  • How to create a hover effect in a newsletter?

    I'm creating a newsletter, and i want to have panels that change background-color on mouse over. Seeing as the newsletter wont have a head, I am defining all styles inline. I'm pretty sure most popular mail clients will block JS. So I was wondering if I can define a hover effect in the style attribute. Or is there any other solution to achieve this effect? Peace

    I have this code: private void Form1_MouseWheel(object sender, MouseEventArgs e) { if (leave == true) { if (e.Delta > 0) { if (timer1.Interval < 5000) { timer1.Interval += 1000; label2.Text = (timer1.Interval/1000).ToString(); } } else { if (timer1.Interval == 1000) { timer1.Interval -= 100; label2.Text = (timer1.Interval / 1000).ToString(); } } } } The original timer1 interval in the designer is set to 1000 milliseconds. In the mouse wheel event i did that it will show in the label2 the untis in seconds. And indeed when i move the mouse wheel up its slowing the timer and show it in seconds 1 2 3 4 5 The problem is with the second part i wanted that when its getting to 1 second or 1000 milliseconds if i will keep wheel it down it will show the units in 100 and change the timer1.interval in 100 units. So in label2 if it was on 1 second so now i will see 900 800 700 600 500 un till 100. And also the timer1 interval should be change to 900 milliseconds 800 700 600 untill 100. When its get to 100 just stop there dont keep getting under 100. The problem is with this part: if (timer1.Interval == 1000) { timer1.Interval -= 100; label2.Text = (timer1.Interval / 1000).ToString(); } Its not working at all. I want it it so that if you drag an element out of the container (when the mouse crosses the border of the containing div) the element you're dragging to change. It's more like those screen recorders which records your keyboard and mouse events and replay them. For example, you pull up a textedit on the server, type whatever you like on the client and you can see those letters on the server.   • double click and select the path(including '/') in Terminal.app

    I'm using Terminal.app on Mac OS10.6.3, with gnu screen and zsh. What I want to do is, see pwd(or an URL) in Terminal.app and double click on it, and select the whole path, to copy and paste after that. But what I get now is a single directory name, because '/' is not treated as a word. I found that iTerm has a setting to change it(iTerm - Preferences - Mouse - Characters considered part of a word), but is there any way to do this on my environment?

  • Create jquery dropdown like RDP Menu Bar

Basically, I want a block of html to stay hidden at the top of the page with a ~3px edge sticking out (something to mouseover), and when you mouse over it, the hidden section slides down.   • Change background color when clicked textbox in C#

    I like for the textbox to change the background when the textbox has focus (if clicked with a mouse, tabbed into, etc). I don't like the textchange method since it won't change until one character has been added. private void txtFoo_OnGotFocus(object sender, EventArgs e) { txtFoo.BackColor = Color.LightYellow; txtBar.BackColor = Color.White; } This doesn't seem to work for me.
