    If I have this text in vim, and my cursor is at the first character: www.foo.com I know that I can do: cw to change up to the first period, because a word (lowercase w) ends at any punctuation OR white space cW to change the whole address, because a Word (uppercase w) ends only at whitespace Now, what if I have this: stupid_method_name and want to change it to this? awesome_method_name Both cw and cW change the whole thing, but I just want to change the fragment before the underscore. My fallback technique is c/_, meaning 'change until you hit the next underscore in a search,' but for me, that also causes all underscores to be highlighted as search terms, which is slightly annoying. Is there a specifier like w or W that doesn't include underscores?

  • How can you avoid being asked to enter your BitBucket password when you push to BitBucket wiki?

    I'm not sure if everyone experiences this - when I edit a BitBucket wiki locally (through a git repository) I have to enter my BitBucket password for every pull and push. Is there any way around this? I have ssh correctly configured to use a key that is unlocked by gnome-keyring. Pushing to the code repository for my project in BitBucket works fine - I do not need to enter either by BitBucket or ssh key password.

How do I prevent it doing this because I need to see the SQL statement being executed?

    Hi, I was just wondering if it was possible to protect a directory with a username/password combination using .htaccess and .htpasswd files, but not protect the files within. i.e. One is able to link, say, images within that directory to friends, but browsing the directory itself would not be allowed without a username/password.   • Android orientation change causes ImageView to dissapear

    Below is my layout for the row template in a SimpleCursorAdapter. The ImageView with id next_arrow disappears on orientation change. If I replace @drawable/arrow with @drawable/icon (copy of the standard sym_def_app_icon) it works fine.     This concerns iPhoneOS-sdk-3.2 I am having difficulty changing the border color of a grouped UITableView. I can change the cell background color, separator color, text color, quite easily now, and the rounded corners clip correctly, even when highlighted with whatever colors I have chosen. However the surrounding border remains infuriatingly gray despite many different attempts. I have read all of the related posts I can find via Google, let alone stackoverflow. I have tried both a programmatic and xib-based solution and both provide the same results.   • Dynamically specify and change a Silverlight DataGrid's columns during runtime (MVVM)

    What's the best method of dynamically specifying DataGrid columns in the Silverlight DataGrid control at runtime following the MVVM pattern? What I'd like to do would be bind the "DataGrid.Columns" property to a property in my ViewModel so that, if the user adds/removes columns, I simply update the ViewModel property and the DataGrid would change. Problem is, the "DataGrid.Columns" property can't be bound to (I don't think). Because this property isn't available nor is the DataGrid control itself available at the ViewModel level, my current approach is to step outside of the MVVM pattern for this particular implementation and capture certain events in View's code-behind using MVVM Light's Messenger class and then talk directly with the DataGrid control to achieve this capability. I know this is a general statement to this approach without details but is there an easier way... or maybe not so much easier, but a better way that adheres to the MVVM pattern a little better? It's driving me crazy that the DataGrid control's Columns property can't be bound... seems like such a simple thing. FYI - Before it's suggested to use AutoGenerateColumns = True, the class being bound for each item in the collection that's bound to DataGrid.ItemsSource does not have individual properties to identify what is bound to the columns... it's a collection property that contains the columns in order to keep them completely dynamic so that particular path is out. Also, handling the AutoGeneratingColumns and using e.Cancel to show/hide columns is also iffy for this same reason (I think).

For example I should be able to pass an ID instead of the actual error message for the Model property and use that ID to retrieve some content(error message) from a another service e.g database, and display that error message in the View instead of the ID. MVC DatannotationsModelValidator’s ErrorMessage property is read only. So I cannot set anything here b. System.ComponentModel.DataAnnotationErrorMessage property(get and set) which is already set in MVC DatannotationsModelValidator so we cannot set again.     I'm using a pickerView with multiple components related to several fields in a Database (CoreData). Is it possible to change the fontcolor for a specific component according the presence of data in the DB ? For example the field in the DB is null the component font color should be RED otherwise black. Any help will be appreciated !     While I was trying to change the brightness and contrast of Image using C#, but I could not get success in changing the contrast of the Image. May I expect any support from here.
