  When attempting to use HttpWebRequest to retrieve a page from my dev server, I get a web exception: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel." The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure... The url I'm attempting to read from is a plain-old http://myserver.com/mypage.asp - no SSL. The production server has a valid certificate so this shouldn't be an issue, but our dev server doesn't. Help!

  After my application sits idle overnight, when I try to access it in the morning I get a 500 Internal server error and the logs indicate "PGError: no connection to the server".   I added Linux boxes to /etc/hosts.equiv and .rhosts file for rsh connectivity to HP box. I am able to do rsh as root from Linux to HP. But if I run in a root shell as different user connection times out. Any reason?

  I have suddenly run into an issue deploying to Heroku. I created a new app, went to push and now see: ssh: connect to host heroku.com port 22: Connection refused My other previously working Heroku apps no longer work, receiving the same error. Other Heroku commands work (create, info, db:push). I can SSH to other services, so it doesn't look like it's my machine. Any ideas?

  Based on the IE documentation on MSDN IE 8 supports up to 6 parallel connections per server and IE 6,7 support 2. What is the upper limit of parallel connections accross all the hosts? So if I have 60 hosts, 8 requests per host, so 360 requests in the HTML page - does it mean that IE 8 will have 360 connection in parallel and IE 6 or 7 would have 120? (ignoring the html rendering time, and if call is blocking or not)
