  How I can make more than one snapshot when in sahara sandbox mode? Or, can I see list of all commits I've ever made and rollback to any? Why do I need all this? I just want to setup initial VM. After that I want to compile number of packages from sources, and this takes pretty long time. • How to enable WordPress to have multiple sites without a re-direct

  I'm using WordPress to manage my site and when the site does a re-direct, it slows down performance. For example, WordPress allows you a single default site, www.mycompany.com. If a user goes to mycompany.com, WP will re-direct it www.mycompany.com. Is there a way to configure WP so that it will listen on both www.mycompany.com and mycompany.com without redirects. The redirects are causing performance hits to the site.

  I have PostgreSQL 8.4 and 9.0 running on the same server (Ubuntu Lucid). I installed them both via apt-get (8.4 with the default package sources, and 9.0 after adding the ppa from https://launchpad.net/~pitti/+archive/postgresql). When I run a command like "createdb" from the command line or start up the "psql" shell, PostgreSQL version 8.4 is used by default on my system. So, how do I force these commands to use PostgreSQL 9.0 instead of 8.4?

• Multiple SSL certificates on one server

  We're hosting two websites on our fairly tiny but dedicated production server. Both website require SSL authentication. So, we have virtualhosts set up for both of them. They both reference their own domain.key, domain.crt and domain.intermediate.crt files. Each CSR and certificate file for each site was setup using its own unique information and nothing is shared between them (other than the server itself) However, which ever site's symbolic link (set up in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled) is reference first, is the site who's certificate is referenced even if we're visiting the second site. So for example, assume our companies are Cadbury and Nestle. We set up both sites with their own certificates but we create Cadbury's symbolic link in apache's site-enabled folder first and then Nestle's. You can visit Nestle perfectly fine but if you check the certificate installation, it reference's Cadbury's certificate. We're hosting these websites on a dedicated Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS server. Both certificates are provided by Thawte.com. I came across a few potential solutions with no degree of success. I'm hoping someone else has a decent solution? Thanks Edit: The only other solution that seems to have provided success to some people is using SNI with Apache. However, the setups here didn't seem to coincide with our setup at all.

• FFmpeg add multiple audio files to video at specific points

  I have two audio files, each about 3 minutes long. I want to take the first 10 seconds of each file and add them each to a video file at specific points - 0 seconds and 10 seconds. So the resulting video should be 20 seconds long. I've got this far: ffmpeg -i video.mov -ss 0 -t 20 -itsoffset 0 -i audio1.mp3 -itsoffset 10 -i audio2.mp3 -acodec copy -vcodec copy out.mov ...but the resulting video has 20 seconds of the first audio file only, the second audio file doesn't start at 10 seconds like it should. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

• Using Zend_Db and multiple tables

  I have a normalized database that stores locations of files on the internet. A file may have multiple locations spread across different sites. I am storing the urls in two parts (Site.UrlStart, FileLocation.UrlEnd). The UrlEnd is the part unique to that file (for the site). Simplified Db structure: I am using Zend_Db as my ORM (If it is that), with classes for the tables inheriting from Zend_Db_Table_Abstract. The issue is that retrieving the location data (e.g. the url) requires the use of multiple tables and as far as I can make out and I would either have to use both table classes (thereby exposing my table structure) or scatter sql all over my application, neither of which sound appealing. The only solution I can see is to create a façade that acts like Zend_Db_Table_Abstract (Maybe inherits from it?) and hides the fact that the data is actually on two tables. My questions are as follows: Am I going in the right direction in creating a façade class (Are there other alternatives)? Should the facade class inherit from Zend_Db_Table_Abstract?

The same if I open youtube on one tab and myspace on another - firefox just shuts down. I want to know why this happens, is it a bug and how can i fix it ? Thank you in advance.

  I have to handle many (1'000 - 30'000) big files ranging from 200MB up to 2GB. The demand for these files is variable (0 - 300 downloads / file). This is why a single file must saved on 2 or more servers. My servers are placed in different datacenters (France), with different size HDDs (750GB to 4TB). Currently I share the files using PHP and ncftpget / ncftpput, but it's very slow. I need a solution to handle balancing these files across 7+ servers.

  I have a Cisco ASA5510 and articles related to ASA and mulitple Public IP says this cant be done. My question is how to best solve a scenario like this: I have 3 zones, Outside, Inside and DMZ Outside is Internet Inside is Client machines DMZ is a zone for servers related to external and internal services. My scenario is a bit more complex, but to keep things simple this will do: I want to place an Exchange server and a web server (externally reachable in the DMZ zone) The webserver uses both TCP80/443, the Exchange server uses 443 So to the problem: With the ASA only having one public IP, how would you make a DNAT to port 443 on both the internal hosts behind 1 Public IP? Usually, when i do this kind of scenario With Linux boxes i use alias Interfaces like eth0:0, eth0:1 and set 1 Public IP on each. To me this must be a pretty common scenario, any ideas on how to solve it With ASA? /KGDI

I've just upgraded my laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 8, in 7 I'd sign into one then sign out. With Windows 8 you have to tie it to your Windows Account. How can I maintain this distinction and still use my laptop for Skype calls when I work at home?

  Say I have an SSL Certificate for a super cool site that I offer, like https://secure.coolsite.com/ (Not my site, just an example). Then lets say I had a customer who wanted to have a CNAME to my site on his server, like https://mycoolsite.his-site.com/ Would he need a regular SSL certificate on his end, would I need to have a second certificate on my end (And just "install" it on my webserver), or would I need a multi-domain SSL certificate, or he just has to list my site as an alias on his certificate? I tried to do this using TrueCrypt under Windows, but it says that encrypting Windows system with other loader (not windows loader, Grub in my case) is not supported. How can I do that?

All I want to know is how can I store multiple names and there meanings in a database and then display them back to the user for them to edit or delete using PHP MySQL?   Hi, I am using a Javascript function to get the values of a URL to pass to jQuery using the function below: function getUrlVars() { var vars = [], hash; var hashes = window.location.href.slice(window.location.href.indexOf('?') + 1).split('&'); for(var i = 0; i < hashes.length; i++) { hash = hashes[i].split('='); vars.push(hash[0]); vars[hash[0]] = hash[1]; } return vars; } And then setting the value like this: var type = getUrlVars()["type"] This all works perfectly, however I have just come into a situation where I need to get multiple values, one of my form elements are checkboxes where multiple values can be checked, so my URL will look something like this: http://www.domain.com/test.php?type=1&cuisine[]=23&cuisine[]=43&name=test If I alert out the cuisine value using the function above I only ever get the final value: alert (getUrlVars()["cuisine[]"]); Would alert "43". What I would like it to be is a comma delimited string of all "cuisine" values. ie in the above example "23,43" Any help very welcome! In case any solution requires it I am using PHP 5.3 and Jquery 1.4

  I'm new to cmd and was wondering if there's an easier way of retpying a variable in a command. For example, I have to do two commands for a set of 96 files and each time I would hit the up arrrow key, get my old commands back and change a variable from 1 to 2, then 2 to 3 and so forth. i.e.: Desktop\InitialProcess_230 Process230input.fasta -output Process230.fasta Then each time I want to do the next file which would be InitialProcess_231 and so on, I would change that in the command by scrolling along and removing 0 and putting a 1. Doing that for almost a 100 files seems like a hassle.

  I have SSD and HDD. Some directories like /var /srv /tmp should be on hdd while /boot /usr /lib on ssd. But do I have to create separate partition for every single directory? i want to have 2 or so partitions. one for each disk and distribute directories as needed. is it possible? and how? i've heard about symlinks, mount --bind, mhddfs but: symlinks are treated differently by tools like cp so i'm not sure if it's safe to have main system directories symlinked i have no idea how can I use mount --bind or mhddfs in fstab

• Select form children when multiple forms are present jQuery

  I am dealing with a webpage that has multiple forms..some basic HTML forms and some AJAX forms. I have a created validation for inputs, let me give an example...if an input has a class="required" whenever a submit button is pressed if any required classes are empty then the form doesnt submit. Which works great...until you have multiple forms with required fields that dont apply to the section your submitting. I am able to find the closest form $(this).closest("form") and it gets me the form element properly, I then need to be able to loop only through the children of that form. I have tried: .children(':input'), .find('input') and honestly to many to list.
