  Dear Cocoa Developers, I'm creating a backgrounded cocoa application. The only thing that it's missing is the ability to take text inputs! I'm making the application backgrounded by setting "Application is background only" in the Info.plist But no matter what I do I can't make any window the keyWindow. makeKeyWindow makeKeyAndOrderFront Both don't work...   I've been looking around on the dreamweaver interface, and I'm trying to get my design window as an external panel. Reason is, I have a dual monitor system, and I would like to have the main window (where you can have both code/split/design) on my main screen, but with the code selected, and a design view on my secondary monitor. I'm assuming this can't be done, although I have noticed you can have your code as an external panel (Code Inspector). Would like to hear your input. Thanks

  I am using the Mac OS X Apple Script Editor and (while debugging) instead of writing a lot of display dialog statements, I'd like to write the results of some calculation in the window below, called "Result" (I have the German UI here, so the translation is a guess). Usually I would press the outside of the window, and then in Window Attributes Inspector there's the title area - however for this particular project it has a name in that box and when I run the application, the title bar still says untitled. Am I missing something? I haven't binded the title to a data source or anything.
