    hi, I'm using JQuery Media module to integrate my own flash video player with Drupal website. I've tested everything on a local drupal installation and it works great. However I've updated an online drupal website and the player is not used. I can only see this message: "Use SwfTools Module to play FLV files if you only convert/upload FLV videos or FlowPlayer Module must be enabled in order to play FLV videos with other types." thanks

  • html5media & flowplayer wmode issues...

    I'm working on our new homepage and need to implement a solution that will run a video across iphone/ipad and the standard web browsers. I found a pretty decent solution with html5media - http://code.google.com/p/html5media/ but ran across an issue with a jquery dropdown falling behind the the swf object (this only happens on FF & IE - works fine on Safari & Chrome because it's loading mp4 instead of a swf object). I know the issue is the wmode setting but can not for the life of me figure out where to set it in the html5media (http://html5media.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/src/html5media.min.js). I'm hoping someone can help me or possibly give me a better solution of implementing the video. I implemented this is exactly the same way as in Interstitials example (SDK Admob), but this always showing videos with zombies - so it should be, really? If I understand correctly, I should specify my own video url and it will be advertising? Perhaps, in addition, there is a way to not display video, but instead one large banner with advertising on the whole page? Thanks.

  • Using ffmpeg to cut up video

    I am using FFmpeg like this e.g.: ffmpeg -i input.wmv -ss 60 -t 60 -acodec copy -vcodec copy output.wmv to cut out a section of a large file. The -ss part works fine but the -t is ignored. That is, it correctly removes the first -ss seconds but then just keeps going to the end of the input with the copy. Is there a way to use FFmpeg to cut off the end of a video without recoding it?

    I am using Video For Window's AVIFile functions. When I use AVIFileOpen I notice that it uses the flag FILE_FLAG_NO_BUFFERING when creating the .avi file. ProcessMonitor shows the that file was created with "no buffering". This flag is causing performance issues and I was wondering if there is a way to use this function without that flag.

  • Android 3.2 HTTP streaming

    I'm trying to create an app to stream live TV. Currently the problem I'm facing is that after say 10 minutes of playing, the video will freeze but the audio will carry on. This is on a 1.3mbps stream. I also have lower streams, such as a 384kbps stream, that might last an hour or so, but will still do the same. I've tested this with a local video, that is high quality (file size is 2.3gb) and that has no lag and doesn't freeze at all, so it must be something to do with the way HLS is streamed to android. Does anyone have any idea on how to solve this problem? Thanks
