    hi all, in /etc/openldap/slapd.conf I have this acl and works: access to dn.subtree="ou=users,dc=domain" by group/groupofuniquenames/uniquemember="cn=partner,ou=groups,dc=domain" write by users read When I want to configure it in OpenSuSE 11.1 Yast2 LDAP server configuration it generates me file /etc/openldap/slap.d/cn=config/olcDatabase={1}bdb.ldif whit acl: olcAccess: {3}to dn.subtree="ou=users,dc=domain" by group="cn=partner,ou=groups,dc=domain" manage How can i set it from "by group" to "by group/groupofuniquenames/uniquemember" like in slapd.conf? thanks, Al

I'm currently stuck on the basics of basics: How to install and configure sql server How to connect to it I installed Sql Server through Web Platform Installer, and have Visual Studio 2008 installed. Still, I can't understand how to connect to my server: I see that the SQL service itself (SQLEXPRESS) is running in both in services.msc and Sql Server Configuration Manager I try to connect to it via the Management Studio, but I don't understand what to do. Where do I begin?

    Our pom.xml currently contains both the build settings, as well as execution of selenium using selenium-maven-plugin. I would like to split it in to two pom files, one for the build and unit tests and the second one for executing selenium tests. (This way I could first build the project in Hudson, and after successful build execute Selenium tests using another project). Is it possible to configure maven to only execute the selenium-maven-plugin?

  • I wrote a new X11 keyboard layout file, how do I get my system to recognize it?

    I like to configure my keys my way, so I wrote a keyboard symbols file and I put it in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/cat I use it by running setxkbmap cat -variant dvorak (and it works), but it doesn't show up in the console configuration (dpkg-reconfigure console-setup) nor in the Gnome keyboard settings... nor anywhere else, so I have to run setxkbmap every time. I suppose that I have to register it somewhere, but where? Any hints? Thanks!

I have a bunch of Views, in which i have characters like this: é, á, ó, etc. In one of my views I can fetch data from the database with accents just fine, but in another one I simply get the "weird" characters :P WHat can i be doing wrong?     We have a strange problem in our team. When a developer is using Eclipse in Debug mode, MS SQL Server 2005 blocks other developers from accessing a stored procedure. Debug session typically involves opening Hibernate session to persist an entity which could be accessing a stored procedure used for Primary key generation. Debugging is done in business logic code and rarely in JDBC stored procedure call. Is there any way to configure MS SQL server or the stored procedure so that other developers are not blocked?
