replace html tags within xml content with wordML formatting tags

I am taking an XML document and creating a word document using XSLT and OpenXML. The problem is that when I create the word document, all of the HTML that is within the CDATA tags are not escaped and look like this: GET /recipe/recipe/cat.php/>"><script>alert(document.domain)</script> I have tried defining "cdata-section-elements" in my xsl:output; however I receive an error stating that p tag doesn't match the w:t tag.(the p tag is apart of the CDATA HTML). Here is what one of my xsl templates looks like: <xsl:template match="SECTION"> <w:p w:rsidR="00272D24" w:rsidRPr="00272D24" w:rsidRDefault="00272D24"> <w:pPr> <w:rPr> <w:rFonts w:ascii="Arial" w:hAnsi="Arial" w:cs="Arial"/> </w:rPr> </w:pPr> </xsl:template> <w:r w:rsidRPr="00272D24"> <w:rPr> <w:rFonts w:ascii="Arial" w:hAnsi="Arial" w:cs="Arial"/> </w:rPr> <w:t> <xsl:value-of select="INFORMATION"/> </w:t> </w:r> </w:p> Here is what the xml looks like: <INFORMATION> <![CDATA[ <P> line 1 of information <P> line 2 of information.......]]> </INFORMATION> Here is what the word output looks like: (white space and poor formatting) DIAGNOSIS: <P> line 1 of information. <P> line 2 of information I need to be able to somehow render the HTML or strip out the HTML. If I strip out the HTML then I would have to search for every possible HTML element, which is madness! Any help at all would be appreciated... Thanks.

How to parse out MS Word formatting?

I have a rich html textbox on my asp.net mvc application. The rich html textbox is some jquery plugin that I use and has basic stuff like bold,underline and etc. Now I am anticipating that people will maybe write something in word and then copy and paste it into my textbox. However I limit the number of characters a person can have. This is a test to show how much formatting gets made. • One • Two • Three So I wrote that above(it does not copy to well into here). Basically it is a line of text and "how" is bold and the "one,two,three" are a bullet list. Word says it is 70 characters long with spacing. adding zeros in objective-c string formats

Hello- Quick question: I am trying to fill in empty spaces with a specific number of zeroes in an NSString stringWithFormat formatting string. For example, I want: @"The number is %d", 5 // I want this to output 'the number is 05' @"the number is %d", 10 // I want this to output 'the number is 10' I know how to do this in Java, but I cant seem to find the same function in objective-c. Any help would be great.

excel turning my numbers to floats

Hello, i have a bit of asp.net code that exports data in a datagrid into excel but i noticed that it messes up a particular field when exporting. eg .. i have the value of something like 89234010000725515875 in a column in the datagrid but when exported, it turns it into 89234+19. Is there any excel formatting that will bring back my original number? thanks

Unable to format disk: 'The system cannot find the file specified'

I have a USB flash drive, which I may have mucked up, so I used DISKPART's CLEAN to clean it up. I created a simple volume, and tried to format it. (This is all using Windows' disk management.) I was told The system cannot find the file specified. So I tried using DISKPART (as an admin): DISKPART select volume 9 Volume 9 is the selected volume. DISKPART format recommended DiskPart has encountered an error: The system cannot find the file specified. See the System Event Log for more information. DISKPART As you can see, no luck. When I plug the drive in, the computer makes a beep noise as though it has recognised something, but nothing appears in My Computer How can I format the disk so I can use it again?

Unable to see External HDD in Windows Explorer

I have bought a 320GB External HDD which I want to use with my Playstation3. I know it will only work with a Fat32 file system so using some free HP software it formatted it, unbeknown to me it will only work up to 32GB. After seeing this I panicked, downloaded Partition Wizard Home Edition and deleted the partition. As I was about to create a new partition to put it back to NTFS (I'd just wanted to be able to use it in the first place at this point) I accidently knocked the cable out of my computer for the HDD and after replacing it the External HDD is no longer recognised by the My Computer option, Disk Management asks me to initialise the disc using MBR but it fails saying "Copy protected". Even the partitioning software I previously mentioned can't do anything about it, all it says is "Bad Condition" and I can't perform any operations on it. Would anybody be able to guide me in getting this sorted? I'm terrified i've wasted a perfectly good 320GB HDD.

Looking for updated BIOS for '99 Gateway in order to format/recognize >127 GB HD

I have a '99 Gateway that's apparently too old for even Gateway to acknowledge it exists. Want to use it as a media hub and put in a 320GB HD, but it will not format above 127GB even running Win XP SP3. Read somewhere that upgrading the BIOS may do the trick, but I can't find the correct BIOS, and GW has been no help. Hoping I can just upgrade the BIOS, which is 11 years old. Any help would be much appreciated! I don't know where to look, and searches have been fruitless.
