Meaning there X/Y on the screen, if the PlayerA has a higher FPS(Frames Per Second) then other players, the resulting action will be that PlayerA will move faster than everyone else.     Hi, i have set up backup schedule on our server. SQL Server 2008 to 01:00am on windows server 2008 R2 to 4:00am. Sql backup runs well, but system backup ends sometimes with error.     I'm running a Synergy server on Ubuntu and a Synergy+ client on OSX. The server has a standard windows keyboard with shift, ctrl, windows, and alt keys. My MacBookPro has shift, fn, control, alt/option, and command keys. When I press ctrl-c, ctrl-v, etc, the appropriate copy/paste action doesn't happen on the Mac, but it does in Ubuntu. If I'm controlling the mac, and press alt-c, alt-v, then I get the copy/paste action. So I played around with key mapping in synergy.conf and found that the following allows me to do copy/paste with ctrl-c/ctrl-v: section: screens godzilla: mbp.local: ctrl = alt alt = ctrl end Is this all that I need to do? Or are there other mappings that will help as well? The synergy configuration page refers to the following key mappings. What are the equivalent keys for each of these on the Windows keyboard and Mac keyboard?   • Adding an user to samba

    I'm trying to setup some samba shares in my home network on an Ubuntu 12.04 machine. Everything works fine for my user account (max) but I can not add any new user. Every time I try to add new user they can not use the shares. It's likely that the error is very basic to the concept of samba but please don't just tell me to read the docs. I've been trying that for about 2 weeks now. I've set up the server with my user max who can mount transfer and the share max. Than I added the user simon with sudo adduser --no-create-home --disabled-login --shell /bin/false simon because the user should not be able to ssh into the machine. I did an sudo smbpasswd -a simon and set an (samba) password for simon and added an share for simon. I also added simon to transferusers to give him access to the share transfer.   • Moving from WDS to MDT + WDS - Prestaged Computer Name

    We previously used just WDS to deploy our images. WDS was setup to request approval for new machines. We used the "Name and Approve" option to name the machines as we added them. If it was pre-existing, it would just use the existing computer name from AD. Then in our unattend.xml file we had Computername=%MACHINENAME%. This picked up the name we gave it during approval and set the computer name accordingly. We are now implementing MDT to manage our images and drivers. But upon testing, we noticed it would assign random computer names. I went into the Unattend.xml for the deploy task sequence and added that value under Specialize amd64_Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup_neutral Computername=%MACHINENAME%. But when we try applying the image, it errors out at that point of the install. How can an MDT deployment be configured to leverage the pre-staged name? Some additional info: Error message during the imaging process: Windows could not parse or process the unattend answer file for pass [specialize]. The settings specified in the answer file cannot be applied.     Hi, We have migrated our db from sql2000 win server 2k to sql2008 win server 2k8. We have linked server from sql2000 win server 2k. By our opinion the problem is with DTC and we have made a lot of setting that we found as solution for our problem, but still the problem exist. There is no any error or worning or information niether in the sql log nor in win event viewer. The application is hanging out and at the end the time out exception is shown. What we have done till now: Enable Network DTC Access with inbound and outbound with No Authentication Required on win 2k8 We have opened RPC dynamic port allocation through registry on 2k and 2k8 We have entered subkey TurnOffRpcSecurity in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSDTC and made it enable on 2k and 2k8 We have added exception for DTC in firewall for all entities What we have notice that when we restart SQL service and make the first try for our transaction the following is shown: "Attempting to initialize Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC). This is an informational message only. No user action is required." and after it: "Recovery of any in-doubt distributed transactions involving Microsoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator (MS DTC) has completed. I'll add this one's policy prior. * Name: ns_country_injection_action * Type: INSERT_HTTP_HEADER * Header Name: international * Header Value: CLIENT.IP.SRC.MATCHES_LOCATION("*.US.*.*.*.*").NOT When I click on create button, it says; Compound expression syntax error, [.*.*").NOT^, 50] I'm not sure but I think that two things might cause this error. The expression I use for MATCHES_LOCATION is wrong but I use same expression in the tutorial. MATCHES_LOCATION().NOT returns BOOLEAN but the field expects STRING. How can I get this work?     How install ImageMagic 6.6.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 (lucid) Problem that lucid have old ImageMagic version(6.5.2) Its very important because me need work with SVG grafics, In my local pc I have ubuntu 11.04 and ImageMagic 6.6.2 and all work fine, In server I have 6.5... and I have problem. Reinstall ubuntu to 11.* this is no solution. I tried change /etc/apt/source.list from ubuntu 10.04 (lucid) to list from ubuntu 11.04 (natty) and update ImageMagic. After this action I have ImageMagic 6.6.2 (I looked phpinfo()) but ImageMagick is not work now. If I try do any action I get error: [error] 8996#0: *19983 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'ImagickException' with message 'no decode delegate for this image format `/tmp/magick-XXnYKWKC' @ error/constitute.c/ReadImage/532' How it fix? Or how return to old version imagemagick?   • Java Deployment Ruleset not working

    I've created a Java Deployment Ruleset that looks like this: <ruleset version="1.0+"> <rule> <id location="http://hpfweb.mydomain.com/" /> <action permission="run" version="1.6.0_20" /> </rule> <rule> <id location="http://*.mydomain.com" /> <action permission="run" /> </rule> <rule> </ruleset> I've created a self-signed cert, added it into the keystore as well as Trusted Certification Authorities. I have an app at http://hpfweb.mydomain.com that requires Java v1.6.20 and will error out if any other version is attempted. When only this version is installed on the computer the application works. However, if a newer version is installed, it does not. As you can see, I've attempted to force the version to 1.6.0_20 in the ruleset. I've confirmed the deployment rule set is being applied successfully by going into the Java Control Panel -- Security and "view the active deployment rule set". It is exactly as you see here. I've also looked at the web source for the application and all references point to http://hpfweb* links. When the applet is launched I've brought up task manager and have confirmed the java.exe launched is coming from the jre6 directory. When the newer version is installed, I'm getting the error "accesscontrolexception - access denied (java.awt.AWTPermission.accessEventQueue".
