    Hi does anyone know where I can download iPhone sdk 2.0 and 2.2.1 . I upgraded to the latest version of the sdk (3.1.2) and it broke my application. In the 3.1.2 installer it gave option to install the 2.2 sdk but it doesn't show up as an option in xcode when I try to execute my app. The earliest version it will show me is 2.2.1 Thanks, Joe

  • Trying to setup android sdk on PC with windows XP

    When I start setup I get this message: XML verification failed for http://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml. Error: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'sdk:sdk-repository'. Failed to fetch URL reason: Unknown Even when I force the download to use http nothing happens. I get no downloads etc for the SDK. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • Adobe Flex Charting SDK

    I have Flexbuilder installed, with SDK 3.2. I wanted to try upgrade my SDK to 3.3, so I downloaded it from http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/flexsdk/Download+Flex+3, extracted to my directory, changed the project properties in FlexBuilder, and it mostly worked fine. The problem seems to be that the Charting Components are not included in the above SDK - so any of my custom chart components do not work and the project cannot be compiled. I'm not sure how to get around this - I assume that there must be a separate SDK for the charting components, but I have not been able to find it on Adobe's website. Any help greatly appreciated.

I have also attempted to use the values for API AccessClient ID for web applications. The Google Drive SDK OAuth Client ID has also been set variously to the Drive SDK and web app Client IDs. but, After enabling both (Api, SDK) in Api access service i am still getting same error.

    I'm using Twitter4j and the Android Facebook SDK to fetch status messages. With Twitter4J I get real-time notifications whenever a new status has been added to the stream via StatusListener (Twitter4J). In the Facebook SDK I cannot find a similar way, I can only fetch entire streams over and over again in a fixed time interval using RequestListener (Facebook SDK) as far as I see it. Is there any way to get notified of new statuses in realtime with the Facebook SDK in a similar way as with Twitter4J?   • What's the simplest way to get .flac music files into iTunes?

    I'm looking for a simple way to import .flac files into iTunes, so I can play them on my mac, and when I'm out, my iPhone, and I'm willing to be I'm not the first person to want to do this. What are the best tools for doing this? The quality of the music is useful, but truth be told, the speakers I'd play them on are so crappy that a lot of the sound quality in the .flac format would be lost anyway, so I'm not averse to converting to mp3 files. If it helps give any context, I'm using a Macbook with OS 10.5 Leopard, and iTunes 9, connected to a 16gb iPhone with standard apple headphones, which is sometimes plugged into Bose SoundDock for music, and the music files are piano performances.     Using Mac OS X 10.6.2, Eclipse SDK 3.5.2. I installed the Android plugin, following the instructions at: http://developer.android.com/sdk/eclipse-adt.html In the next section (step #3) it says: For the SDK Location in the main panel, click Browse... and locate your downloaded SDK directory. I cannot find such a directory. When I try some other directory, it says the directory has no 'tools' folder, so I've searched for a 'tools' folder, but none of those found (of 15 or 20) appear to be Android.   • How to install older Android SDK in Eclipse

    I'm working at the moment at a simple app in eclipse for android. Just receiving and sending data, and using the camera API. I've set the minSDKversion to 8, because I think that has the widest user base. But at the beginning of the project eclipse was asking me which target SDK version I would use, and because I had just one installed (the latest 4.0.3) I've took this. Now I'm asking me if it wouldn't be wiser to install a lower SDK, like Android 2.2, because it would be not that big (compared to the 4.0.3) and my app would not have included all the fancy new features, which are not used in any way?! Or is this complete nonsense I'm talking here, and just should take my 4.0.3 SDK? When not, how can I install a lower version? Help -> SDK Manager is not showing old SDKs...

  • rc.exe from windows sdk missing

    While doing some cleaning and reinstalling on my machine, I obviously cleaned one too many, and now I'm missing a rc.exe that's supposed to go either in my Visual Studio directory (not sure which one) or in my Microsoft SDKs directory. The problem is that I don't want to reinstall the whole OS again, and that rc.exe is part of some SDK freely downloadable from Microsoft (apparently 6.0a version). I can't find it nevertheless. Anyone knows what rc.exe is part of, and what I need to download (and from where) to get it back ?

  • Windows CE: SDK Doesn’t Show up in Visual Studio 2008

    A customer recently contacted me because after installing an SDK it didn’t show up in Visual Studio 2008.  So being a good vendor I installed VS2008 and then installed the SDK – no problem the SDK showed up and I could create projects based on it. I let the customer know that the SDK definitely works with VS2008. The customer got back to me and asked what OS I was using. Hmm, how could that play into this? I told him that I use Windows XP, and it turned out that he is way more modern than I am and is using both Windows Vista and 7. The customer opened a support case with Microsoft. The answer turns out to be that the SDK install requires the user to be logged on as an administrator when installing on Windows Vista and 7 for the SDK to show up in Visual Studio 2008. This problem does not seem to exist for Visual Studio 2005 on those operating systems. The actual instructions from Microsoft Support are: 1)      Make sure Visual Studio 2008 is not running. I also shut down the device emulator manager but you may not be using that. 2)      Open a “Visual Studio 2008 Command Prompt” as Administrator. On Windows 7 just right click the short cut and pick the “Run as administrator” option. 3)      Enter the following command: msiexec /log SDKInstallLog.txt /package <the path to your .msi file> 4)      When asked if you wish to do a custom or complete install pick custom 5)      Instruct the installer to omit the installation of the documentation. This was something I found about CE 6 SDK installation issue and may have no bearing upon your problem but I did it anyway. 6)      Install   Copyright © 2010 – Bruce Eitman All Rights Reserved

    So, I installed the Android SDK, Eclipse, and the ADT.   • iTunes RSS Feed returning max. 100 items instead of 300

    I tried the iTunes RSS generator at http://itunes.apple.com/rss/generator/ to download the newest 300 games, which gave me the RSS Feed URL http://itunes.apple.com/us/rss/newapplications/limit=300/genre=6014/xml. However, only 100 are returned, and alphabetically sorted, so the list stops at the letter E ... Did Apple restrict the amount of items one could get without updating their RSS Feed Generator? Or am I missing something?

    Currently I have Android SDK 2.1 (+ tools revision 4). I'd like to upgrade to Android SDK 2.2. When I try to do it I'm informed I need to upgrade Android SDK Tools to revision 7 first. So I agree, the process starts and then I get an error: -= warning! =- A folder failed to be renamed or moved. On Windows this typically means that a program Is using that Folder (for example Windows Explorer or your anti-virus software.) Please momentarily deactivate your anti-virus software. Please also close any running programs that may be accessing the directory 'D:\Install\Programming\android-sdk-working-dir\android-sdk_r04-windows\android-sdk-windows\too!s'. When ready, press YES to try again. Downloading Android SDK Tools, revision 7 Installing Android SDK Tools, revision 7 Failed to rename directory D:\Install\Programming\android-sdk-working-dir\android-sdk_r04-windows\android-sdk-windows\tools to D:\Install\Programming\android-sdk-working-dir\android-sdk_r04-windows\android-sdk-windows\temp\ToolPackage.old01. I am aware of http/https and antivirus issues. So I disactivated my AV. I also closed any application that might hold a handle to the folder. Eclipse is also closed (I start the manager via command line). However I still get the same error. Looks like the only app that can hold a handle to the folder is the manager itself, because its starting directory is the one the error complains about ('\tools'). I am on Win XP Pro + SP3. Does anyone have an idea?

    I am trying to implement InApp purchase in my application. I have implemented it as per Apple's programming guide and it(code) was working fine until I created new application, appid, provisioning profile and in-app products @ another developer account. Now, it gives me following error. Error Domain=SKErrorDomain Code=3 UserInfo=0x2a5a00 "Cannot connect to iTunes Store" Same code works fine if I use previous developer account's appid, pro-certificate and product ids. This is very strange issue, I double checked product id names and other things still facing same error. Any clue..?
