  Hey people, it's my first question here. I successfully embedded Jetty on a test application. It can serve files without issues. Now I want to know if it's possible for Jetty to serve files that are inside its own Jar file. Does anyone know if that's possible? Thanks!

I'm currently using curl and getting one, processing it, then getting the other and processing it. I want to switch to stream_socket_client as I've heard you can retrieve both files at the same time and do the processing once they have been retrieved but I am unsure how to do this.

Write file to blob (entity byte[] varible) with this line: row.file = System.IO.File.ReadAllBytes(file_to_load.FileName); //row.file is type byte[] //row is entity class table All work correctly when files size is less. When size more 300Mb app throw exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. How I can write to blob direct, without memory varibles?

How can I synch such large files to my web server for use? I want the synching to occur asynchronously in the background.   I can not solve the problem with collecting CommitItem(changes that commit), or more accurately, I have no porblem with the changed and added files BUT files that I manually deleted from the file system is not seen in CommitItem list ... And those changes can not commit to the SVN server. If I delete a file using the API, then the problem does not exist... but manually deleting ... Has anyone had a similar problem?

  Hi, experts, I tried to reuse the .pch to speed the build using the following way: use /Yc on stdafx.cpp to create the .pch files to a folder exclude stdafx.cpp in the project, and modify the link option It success in my machine, but failed in another, got the error message: error C2011: '*' : 'struct' type redefinition So first I want to ask whether the .pch files are machine sensitive? then secondly, the above approaches workable?   I want to copy the trunk of one project to another, so I use the following command: svn copy -m "test" (url of project from)/Trunk/ (url of project to)/Trunk/ The files ended up in (url of project to)/Trunk/Trunk/ instead of (url of project to)/Trunk/ where I want them to go. Have I done something wrong? What should I do if I do if I want the files in (url of project to)/Trunk/?   is it bad to output many files to the same directory in unix/linux? I run thousands of jobs on a cluster and each outputs a file, to one directory. The upper bound here is around ~50,000 files. Can IO be limited in speed in light of this? If so, does the problem go away with a nested directory structure? Thanks.

  Hi, I built the asp.net website in release mode, set the debug flag to false in web.config, but still some of the webresource.axd and scriptresource.axd and javascript files are not getting cached. fiddler shows the status code "200" for these items instead of "304". what else I am missing to cache these files? thanks in advance RK
