• Does the .NET Framework 4.0 intaller installs .NET 3.5 as well?

  .NET 4.0 is meant to run side-by-side with 3.5 and won't run 3.5 apps, which is making me worried about having to instruct my users to download .NET 3.5 instead of just "the latest version". I've read in a blog that the 4.0 installer will install 3.5 as well if it's not already installed but I can't test it right now, did anyone try this or have an answer from a trusted source?

  I'm using Guzzle 4 (latest version) to upload file to a remote server, since it uses stream to upload the $response-getStatusCode() will be 100 which means "Continue" and the responseBody is not available at this point. Is there a way to catch the remote server response when the upload is done?   Hi. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? I'm using the html5media library and the test page they provide no longer plays in Firefox 3.6.3, though it plays on the latest Safari, Chrome, Opera, and IE. On FF 3.6.3, it shows the video and the audio with large X through them. I'm using this library on my site and noticed the issue as well. I'm not seeing any errors in the error console.

• What restrictions exist choosing a MFC version to use with Visual C++?

  Each version of Visual Studio comes with a specific version of the MFC framework, but I believe MFC SDK can be downloaded separately. Since MFC is just C++, is there any reason you couldn't use the latest version with an older version of VC++... I don't mean trying to get the ribbon working in MSVC++ 6, But we're on VS2005 and some of the newer MFC features would be useful.

  I got a new laptop recently, and have been having trouble with it dropping wifi since I got it, the card is Qualcomm Atheros ar9485wb-eg. I've updated to the latest available drivers, currently 10.0.0.263, and tried other suggestions on the lenovo website, including uninstalling the driver and letting it install again. One thing I've noticed is when I look at the troubleshooting log, it gives the device driver number as 10.0.0.209. Does this mean the update isn't applying properly? Any help appreciated, Thanks

• Why I can not find my Iphone device in xcode

  I have added my iphone as device and associate it with provisioning. Then I download the newest provisioning and install it (I have successed added ipad as test device before).   So say I have the three latest revisions of an aspx file: 55,56, and 57. Revision 56 added a feature that I want to remove, but I also want to have the new features deployed in version 57. Is there any way I can merge version 55 with 57, leaving revision 56 out of the picture? If it matters, I'm using Tortoise SVN and Visual SVN, but I normally just use Tortoise. Thanks for any ideas.
