  • Modify Jquery UI slider control

    I use the Jquery UI slider control. My slider has a width of 200px. I would like the center of my left handle is shifted 14px to the right and the center of my right handle is offset to the left of 14px. So, my good slider will more than 172px (200-14-14). The background-image measure good 200px. The length of 14px is calculated as follows: width of the handle (28px) / 2. Can you help me solve this mystery? Thank you in advance. .ui-slider .ui-slider-handle { width:28px; height:28px; background:url(images/bulle.png) no-repeat 0 0; overflow: hidden; position:absolute; margin-left:0px; top: -7px; border-style:none; cursor:help; }?   • Drupal 6: How to quickly theme a view ?

    I've defined a view with the cck and view2 modules. I would like to quickly define a template specific to this view. Any tutorial or information on this ? What are the files I need to modify ? Here are my findings: (Edited) In fact there are two ways to theme a view : the "field" way and the "node" way. In "edit View", you can choose "Row style: Node", or "Row style: Fields". with the "Node" way, you can create a node-contentname.tpl.php wich will be called for each node in the view. You'll have access to your cck field values with $field_name[0]['value']. (edit2) You can use node-view-viewname.tpl.php wich will be only called for each node displayed from this view. with the "Field" way, you add a views-view-field--viewname--field-name-value.tpl.php for each field you want to theme individually. Thanks to previous responses, I've used the following tools : In the 'Basic Settings' block, the 'Theme: Information' to see all the different templates you can modify. The Devel module's "Theme developer" to quickly find the field variable names. View 2 documentation, especially the "Using Theme" page.

  • receive emails in a .NET service (C#)

    Hi, this is my first posting on stackoverflow, so don't flame me too much ;) I'm building a service that's monitoring devices and should be able to receive emails from users, parse them and take action accordingly. It should also be able to send emails about the status of the devices, etc. I'll be using Windows.Live email, and as I said, a .NET service that should be able to send/recieve emails. I am wondering what kind of system would I need to cater for receiving the emails, as I already know how to send them via the System.net.Mail API. Thanks.     Hi all, I'm writing a Java applet where I should be able to simulate a connection between two hosts. Hence I have to generate packet round-trip times at random. These RTTs can go from ~0 to infinity, but are typically oscillating around some average value (i.e. an extremely large or small value is very improbable but possible).   • Selectively prevent Session from being created

    In my app, I have an external monitor that pings the app ever few minutes and measures its uptime / response time Every time the monitor connects, a new server session is created, so when I look at the number of sessions, it's always a minimum of 15, even during times where there are no actual users. I tried to address this with putting the session creation code into a filter, but that doesn't seem to do it - I guess session automatically gets created when the user opens the first page? all() { before = { if (actionName=='signin') { def session = request.session //creates session if not exists } } } I can configure the monitor to pass in a paramter if I need to (i.e. http://servername.com/?nosession, but not sure how to make sure the session isn't created.

  • No value given for one or more required parameters in connection initialisation

    I have an C# form application that use an access database. This application works perfectly in debug and release. It works on all version of Windows. But it crash on one computer with Windows 7. The message I got is: System.Data.OleDb.OleDbException: No value given for one or more required parameters. EDIT, after some debugging with messagebox on the computer that have the problem, here is the code that bug.The error is catched on the cmd.ExecuteReader(). The messagebox juste before is shown and the next one is the one in the catch with the exception below. I want to make centre bigger and bigger and bigger every time imageView collide with center, but it become bigger just one time . Sorry for my english I'm french :/ How can I solve this please ?

My next idea was to call a template for every article, color and size level, but I don't know how to select for example all 'record3' nodes between the current 'record2' and the next article represented by 'record1'. I've also got a limitation on the XSLT version because I need this transformation in BizTalk Server which only supports XSLT 1.0 Can someone push me in the right direction?

  • How to reset Scrapy parameters? (always running under same parameters)

    I've been running my Scrapy project with a couple of accounts (the project scrapes a especific site that requieres login credentials), but no matter the parameters I set, it always runs with the same ones (same credentials). I'm running under virtualenv. Is there a variable or setting I'm missing? Edit: It seems that this problem is Twisted related. Even when I run: scrapy crawl -a user='user' -a password='pass' -o items.json -t json SpiderName I still get an error saying: ERROR: twisted.internet.error.ReactorNotRestartable And all the information I get, is the last 'succesful' run of the spider.

    I have a SQL Server database with two table : Users and Achievements. My users can have multiple achievements so it a many-to-many relation. At school we learned to create an associative table for that sort of relation. That mean creating a table with a UserID and an AchivementID. But if I have 500 users and 50 achievements that could lead to 25 000 row. As an alternative, I could add a binary field to my Users table. For example, if that field contained 10010 that would mean that this user unlocked the first and the fourth achievements. Is their other way ? And which one should I use.

  • DB Architecture : Linking to intersection or to main tables?

    Hi, I'm creating fantasy football system on my website but i'm very confuse about how I should link some of my table. Tables The main table is Pool which have all the info about the ruling of the fantasy draft. A standard table User, which contains the usual stuff. Intersection table called pools_users which contains id,pool_id,user_id because a user could be in more than one pool, and a pool contains more than 1 user. The problem Table Selections = that's the table that is causing problem. That's the selection that the user choose for his pool. This is related to the Player table but thats not relevant for this problem. Should I link this table to the table Pools_users or should I link it with both main table Pool and User. This table contains id,pool_id,user_id,player_id,... What is the best way link my tables? When I want to retrieve my data, I normally want the information to be divided BY users. "This user have those selections, this one those selections, etc).
