    I have a simple usercontrol that uses a simple custom panel where I just overrode the Orientation and Measure functions. What I want to do is to have a property in the usercontol to control the orientation So I basicaly have UserControl -- Listbox -- MyPanel And I want a property for the usercontrol that can be set in xaml (of type System.Windows.Controls.Orientation ) that I can bind to from my custom panel (or a different approach if binding isnt the right way to do it) It would be a bonus if that property could show up in the properties window and you could select vertical or horizontal. And a super bonus if I could change the property at design time and have the listbox/

    I'm creating a site which I want to place content input form in custom themed template. I opted to do this because I wanted the whole site to be looked uniform. That said, I'm not sure as to what is the best approach to do this. Is it proper to invoke hook_insert/delete/update and hook_perm/hook_access by myself or is there anyway I can still use my custom theme and write a code in a way that drupal would take care of invoking appropriate hooks accordingly?     I've deployed an ASP.NET 3.5 app to a 64bit Windows 2003 R2 server. In the web.config I have the following <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="/404/"> <error statusCode="404" redirect="/404/"/> <error statusCode="500" redirect="/500/"/> </customErrors> In the website properties in IIS Manager I have set the 404 and 500 errors to Type = "URL" and the same URLs as in the web.config. I have a wildcard application map to the .NET 2.0 aspnet_isapi.dll with "Verify file exists" turned off. If I try to hit a fake .aspx file I successfully get sent to the 404 page. I belive this is because there is an explicit mapping for .aspx to the .NET DLL. If I try to access a fake directory I simply recieve a plain text response saying: The system cannot find the file specified. It would appear that these requests for directories are not being routed through the .NET pipeline, which is what I would expect (and need) to happen becuase of the wildcard application mapping. Any ideas?

    We’ve set up tracking through custom variables in Google Analytics to measure which offices are getting the most traffic. The custom var consists out of the key (=office) and value = (office name). In our Custom Var tab in audience we get no data (actually we got 1 hit, but we think the data is way off). When we setup advanced segments with the filters on key and value we get the correct data. Now we are wondering why we aren’t getting that data in the custom var tab.

  • Unity, gnome-shell and Cinnamon don't have their top panel after removing Lubuntu

    Using Ubuntu 12.04. First it came with Unity, then with a zeal of trying other Desktop Environments and I have installed GNOME-shell and no conflicts, works fine. Then I have gone through Lubuntu and Xubuntu as well. But some panel problem started with Lubuntu raised and I have removed Lubuntu DE from my PC. But that thing got conflicted with my Unity, GNOME and Cinnamon & they are not working. These three are not having only of their Panels. I just see any empty desktop. Currently only KDE and Xfce can run fine with my Ubuntu 12.04. But I want to get back with Unity, GNOME and Cinnamon also.

  • Lost the system tray-bar and side panel dockbar disappears when touched

    I have complete confidence that this problem will be resolved by restarting, however, it seems very odd that it should disappear randomly during my session. To put it simply, I've lost the top tray-bar and the side panel disappears when the mouse moves within touch, however if it click and drag the window by the side it comes back (but disappears instantly when touched again (however I can still click on the buttons where they should be). The only guess I have as to why it's happened is a bug, or I've lost a file these GUI things depend on. This is a real pain as some applications now have lost the "File, Edit" menu items as a result of this.

  • Gnome 3 panel and menus are all gone?

    I am running Ubuntu 11.10 using gnome 3 shell. I have set my pc to automatically log into gnome shell so I do not see the login screen. Today I installed some updates and now the gnome panel is gone. When my pc logs in I ONLY see the background. There are no menus, nothing! Even the exit, minimize and maximise buttons in the top tight corner of the windows are gone. Also, alt+f2 also does not work. Any ideas how to fix this? I have a Nvidia Geforce 7900GTO with the Nvidia proprietary drivers installed. I have also used the recovery mode and removed some packages that apparently were broken. Still does not work.

    Working on my admin panels work station section which will allow the admin to use simple office tools such as word editors, calculators and whatnot. Under this section of the admin panel, I would like to add a conferencing feature which will allow any administrator to connect with another administrator 1-2-1 under the 1-2-1 Conferencing section, or to join a meeting under 'live meeting' section. Upon my search for on-line based, I found there are all these, what seem to be great applications out there, however not all of them are on-line based, and come with a price! I would like to a purely on-line based conferencing/meeting/1-2-1 feature which will allow administrators to communicate via text or sound, stream their video, share their screen and sending of files. I know this sounds like a big feature, and I am not asking for someone to answer by programming one for my website!
