    I want to uninstall my application on button click. For this I am using following code. Uri packageURI = Uri.parse("package:"+packageName); Intent uninstallIntent = new Intent(Intent.ACTION_DELETE, packageURI); startActivity(uninstallIntent); It gives me result, but I want to delete directly without click on "Ok" button of dialog with message "This application will be Uninstalled". I just want uninstalling application directly.

    I am new to Git hub and was able to successfully create an ssh key and upload it to the website however when I type in git push origin master I receive the following error: error: cannot run ssh: no such file or directory fatal: unable to fork I am using Cygwin on a windows Vista machine if that is also useful. Ok.. after installing openssh I now get the error: Permission denied (publickey) fatal: the remote end hung up unexpectedly

    Actually i' am using MyTimeStampField-TRUNC(MyTimeStampField) to extract the time part from an timestamp column in Oracle. SELECT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP-TRUNC(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) FROM DUAL this return +00 13:12:07.100729 this work ok for me, to extract the time part from an timestamp field, but i' m wondering if exist a better way (may be using an built-in function of ORACLE) to do this?     Switching aged 2003 SRV to 2008 caused my Asp.net 2 application fail: The application is no more loading the required library DLL from /bin/ folder anymore. What should I change in my code or web.config to make this webapp load OK also in new 2008 server? Now I receive this error when I access the application: This type is in IMPORTS ( Dll ). Compiler Error Message: BC30002: Type 'Facebook.Entity.User' is not defined.

    Ok, I'm looking for the fastest possible way to read all of the contents of a file via php with a filepath on the server, also these files can be huge. So it's very important that it does a READ ONLY to it as fast as possible. Is reading it line by line faster than reading the entire contents? Though, I remember reading up on this some, that reading the entire contents can produce errors for huge files. Is this true?

  • Is there better documentation then the original OpenAL docs? [closed]

    OpenAL is such a huge thing, and the documentation doesn't tell what values are acceptable for properties. That's really bad. I'm using the document: "OpenAL_Programmers_Guide.pdf" Whenever I look up a property I'm left in the dark what value might be ok. For example, take AL_PITCH. What value? Maybe someone wrote a better one? Or is there something like a wiki place with more details?

    I've been working on ASIdentifierManager framework to get the new UUIDString, the identifier should replace in iOS 6 the UDID, and can be stopped or not by the user for Settings. Everything is ok on simulators and iPhone 4S, but on iPhone 3GS (it's iOS 6 updated!) I'm getting as UUIDString the following: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 This is how I'm getting it: if ([ASIdentifierManager sharedManager]) NSLog(@"%@", [[[ASIdentifierManager sharedManager] advertisingIdentifier] UUIDString]); Does anyone know why?     Is it possible to get the duplicate count when executing MySQL "INSERT IGNORE" statement via JDBC? For example, when I execute an INSERT IGNORE statement on the mysql command line, and there are duplicates I get something like Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.02 sec) Records: 1 Duplicates: 1 Warnings: 0 Note where it says "Duplicates: 1", indicating that there were duplicates that were ignored. Is it possible to get the same information when executing the query via JDBC? Thanks.

    i will need to store 3 tables of data instead of implementing an entire database backend, i just want to store the record for these tables in application.settings has anyone done this before? i dont care about security is it advisable to do it with application settings? how else would you do it? perhaps storing a matrix in application.settings would be OK?
