  • UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME error on laptop with no CD Drive

    I am getting the UNMOUNTABLE BOOT VOLUME error on my Samsung laptop which does not have a CD Rom drive. I tried to merge the C and D partitions to get more space but since then the laptop does not start up anymore. I dont care about the laptop, just about some pictures on there which I did not back up yet. I really hope someone can help me?!! I am a new user, so cant post pictures, but can send a screenshot if needed.

Im looking for file names, peers, tracker address, local IP, etc. This is purely for academic interest in which all parties would be willing participants and therefore please dont upvote responses that talk merely about legal issues with using this kind of approach on a production network.     I would like to install linux ubuntu next to my primary windows 7 OS. I found that wubi ubuntu installer which helps you with simple installation/uninstallation of ubuntu. But the wiki says that wubi uses a virtual disk. Is that similar to virtually running the OS? I really dont want my primary system to slow down because of that. Should i rather go with the classical dual boot? If WUBI, whats the recommended install size? Thanks

    Hello, I have following setup in my conf file upload_set_form_field $upload_field_name.name "$upload_file_name"; but I want change chosen param name to: upload_set_form_field ($upload_field_name+"[name]") "$upload_file_name"; so I can get "attachment[name]" but this dont work.   • Squid Log Rotation and Sarg

    We have just setup squid as our proxy, and i was going to use Sarg to analyze the log files. I had initially set the Squid logs to rotate everyday so they dont get huge. The problem is i cant see an option in the squid config to read a folder full of squid log files (say *.log). Is there an easy way to do this or am i going to have to write a bash script or something to process them all into one before i get squid to read it? Cheers Luke

    i have application in spring .its is deployed in Linux machine and windows server 2008. i am using mysql 5.5.32 in my linux server and mysql 5.5.13 in windows server 2008. stored procedure in mysql is working perfectly in Linux machine but while calling stored procedure from windows,its is working partially that is some integer values is set as 0.if i restart the tomcat and call that stored procrdure then t is working. i dont know the exact reason .can any one help me to find issue.thanks in advance

To the enterence of my computer after installation i have menu that i can to choose between windows or ubuntu. Today I reistall my windows, but choose menu disapear.     i have a text file where each line looks like this: <img border=0 width=555 height=555 src=http://websitelinkimagelinkhere> each line is like that for like 1500 lines, i want to sort of 'grep' (i dont think that will work because it returns the whole line) each line for 'http://websiteimagelinkhere' output file should have newlines or tabs after each image link, like the original file. or if someone only knows a way to do this with each element being in a cell of the same column that would be okay too.

    I found question on how to spoof user agent. I dont' want to spoof only user agent. I want to spoof everything from user agent, to Accept headers to http headers and also the information javascript can tell about browser - screen resolution and depth, class cpu, platform, device name, etc. Do you know of a way to achieve this in any browser out there ?   • tomcat 6 start mode setting for production

    Tomcat 6 (as a windows service) seems to have a 'Start Mode' with options of 'java, jvm or exe' which can be set via the Tomcat Monitor (system tray icon). if I set this to 'java', I can see a forked 'java.exe' process for tomcat, if I chose either of the other two, I dont see a separate process. Anyway, would like to know if anyone has any information about what these settings mean and which one would be most appropriate in production.
