  my local is 'en_IN' (ie Zend_Registry::get('Zend_Locale')) I have to convert the local value to standard float number format for example 1,235.23 = 1235.23 3.23 = 3.23 I have used the following code Zend_Locale_Format::getFloat($value, array('locale' = Zend_Registry::get('Zend_Locale'))); it working fine for 1,235.23, and i get the answer 1235.23. But when i give 3.23 , i get the error on this code And the error shown as 'No localized value in 3.23 found', This issue is happening in the browser opera, when we set the language is English(IN)(en-IN)

  Hi, How would I reset my asp:DropDownList element (which has a runat="server") to index 0 every time the page is "reloaded" in firefox (F5 is pressed). If you suggest using javascript...please note that A: I am not using a form and B: I don't know how to access elements that have a runat="server" with javascript If this can be done using script on the .aspx page....please explain things you think an ASP newb would not know (ie. me, lol) thanks, Andrew :)

I'm trying to export a range of a Excel Sheet to a new Workbook, with identical appearance but no formulas, links, etc. The problem here is that I have conditional formatting that relies on calculations outside exported range.   UK is currently 1 hour ahead of UTC due to Daylight Savings Time. When I check the Daylight Bias value from GetTimeZoneInformation it is currently -60. Does that mean that translating UTC to DST means DST = UTC + -1 * DaylightBias, ie negate and add? I thought in this case for instance adding Daylight Bias to UTC is the correct operation, hence requiring DaylightBias to be 60 rather than -60.
