The command is "Zoom" in this case, but can be any other, including a custom one. If I get rid of either docking or UserControl around my grid there are no problems. ListBox doesn't have this issue either. So I don't know what's at fault here. SNOOP shows that in cases when this propagation fails, instead of UserControl, CanExecute is handled by PART_ShowContextMenuButton (Button), which is part of docking header. I've had other issues with UI command propagation within UserControls hosted inside AvalonDock, but this one is the easiest to reproduce.

I've done some experiments with FluentValidation (using db4o System.Linq.Expressions, but it's rather slow) and EViL (but it seems a bit half-baked). Can you suggest any other or maybe point me to some resources on how to design such a framework so that it's both easy to use and performant?

I have a file called: "urlrewrite.xml" which was automatically generated by spring ROO after running the "controller" command in ROO Shell. IS it possible to serve up a resource (or specifically a list of resources) as both .aspx and JSON? I have tried this but no matter what I try I keep getting the .aspx back ... any ideas?   • Should I unit test the model returned by DefaultModelBinder?

    I'm having some trouble unit testing the model returned by DefaultModelBinder. I want to feed in a fake form collection and check the model that it returns to make sure model properties are being bound properly. In my research, I'm not turning up -any- resources on testing the DefaultModelBinder. Maybe I'm missing something. Maybe I shouldn't be testing this part of MVC? Your thoughts?
