  • How to specify java script files required by an angular app

    I'm looking for a way to specify required js files by an angular app. So that, we don't need to include an array of tag for all the files which may be required by some ng-app. The main idea behind this requirement is - we might not need to load all the resources on the browser at once. Which ever ng-app gets loaded onto the screen, will fetch its dependencies on its own from the server. Is there any existing way within angularJS to achieve this goal..?

  • extending flex 4 'group' component problem

    Hi, I have a component that were exported from catalyst (the component is based on a tag). Now I created a new component extending this. However when I add this new component to my module it doesn't seem to inherit the designs that were exported from catalyst. Any idea how i can do that? Given that most of my commits are prefixed with an issue number, I wondered if there is some magic command for searching for the commit SHA from part of its message. I know it's easy to do a git log and work from there, but I want more easy :)

    I have a RetrieveBlob.aspx that gets some query string variables and returns an asset. Eeach url corresponds to a unique asset. In the RetrieveBlob.aspx a Cache Profile is set. In Web.Config the profile looks like (under system.web tag): <caching> <outputCache enableOutputCache="true" /> <outputCacheSettings> <outputCacheProfiles> <add duration="14800" enabled="true" varyByParam="*" name="AssetCacheProfile" /> </outputCacheProfiles> </outputCacheSettings> </caching> Ok, this works fine. When I put a breakpoint in the code behind of RetrieveBlob.aspx, it gets triggered the first time, and all the other times not.     I understand I am able to filter queryset of Foreignkey or Many2ManyFields, however, how do I do that for a simple CharField that is a Select Widget (Select Tag). For example: PRODUCT_STATUS = ( ("unapproved", "Unapproved"), ("approved", "Listed"), #("Backorder","Backorder"), #("oos","Out of Stock"), #("preorder","Preorder"), ("userdisabled", "User Disabled"), ("disapproved", "Disapproved by admin"), ) and the Field: o_status = models.CharField(max_length=100, choices=PRODUCT_STATUS, verbose_name="Product Status", default="approved") Suppose I wish to limit it to just "approved" and "userdisabled" instead showing the full array (which is what I want to show in the admin), how do I do it?     I have inserted a video from youtube into a DIV tag, used the actual "embed" code found on youtube site. and used jquery to show/hide the div. when activated, the flash video shows perfectly in the div, when clicked it plays as usual the only problem i have is when someone using a Mac, and clicks on play, the flash video disappears. this happened on many Mac computers regardles of the browser being in use ( none Firefox neither Safari are working ) although i have tested it on all general browsers on windows and it works fine

    I have to install windows service using Visual Studio. Target location for the install is handled by “DefaultLocation” property in Visual Studio setup project. I had used [AppDataFolder] tag to install the application. As the result, it has been installed in “C:\Users[username]\AppData*Roaming*” folder. I can not figure out how to modify “DefaultLocation” property in such a way that application will be installed in C:\Users[username]\AppData*Local* folder. Any idea how to accomplish that?

  • Can you get the size of the Flash object in Actionscript?

    I'm working with a Flash movie and I'm trying to get the size of the player itself (i.e. the height and width Flash has to work with from the object/embed tag). As far as I can tell, Flash doesn't make this available to ActionScript. I'm able to use this.root.loaderInfo.width and this.root.loaderInfo.height to get the "intended" size of the flash movie (what's specified on export), but if the dimensions are different on the page, this isn't helpful.
