editing the windows hosts file, and adding a virtual directory in xampp's apache\conf\extra\httpd-vhosts.conf file. I don't immediately see how to do 3 without messing up 4.

  • TeamCity build triggers don't automatically run

    I've been playing around with and learning a bit about TeamCity and have the server correctly set up with my .Net MVC project committed in Subversion successfully and build configurations and triggers sorted to kick off when any changes are committed to the repository. TeamCity polls on its default time period and is picking up that changes have been committed, but it is adding these to the queue without actually ever running them. I have to manually click the "Run" button to kick them off. What setting do I need to change in order to ensure that any new changes are automatically run?

    Hi All I have a custom query in dripal, this query is: select count(distinct B.src) from node A, url_alias B where concat('node/',A.nid)= B.src; now, nid in node is primary key and i have made src as an index in url_alias table. after waiting for more than a minute i got this: +-----------------------+ | count(distinct B.src) | +-----------------------+ | 325715 | +-----------------------+ 1 row in set (1 min 24.37 sec) now my question is: why did this query take this long, and how to optimize it??   • How can I specify a single .config file for multiple EXE projects in .NET

    I have a project that I am breaking up into multiple .exe projects. I still plan on publishing them, using click once, into the same location at the same time, and I would like to use the same config file. I have added the app.config to each project using the "Add link" option in Visual Studio, which is great for debugging, but in production, when I compile each exe project, the app.config is not copied into the "master project"'s bin folder. example: master.exe with master.exe.config master.exe may launch order.exe based on user settings master.exe may launch returns.exe based on user settings master, order, and returns will all reside in the same folder, and should share a single config file.

  • How To Configure Fields To Display In Ubercart Product Node

    Hi I have set up ubercart on a site and everything seems ok when adding products and viewing the catalog page however when I click on the product the product view does not include the product image or the price. I have have enabled all fields in admin/store/settings/products/edit/fields however this does not seem to change anything (SKU etc not displayed either, only description, size options, add to cart button and link to category) Can anyone suggest why these may not be showing, Am I looking at completely the wrong config screen?     I am about to start a project (.NET) and need to decide between TFS and SVN. I am more used to SVN(with tortoise client), CVS and VSS. Does TFS have all features available in SVN Have any of you switched from SVN to TFS and found it worthwhile? Also it looks like we may need Visual Studio if we need to work with TFS. [Edit] Money is not a consideration since we already have the licenses for TFS in place. And I am more interested in the Source Control features of TFS vs SVN, of course other features list is also welcome.

  • What's the best practice for handling system-specific information under version control?

    I'm new to version control, so I apologize if there is a well-known solution to this. For this problem in particular, I'm using git, but I'm curious about how to deal with this for all version control systems. I'm developing a web application on a development server. I have defined the absolute path name to the web application (not the document root) in two places. On the production server, this path is different. I'm confused about how to deal with this. I could either: Reconfigure the development server to share the same path as the production Edit the two occurrences each time production is updated. I don't like #1 because I'd rather keep the application flexible for any future changes. I don't like #2 because if I start developing on a second development server with a third path, I would have to change this for every commit and update. What is the best way to handle this? I thought of: Using custom keywords and variable expansion (such as setting the property $PATH$ in the version control properties and having it expanded in all the files). Git doesn't support this because it would be a huge performance hit. Using post-update and pre-commit hooks. Possibly the likely solution for git, but every time I looked at the status, it would report the two files as being changed. Not really clean. Pulling the path from a config file outside of version control. Then I would have to have the config file in the same location on all servers. Might as well just have the same path to begin with. Is there an easy way to deal with this? Am I over thinking it?

    Is it possible to add a trailing slash to the default context of an application? Example: http://www.uri.com/foo -> http://www.uri.com/foo/ I added the following redirect to the server properties: redirect_1: from=/foo url-prefix=/foo/ and this ends up in a loop... Several other configurations also didn't work :-/ I'm using glassfish v2.1-b60e.

  • How can I disable TinyMCE from stripping/modifying my HTML in Joomla?

    I've got a site running Joomla with TinyMCE set as the editor. One of the sites editors is now trying to embed a media player into an article but TinyMCE keeps messing up the HTML. I've tried setting the Extended Valid Elements, in the plugin config, to *[*] to allow anything and everything but it's not working. What I'd like is to disable the code stripping "feature" from TinyMCE all together. I don't want it trying to validate my HTML or anything like that. How can I disable the code stripping?

    I've got a site where users follow users they like and can read their latest updates. I'd like to show my users a simple count of how many comments the people they follow have posted in the last 24 hours. I'm having trouble figuring out the query. I have two tables. comment -cid (comment id) -timestamp -uid (id of person who posted the comment) -comment (content of the comment) user_relationships -requester_id (id of the user who followed the person) -requestee_id (id of the person who was followed) In plain english, I think the query is something like this: COUNT the cid.comment from the comments table where uid.comment is equal to requestee_id.user_relationships associated with requester_id.user_relationships value of X. I need to get all the UIDs of people being followed by a given UID from the user_relationship table. Then count up how many comments those people have posted in the last 24 hours and spit that number out. What would this query look like?

    I have Eclipse configured to use an external maven instance. Nonetheless I have an integration test that runs fine from the command line, but fails from within Eclipse. The error is a class Spring application context bean error: Cannot convert value of type [java.lang.String] to required type The culprit it a bean that sets property values using a PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer. <!-- property settings for non-JNDI database connections --> <bean id="placeholderConfigUuid" class="org.springframework.beans.factory.config.PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer"> <property name="systemPropertiesModeName" value="SYSTEM_PROPERTIES_MODE_OVERRIDE" /> <property name="location" value="classpath:database.properties" /> <property name="placeholderPrefix" value="$DS{" /> </bean> I know which bean is failing because it appears in the stack trace and because when I replace the $DS{hibernate.dialect} with a static value it works. I have two questions: 1) Since M2Eclipse is using the same Maven setup as the command line, why does one work and the other fail? 2) How to fix this? I really like the ability to run a single jUnit test from within Eclipse on demand.
