  • Resharper function to fix naming convention issues

    A bunch of classes doesn't comply to our naming conventions for private variables. Resharper shows this as a warning, but wants me to fix all of them by hand. Is there some magic option to auto-fix these issues? 'Clean-up code' won't do anything with this. Same goes for converting properties with backing fields to automatic properties when possible: the hint is shown, but Resharper won't fix it automatically.

    Using the code print('{0} is not'.format('That that is not')) in Python 3.1.1, I get the following error: AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'format' when I delete the line Netbeans automatically inserted at the beginning: from distutils.command.bdist_dumb import format which itself causes an error of ImportError: cannot import name format What am I doing wrong here?

    Symfony detects if it receives a XmlHttpRequest and automatically turns off your debug bar and layout. However I'd like to have the response decorated with a specified layout.     I have created a WCF service for uploading images , which accepts System.IO.Stream as input parameter and am using streaming. When I added the service reference in Silverlight project then it automatically changed the parameter of my WCF method from System.IO.Stream to byte[]. Can anyone suggest if there is a way around this so that I can get System.IO.Stream type rather than byte[]. Thanks in advance

  • How to get GridSplitter to move between extremes

    I have a Gridsplitter in a vertical grid and ideally what would like to see two buttons in the GridSplitter. An up button would automatically move the splitter to the highest top position and a bottom button would move it all the way down. However, the GridSplitter cannot contain other items. Any thoughts on a way around this? I thought of just making a panel and then sandwiching it between two GridSplitters?

But how long should I keep the log files? What are "good" default values (7 or 180 days)? Or do you prefer other criteria (e.g. max. used disk space)?
