  hi all, we were maintaining an MS Access application. Person who actually developed the application used copyrighted code. Now we want to remove that code and re-write that logic. Problem is we dont know what is the copyrighted code and what is not. Now i want to ignore the database (it has 1 table as customer(name,password,hour,minute)) as i dont want my client to install sqlserver separately or other overheads. • Associating a modifyable settings file with a class library in C# ?

  I have a class library(abc.dll) in which i have used a settings file. An exe (app.exe) references this class library. At runtime if i want to change the values of the settings without having to rebuild the class library/application, what is the best way to approach this problem ? In my current approach the setting values get embeded in the library, and thus i dont see any way to update them without rebuilding the whole thing.

  Is there a tool like phpMyAdmin which can be configured to access only a single MySQL database in a server? I cannot use phpMyAdmin because it allows access to all databases. A view that can allow a user to create/delete/insert/update tables should do. I remember using a software similar to this but dont remember what it was. It would also be great if its in PHP.

  Suppose i have a product class with about close to 100 properties. Now for some operations (Say tax calculation) i dont really need this bulky product type, rather only a subset that has price related properties. I am not sure if i should create different snap shots(class) of products that just has the properties that i am interested in. what would be the ideal approach so that i don't unnecessarily pass around unsought fluff? • Netbean 6.8: "Test RESTful Web Service" shows nothing

  I follow this tutorial here to create RESTful web service on Netbean 6.8. However, when I right click on the project node and select Test RESTful Web Service, the browser pop up, and supposedly my project would be listed on the left, and supposedly I would be able to select it, and test against various function that listed on the right. However, I dont see any of that. Any idea why?
