I am trying inject into a dll that sends a void ** for one of the parameters.
The void ** can contain structs that are created in the application.
Is there any way of getting data out of the structs.
I have been using the NavigationService's Navigate method to navigate to other pages in my WP7 Silverlight app:
NavigationService.Navigate(new Uri("/Somepage.xaml?val=dreas", UriKind.Relative));
From Somepage.xaml, I then retrieve the query string parameters as follows:
string val;
NavigationContext.QueryString.TryGetValue("val", out val);
I now need a way to pass a complex object using a similar manner. How can I do this without having to serialize the object every time I need to pass it to a new page?
In my MouseDoubleClick i may run into a case where i would like to call all the controls in a list with MouseDoubleClick. However i cant call MouseDoubleClick, only add/remove events to the chain.
How do i call MouseDoubleClick/OnMouseDoubleClick?
ATM i workaround the problem since i know the objects MouseDoubleClick function and i pass in the parameters myself calling that specific function. How do i call the event in the case i do not know what function is set to the control MouseDoubleClick
I have a node in Drupal with a few comments. Is there an easyish way to get the CID of every comment within the node? Also, is there a way to sort them by various parameters, chronology, karma of the comment etc. Thank you.
What ways are there to combine executing of a stored procedure and using it's result or parameters in a regular SQL query? Or not supported yet but planned in future versions of SQL Server. I'm afraid that I use variables when it's possible do not.
I mean next:
-- passing result of SELECT to SP
SELECT a, b FROM t
EXEC my_sp a, b
-- passing result of SP to INSERT
INSERT INTO t
EXEC my_sp a, b
etc.
I know I'm being lazy here and I should trawl the header files for myself, but what are the actual types for LPARAM and WPARAM parameters? Are they pointers, or four byte ints? I'm doing some C# interop code and want to be sure I get it working on x64 systems.
With a windows MSI file, is there a way to grab all the possible installation parameters in .NET code? I need to make a generic user interface to configure multiple MSI files not known until run-time – then install them together in one go.
I want to create a stored procedure in MySQL and one of the input parameters will need to be a comma separated list of integers. How do I loop through each integer and run an update statement on it?
I've googled it but can't seem to find anything that will work for MySQL.
can authentication for facebook be done without a web browser in qt? the way i want to authenticate is to enter a username and password in text boxes and pass it as parameters in the url? is it possible? please help. thanks in advance.
I need to implement the following scenario in a REST service implemented in WCF:
the user submits a binary file and a set of parameters
the server consumes the file, does some clever work and generates a binary output file
the user retrieves that binary result file
and all that is done in a single operation from the client perspective.
It's pretty easy in a non-REST service. How do I do that in a REST service? Where do I get started?
What is the difference between these two statements?
dbms_output.new_line('') // this is with arguments
dbms_output.new_line; // with no parameters,no round brackets
If there is function overloading,even for that close and open brackets are required after function name.
So, it seems one cannot do the following (it raises an error, since axes does not have a set_linewidth method):
axes_style = {'linewidth':5}
axes_rect = [0.1, 0.1, 0.9, 0.9]
axes(axes_rect, **axes_style)
and has to use the following old trick instead:
rcParams['axes.linewidth'] = 5 # set the value globally
... # some code
rcdefaults() # restore [global] defaults
Is there an easy / clean way (may be one can set x- and y- axes parameters individually, etc)?
P.S. If no, why?
function checkLength(obj,url){
//alert("URL="+url+" OBJ="+obj);
if(obj) {
var params = 'query='+obj;
var myAjax = new Ajax.Request(url, {
method: 'post', parameters: params, onComplete: loadResponse
});
}
}
is nor working why
i think there is requirement of include some files in it.which is that??/
Hi, i want to run a web service method with parameters and get method return value back using JQuery.
ie.
client : var result = dosomething(var p1, var p2, var p3 ....);
when do something accesses WebService with
dosomewebservice(int p1,int p2, string p3) { return "something" };
result == "something";
the problem is that
1)how can i come to know that the ajax is working properly?.
2)and how can i retrieve this sent data in controller in cakephp?
function checkLength(obj,url){
alert("URL="+url+" OBJ="+obj);
if(obj)
{
var params = 'query='+obj;
var myAjax = new Ajax.Request(url,{method: 'post',parameters:params,onSuccess: loadResponse});
}
I'd like to pass parameters to my C++ program in the following manner:
./myprog --setting=value
Are there any libraries which will help me to do this easily?

I've never built a ff extension before and before I start I want some feedback on my idea to make sure its possible.
I want a firefox extension that allows me to supply a url with parameters in GET format, the extension would take the url, parse it, and submit the request as POST rather than GET.
Is this possible? and could someone give me some advice on how to start designing an extension? or point me at a tutorial?
I need to make a SOAP webservice call to https://sandbox.mediamind.com/Eyeblaster.MediaMind.API/V2/AuthenticationService.svc?wsdl and to use the operation ClientLogin while passing through the parameters: ApplicationKey, Password, and UserName. The response is UserSecurityToken. They are all strings.
Here is the link fully explaining what I am trying to do:
https://sandbox.mediamind.com/Eyeblaster.MediaMind.API.Doc/?v=3
How can I do this on the command line? (Windows and/or Linux would be helpful)
Thanks!
Hi all,
i'd like to call a function using an array as a parameters:
var x = [ 'p0', 'p1', 'p2' ];
call_me ( x[0], x[1], x[2] ); // i don't like it
function call_me (param0, param1, param2 ) {
// ...
}
Is there a better way of passing the contents of x into call_me()?
Ps. I can't change the signature of call_me(), nor the way x is defined.
Thanks in advance
Can I define in C++ an array operator that takes multiple arguments? I tried it like this:
const T& operator[](const int i, const int j, const int k) const{
return m_cells[k*m_resSqr+j*m_res+i];
}
T& operator[](const int i, const int j, const int k){
return m_cells[k*m_resSqr+j*m_res+i];
}
But I'm getting this error:
error C2804 binary operator '[' has too many parameters
I have a string which is fed into the query as IN clause,which looks like this ('ACT','INACT') which is one of the parameters to a function inside a package.when a call is made to the function from java,
it looks like this
call package.function(1,2,3,('ACT','INACT'),4,5).
When the package is called,i get error as wrong type of arguments.
It is taking the values inside brackets as different values delimited by strings
How can I protect an ASP Classic page with either HTTP AUTH (you must provide a username and password to service) or a randomly generated access key that will be included as one of the parameters of the HTTP POST using the variable name access_key.
Can anybody provide asp classic code in this regard?
Quick help will be appreciated...
PS: OrderGroove is a 3rd party service... neglect it.
Hello everyone,
I'm trying to pass an SQL query string from a Java Applet to Servlet as a parameter.
Problem is that in Applet I have something say: sql=select * from p where(+p=1)
The resulting sql parameter in the Servlet is sql=select * from p where(+p=1).
So anyone knows how to prevent the browser from removing the + character from parameters?
Is there a escape character?
Thank you.
in the following link
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/innodb-parameters.html#sysvar_innodb_flush_method
it says:Different values of this variable can have a marked effect on InnoDB performance. For example, on some systems where InnoDB data and log files are located on a SAN, it has been found that setting innodb_flush_method to O_DIRECT can degrade performance of simple SELECT statements by a factor of three.
Why O_DIRECT could slow down the select statement?
I have a registration form that collects several parameters.
i need to pass all these AND a confirmation code (generated by the controller) to the model for inserting in the DB.
How can I do that?
is there a way to pass the whole post to the model, eg like
$this->model->insert($this->input->form(), $confirmation_code)?
